Description

The present invention relates to a tire sliding contact device that maintains a tread surface of a rolling tire in a good state.

Asphalt pavement is compacted by using a tire roller vehicle (rolling roller vehicle) and rolling using a tire for rolling. The tire roller vehicle is provided with a tire sliding contact device.
In general, a tire sliding contact device has a structure in which a sliding contact body that holds liquid is attached to an attachment bracket fixed to a vehicle body, and the sliding contact body is slidably contacted with a tread surface of a tire. As a result, a liquid film is formed on the tread surface of the tire as the tire roller vehicle self-runs, preventing the asphalt mixture from adhering to the tread surface of the tire, and removing the adhering matter adhering to the tread surface of the tire. , Cooling the tire treads.

Incidentally, the tire sliding contact device is required to be detachably attached to the vehicle body.
Therefore, a sliding contact attachment structure as disclosed in FIG. 6 of Patent Document 1 has been proposed. This uses a structure in which a plate-like base is mounted on the back part of the sliding contact body as the sliding contact body, and the mounting bracket on the vehicle body side is the same as the mounting part formed in a frame shape with, for example, a pipe material. A structural portion is used that includes a support portion that supports the mounting portion on the vehicle body so as to face the tread surface of the tire. And the engaging part which detachably engages with a pipe material is provided in the site | parts near the four corners of a base, and a sliding contact body is attached to a pipe material. Specifically, the engaging portion includes an engaging portion that engages with one of the upper pipe member and the lower pipe member to restrict movement in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body, and the other pipe. An engagement portion that engages with the material and restricts movement in the vertical direction of the vehicle body is used.

6)Japanese Patent No. 3236411 (FIG. 6)

However, since the sliding contact body is poorly regulated in the left-right direction of the vehicle body, it may shift in the left-right direction of the vehicle body due to an external force applied from the tread surface of the tire when the tire roller vehicle travels (lateral displacement). In addition, under the influence of the lateral displacement of the sliding contact body, the engagement that restricts the vertical direction may be released. In addition, this slipping may cause the sliding contact body to fall off the mounting portion of the vehicle body.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a tire sliding contact device in which a sliding contact body is unlikely to be displaced from a tread surface of a tire, and further is not easily detached from an attachment portion.

An aspect of the present invention includes a vehicle body in which a rolling tire is rotatably provided, a plate-like base mounted on the back, a sliding contact body that holds a liquid and that is in sliding contact with the tread surface of the tire, and a sliding contact A mounting bracket that supports the body and is attached to the vehicle body. The mounting bracket includes a frame-shaped mounting portion, and a tire sliding portion that is supported by the vehicle body so that the mounting portion faces the tread surface of the tire. It is a contact device, and has an engagement part which engages a sliding contact body with a mounting part so that attachment or detachment is possible near the four corners of a base, and the base side, and an engagement part arranged near the four corners And the engaging portion disposed on the center side of the base are configured to have a pair of restricting leg portions disposed opposite to each other and a gripping groove provided between the restricting leg portions, and are disposed in the vicinity of the four corners. The gripping groove of the engaging part faces the vertical direction of the vehicle body, the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body, and the center of the base The gripping grooves of the engaging part arranged at the position of the engaging part arranged near the four corners are located closer to the base side than the gripping grooves of the engaging part and face the left and right direction of the vehicle body, and the pair of regulating leg parts are elastically deformed Thus, each part of the attachment part is held in the gripping groove from different directions, thereby restricting the vehicle longitudinal direction, the vehicle vertical direction, and the vehicle horizontal direction.

According to the present invention, the sliding contact body is unlikely to be displaced from the tread surface of the tire by the engaging portion serving as means for restricting movement in the left-right direction of the vehicle body. In addition, in cooperation with the engagement of the other engaging portions, the sliding contact body is unlikely to be detached from the mounting portion with respect to an external force from any direction. Moreover, the entire sliding contact body can be maintained in a shape along the arc shape of the tire tread surface, and the scraper function by the sliding contact body and the liquid application to the tire tread surface can be stabilized.

1 is a side view of a tire roller vehicle (rolling roller vehicle) to which a tire sliding contact device according to an embodiment of the present invention is applied. The perspective view which shows the sliding contact apparatus for tires by the side of the rear tire seen from the arrow A in FIG. The perspective view which expanded each part of the sliding contact apparatus for the tire. The disassembled perspective view which shows the principal part of the sliding contact apparatus for tires. The figure which shows the state which the sliding contact body is in sliding contact with the tread of a tire.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on an embodiment shown in FIGS.
FIG. 1 shows a side view of a rolling machine, for example, a tire roller vehicle (rolling roller vehicle), and FIG. 2 shows a view of the vehicle seen from the direction of arrow A in FIG.

