Description
i)遠隔蛍光体−蛍光体部分は、LEDから分離される。
ii)結合光学素子−高い屈折率材料を有する光学材料が、LED及び蛍光体変換構成部品に直に結合される。この材料は、1.4以上(好ましくは>1.5)の屈折率を有するべきである。青色LEDと透き通った光学素子との良好な光結合が、該結合が確実に効果的に光移送層の役目を果たすようにするために用いられる。空気界面と屈折率の不整合を排除することによって、LEDにより生成された事実上全ての光が、損失が事実上皆無又は最小にて波長変換構成部品(蛍光体層)に進む。
iii)1:1を上回るアスペクト比による蛍光体波長変換層−蛍光体層が、透き通った結合光学素子によって青色LEDから分離される。外部蛍光体光学素子は、透明層と同じ屈折率であり、かつ、透き通った光学素子との界面における間隙又は他の光損失を有していないことが理想的である。蛍光体外層光学素子は、透き通った結合光学素子と接触している蛍光体外層の総表面積が少なくとも透き通った結合光学素子に結合されたLEDパッケージ面の領域の3倍であるように、1:1以上のアスペクト比を有する。
Claims (18)
- ランプであって、
細長い内部空洞を含む細長い光学部品と、前記細長い内部空洞の内壁上にある光輝性材料層と、を含む構成部品と、
光を前記細長い内部空洞内へ出射するように構成された固体発光体のアレイと、を備え、
前記細長い光学部品及び前記光輝性材料層が、前記細長い内部空洞を有する共押出構造体を形成するために、共押出によって同時に創出されて合わせて製造される、ランプ。 - 前記光学部品は、湾曲した外壁に対応する、請求項1に記載のランプ。
- 前記湾曲した外壁は、概ね半円形の断面プロファイルを含む、請求項2に記載のランプ。
- 前記細長い内部空洞の前記内壁は、概ね湾曲した内壁に対応する、請求項1に記載のランプ。
- 前記光輝性材料層は、概ね円錐、半円形、又は、ドーム状の断面プロファイルを含む、請求項4に記載のランプ。
- 前記構成部品は、前記固体発光体のアレイを有する回路基板を受け取るためのスロットを含む、請求項1に記載のランプ。
- 拡散材を更に備え、
前記細長い光学部品、前記光輝性材料層及び前記拡散材が、前記細長い内部空洞を有する共押出構造体を形成するために、共押出によって同時に創出されて合わせて製造される、請求項1に記載のランプ。 - 前記拡散材は、前記光学部品上の材料の外部層を含む、請求項7に記載のランプ。
- 前記拡散材は、前記光学部品、及び/又は、前記光輝性材料層内に組み込まれる、請求項7に記載のランプ。
- 前記光学部品を介して出射された光を反射する反射面を含む反射体を更に含み、
前記細長い光学部品、前記光輝性材料層及び前記反射体が、前記細長い内部空洞を有する共押出構造体を形成するために、共押出によって同時に創出されて合わせて製造される、請求項1に記載のランプ。 - 前記反射体は、前記構成部品の中央部分から離れて延在する、請求項10に記載のランプ。
- 前記細長い内部空洞内に光学媒体を更に備え、
前記細長い光学部品、前記光輝性材料層及び前記光学媒体が、前記細長い内部空洞を有する共押出構造体を形成するために、共押出によって同時に創出されて合わせて製造される、請求項1に記載のランプ。 - 前記細長い光学部品はレンズである、請求項1に記載のランプ。
- 前記共押出構造体は、押出の間に前記固体発光体のアレイに固定される、請求項1に記載のランプ。
- 波長変換層及び/又は光学部品層は、PC−ポリカーボネート、PMMA−ポリ(メタクリル酸メチル)、PET−ポリエチレンテレフタル酸塩及び熱形成プラスチックの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載のランプ。
- 前記細長い光学部品の外面の長さは、前記光輝性材料層の長さの少なくとも2倍である、請求項1に記載のランプ。
- 細長い内部空洞を含む細長い光学部品と、前記細長い内部空洞の内壁上にある光輝性材料層と、を含む構成部品の製造方法であって、
前記細長い内部空洞を有する共押出構造体を同時に創出して合わせて製造するために、前記細長い光学部品及び前記光輝性材料層を共押出する工程を含む、方法。 - 波長変換層及び/又は光学部品層は、PC−ポリカーボネート、PMMA−ポリ(メタクリル酸メチル)、PET−ポリエチレンテレフタル酸塩、及び熱形成プラスチックの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
