除染した前記廃棄物の線量を測定する測定工程と、
測定した線量がしきい値の線量以下であった前記廃棄物を加工し、再利用または廃棄する加工工程と、
測定した線量がしきい値の線量より高かった前記廃棄物を分解し、前記第2除染工程に移行させる処理、前記測定工程に移行させる処理または加工し長期保管用の容器に収容する処理を行う工程と、