The tire roller vehicle shown in FIG. 1 has a vehicle body 1 extending in the vehicle front-rear direction. A front rolling tire 3 is rotatably provided at a front portion thereof, and a rear rolling tire 5 is disposed at a rear portion thereof. It is provided so as to be rotatable, and a driver's seat 7 is provided in the middle part. A plurality of front tires 3, for example, three in the width direction are arranged side by side. This constitutes a front rolling roller. A plurality of, for example, four rear tires 5 are arranged in the width direction. This constitutes the rear rolling roller. The vehicle body 1 houses various devices (not shown) such as an engine, a fuel tank, a hydraulic oil tank, and a hydraulic pump that are used for traveling of the tire roller vehicle.

A tire sliding contact device 11 is provided at each of a front end portion and a rear end portion of the vehicle body 1. For example, the front portion of the vehicle body 1 is provided with one tire sliding contact device 11 a shared by three tires 3, and the rear portion of the vehicle body 1 has two units shared by two adjacent tires 5. A tire sliding contact device 11b is provided.
The same structure is used for any of the tire sliding contact devices 11a and 11b. FIG. 2 shows the structure of one (one) tire sliding contact device 11b on the rear side, and FIG. 3 shows an enlarged view of a part of the structure.

The structure of the rear-side tire sliding contact device 11 b will be described with reference to FIG. 2. The device 11 b includes a sliding contact body 13 that is in sliding contact with the tread surface 5 a formed on the outer peripheral surface of the tire 5, and the sliding contact body. 13 is constituted by a bracket structure portion 15 (corresponding to the mounting bracket of the present application) for attaching the vehicle body 13 to the vehicle body 1.
Of these, the sliding contact body 13 includes, for example, a rectangular brush mat 17 extending in the vehicle width direction. The front side of the brush mat 17 serves as a sliding contact surface that is in sliding contact with the tread surface 5 a of the tire 5. A base 19 is mounted on the back side of the brush mat 17 which is the back portion of the sliding contact body 13. Here, the base 19 is formed of a flexible member, for example, a thin plate made of a synthetic resin having high rigidity attached (for example, bonded) to the back surface of the brush mat 17. Thereby, the whole sliding contact body 13 is comprised.

The bracket structure portion 15 includes an attachment portion 21 for attaching the sliding contact body 13, and a support portion 23 for fixing the attachment portion 21 to the vehicle body 1 so as to face the tread surface 5 a of the tire 5.
Among these, the support part 23 is comprised from the fixed bracket 25, the movable bracket 27, the support bracket 29, the biasing member 31, the stopper mechanism 33, the handle 35, etc., for example. Specifically, the fixing bracket 25 is composed of a pair of parallel plate materials, for example. One end portion of the plate member is attached to the lower surface of the rear end portion of the vehicle body 1 through the support seat 25a, and the other end portion is directed between two adjacent tires 5. Incidentally, the lower end portion is disposed in the vicinity of the circumferential surface of the tire 5.

The movable bracket 27 is composed of a pair of parallel plate members disposed on the outer side of the middle stage of the fixed bracket 25, for example. One end portion of the plate member is rotatably connected to the middle portion of the fixing bracket 25 via a connection pin 39, and the other end portion of the plate member extends obliquely downward and rearward of the vehicle body 1. A handle 35 is provided at the lower end. The lower end portion of the fixed bracket 25 and the movable bracket 27 are connected by an urging member 31, for example, a tension spring. With this tension spring, the movable bracket 27 is urged downward.

A support bracket 29 is provided at the lower end of the movable bracket 27. The support bracket 29 is formed of, for example, a strip material whose intermediate portion is fixed to the movable bracket 27 and whose both end portions project from the movable bracket 27 in the left-right direction of the vehicle body. Attachment portions 21 are provided at both ends of the support bracket 29, respectively. Each of the attachment portions 21 is formed of a rectangular frame member having one end side connected to the end portion of the support bracket 29 and the other end side protruding so as to face the tread surface 5 a of the tire 5. Specifically, the attachment portion 21 includes a frame portion 43 formed by bending a pipe material into a rectangular shape, more specifically, a rectangular shape extending in the left-right direction of the vehicle body, and a longitudinal direction (vehicle body left-right direction) intermediate portion of the frame portion 43. It is comprised in the square from the partition part 45 partitioned off with the pipe material.

The mounting portion 21 is supported by the vehicle body 1 so as to face the tread surface 5 a of the tire 5 by the support portion 23 configured as described above. The sliding contact body 13 is attached to the side surface of each mounting portion 21 facing the tread surface 5a (the mounting structure of the sliding contact body 13 will be described later). Thereby, the sliding contact surface of each sliding contact body 13 is pressed against the tread surface 5a of each tire 5, and the sliding contact body 13 functions as a scraper.

