Description
‐経時的に測定された前記生物の心拍を示す心拍値を供給する心拍供給ユニットと、
‐経時的に測定された前記生物の末梢(peripheral)生理学的性質を示す末梢生理値を供給する末梢生理値供給ユニットと、
‐経時的に測定された前記心拍値から心拍特性を決定する心拍特性決定ユニットと、
‐経時的に測定された前記末梢生理値から末梢特性を決定する末梢特性決定ユニットと、
‐前記心拍特性及び前記末梢特性に依存して発熱を検出する発熱検出ユニットと、
を有する。
‐心拍測定ユニットにより経時的に測定された前記生物の心拍を示す心拍値を供給するステップと、
‐末梢測定ユニットにより経時的に測定された前記生物の末梢生理学的性質を示す末梢生理値を供給するステップと、
‐心拍特性決定ユニットにより経時的に測定された前記心拍値から心拍特性を決定するステップと、
‐末梢特性決定ユニットにより経時的に測定された前記末梢生理値から末梢特性を決定するステップと、
‐発熱検出ユニットにより前記心拍特性及び前記末梢特性に依存して発熱を検出するステップと、
を有する。
Claims (13)
- 生物の発熱を検出する発熱検出装置において、
経時的に測定された前記生物の心拍を示す心拍値を供給する心拍供給ユニットと、
経時的に測定された前記生物の末梢生理学的性質を示す末梢生理値を供給する末梢生理値供給ユニットと、
経時的に測定された前記心拍値から心拍勾配を決定する心拍特性決定ユニットと、
経時的に測定された前記末梢生理値から末梢勾配を決定する末梢特性決定ユニットと、
前記心拍勾配及び前記末梢勾配に依存して発熱を検出する発熱検出ユニットと、
を有する発熱検出装置。 - 前記末梢生理値供給ユニットが、前記末梢生理値として、前記生物の皮膚温度を示す皮膚温度値及び前記生物の末梢の血液かん流を示す末梢かん流値の少なくとも一方を供給する、請求項1に記載の発熱検出装置。
- 前記発熱検出ユニットが、前記心拍勾配及び前記末梢勾配に対して所定の発熱検出ルールを適用する、請求項1に記載の発熱検出装置。
- 前記発熱検出ルールは、前記心拍勾配が心拍上昇を示す正であり、同じ時間間隔内に前記末梢勾配が前記末梢生理学的性質の低下を示す負である場合に、発熱が検出されるように、あらかじめ定められる、請求項3に記載の発熱検出装置。
- 前記発熱検出ルールは、追加的に絶対末梢勾配が末梢閾値より大きく、絶対心拍勾配が心拍閾値より大きい場合に、発熱が検出されるように、あらかじめ定められる、請求項4に記載の発熱検出装置。
- 前記心拍供給ユニットが、初期心拍値及び実際の心拍値を供給し、前記末梢生理値供給ユニットが、初期生理値及び実際の生理値を供給し、前記発熱検出ユニットが、前記心拍勾配として、前記供給された初期及び実際の心拍値に基づいて心拍変化を決定し、前記末梢勾配として、前記供給された初期及び実際の生理値に基づいて末梢変化を決定する、請求項1に記載の発熱検出装置。
- 前記発熱検出ユニットが、発熱を持つ確率を示す発熱性質値を決定するために前記末梢勾配及び前記心拍勾配に対して所定の発熱確率ルールを適用する、請求項1に記載の発熱検出装置。
- 前記発熱検出ユニットが、前記心拍勾配及び前記末梢勾配に依存して発熱からの回復を検出する、請求項1に記載の発熱検出装置。
- 前記発熱検出ユニットが、発熱からの回復を検出するために前記末梢勾配及び前記心拍勾配に対して所定の発熱回復ルールを適用し、a)前記末梢勾配及び前記心拍勾配が決定され、b)前記発熱回復ルールは、前記末梢勾配が正であり、同じ時間間隔内に前記心拍勾配が負である場合に、発熱からの回復が検出されるように、あらかじめ定められる、請求項8に記載の発熱検出装置。
- 前記発熱検出装置が、前記生物の他の測定される性質又は前記生物の周囲の性質を供給する性質供給ユニットを有し、前記発熱検出ユニットが、前記末梢生理値、前記心拍値及び前記性質供給ユニットにより供給された性質に依存して発熱を検出する、請求項1に記載の発熱検出装置。
- 前記心拍供給ユニットが、心拍測定ユニットであり、前記末梢生理値供給ユニットが、末梢測定ユニットであり、前記心拍測定ユニット及び前記末梢測定ユニットが、前記心拍値として脈拍数及び前記末梢生理値としてかん流値を測定するパルス酸素濃度計に結合される、請求項1に記載の発熱検出装置。
- 生物の発熱を検出する発熱検出方法において、
心拍供給ユニットにより経時的に測定された前記生物の心拍を示す心拍値を供給するステップと、
末梢生理値供給ユニットにより経時的に測定された前記生物の末梢生理学的性質を示す末梢生理値を供給するステップと、
心拍特性決定ユニットにより経時的に測定された前記心拍値から心拍勾配を決定するステップと、
末梢特性決定ユニットにより経時的に測定された前記末梢生理値から末梢勾配を決定するステップと、
発熱検出ユニットにより前記心拍勾配及び前記末梢勾配に依存して発熱を検出するステップと、
を有する方法。 - 生物の発熱を検出する発熱検出コンピュータプログラムにおいて、前記発熱検出コンピュータプログラムが、請求項1に記載の発熱検出装置を制御するコンピュータ上で実行される場合に、請求項12に記載の発熱検出方法のステップを前記発熱検出装置に実行させるプログラムコード手段を有する、発熱検出コンピュータプログラム。
