Claims (1)
- 後面から入射した光を2回内面反射して前面より出射する投影レンズの光学面決定方法であって、
投影レンズに入射する光源の光の入力波面を設定する工程と、
投影レンズから出射して所望の配光パターンを形成する光の出力波面を設定する工程と、
前記投影レンズの前面の形状を設定する工程と、
前記投影レンズの後面のうち、前記光源から出射した入力波面が入射する入射領域の形状を設定する工程と、
前記投影レンズの前面の第1反射領域で内面反射させた第1中間波面を前記第1反射領域の形状に基づいて算出する工程と、
前記投影レンズの前面の屈折領域で屈折される前の第2中間波面を前記屈折領域の形状に基づいて算出する工程と、
前記後面のうち、前記第1中間波面を前記第2中間波面として反射する第2反射領域の形状を、該第1中間波面および該第2中間波面とに基づいて光学面として決定する工程と、
を含む光学面決定方法。