That is, the stopper mechanism 33 is a mechanism that enables or cancels the scraper function of the sliding contact body 13. For example, as shown in FIG. 2, the mechanism 33 is supported by a connecting pin 47 so that one end thereof is rotatable between plate members at the lower end portion of the fixed bracket 25, and the other end portion is an intermediate portion between the plate members of the movable bracket 27. The support stay 49 extends toward the end, a locking groove (not shown) formed on the front end side of the support stay 49, and a locking rod 51 spanned between the middle plate members of the movable bracket 27. Is done. That is, when the handle 35 is gripped to lift the movable bracket 27 upward and the locking rod 51 is locked in the locking groove of the support stay 49, the sliding contact body 13 is in a standby position away from the tread surface 5 a of the tire 5. Wait (scraper function: cancel). When the movable bracket 27 is once lifted to release the engagement between the locking rod 51 and the support stay 49 and the movable bracket 27 is in a free state, the movable bracket 27 is moved by the elastic force of the tension spring (the biasing member 31). Is urged downward so that the sliding contact surface of the sliding contact body 13 is pressed against the tread surface 5a of the tire 5 (scraper function: effective).

As shown in FIG. 2, an injection device 53 that injects water, a solvent (for example, oil) or the like to the rear of the vehicle body is provided at the rear end of the vehicle body 1. The apparatus 53 has a pair (two in this case) of supply pipes 55 extending from a supply mechanism (not shown) for supplying water, a solvent and the like arranged in the left-right direction of the vehicle body so as to pass near the sliding contact body 13. Composed. Each part of the supply pipe 55 is provided with a plurality of injection nozzles 57 whose injection ports (not shown) are directed toward the tread surface 5a of the tire 5 so that water and solvents are ejected toward the tread surface 5a of the tire 5. ing. Thus, a liquid film is formed on the tread surface 5a of the tire 5 with the liquid held in the sliding contact body 13 that is in sliding contact with the tread surface 5a of the tire 5 during the rolling operation, and the asphalt is formed on the tread surface 5a of the tire 5. The mixture is prevented from adhering, and the adhering matter adhering to the tread surface 5a of the tire 5 is removed. The tread surface 5a of the tire 5 can also be cooled. Incidentally, the injection device 53 is also provided at the front portion of the vehicle body 1. Reference numeral 56 denotes a fixing member that fixes the supply pipe 55 to the vehicle body 1.

In addition to the sliding contact body 13 being detachably attached to such a sliding contact device 11 for a tire, a device is devised to prevent the attached sliding contact body 13 from shifting or dropping off. The same structure is shown in FIGS.

For this purpose, a structure is used in which engaging portions 63 to 67 detachable from the pipe material of the mounting portion 21 are provided on the side surface of the base 19 of the sliding contact body 13, in the vicinity of the four corners of the base 19, and in portions other than the four corners, respectively. It is done.
For this purpose, engaging portions 63 and 65 that are detachably engaged with the upper and lower pipes 22a and 22b constituting the frame of the mounting portion 21 are integrally provided in the vicinity of the four corners of the base 19, except for the four corners. An engagement portion 67 that is detachably engaged with the vertical pipe 22c constituting the partition portion 45 is integrally provided at a central portion of the base, which is a portion of the base 19, and the engagement is disposed at portions near the four corners of the base 19. The parts 63 and 65 serve as means for restricting at least the attachment part 21 from moving in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body and moving in the vertical direction of the vehicle body, and the engaging part 67 disposed near the center of the base 19 (other than the four corners). Is used as a means for restricting movement in the left-right direction of the vehicle body relative to at least the attachment portion 21.

Specifically, each of the engaging portions 63 to 67 is formed of a C-shaped block portion made of a synthetic resin material as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, for example. The pair of restricting leg portions 69 arranged opposite to each other constitute an entrance / exit portion 71 through which the pipe material can enter and exit. In addition, a grip groove 73 for gripping the pipe material is formed in the gap portion in the innermost portion between the regulating leg portions 69. In other words, the C-shaped block portion elastically deforms the pair of restricting leg portions 69 and inserts the pipe material into the gripping groove 73 from the entrance / exit portion 71, whereby the pipe material is held in the gripping groove 73.

Among these, the engaging portion 63 on the left and right corners of the upper stage of the base 19 is configured by disposing the inlet / outlet portion 71 of the C-shaped block portion downward as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. As a result, the upper pipe 22 a is held in the gripping groove 73, and the movement of the sliding contact body 13 in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body is restricted by the restriction leg portion 69. That is, the engaging portion 63 is a means for restricting the sliding contact body 13 from being displaced in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body with respect to the mounting portion 21.
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the engaging portion 65 on the lower left and right corners of the lower stage of the base 19 is configured by arranging the inlet / outlet portion 71 of the C-shaped block portion rearward. As a result, when the lower pipe 22b is held in the gripping groove 73, the regulation leg 69 restricts the sliding contact body 13 from moving in the vertical direction of the vehicle body. That is, the engaging portion 65 is a means for restricting the sliding contact body 13 from being displaced in the vertical direction of the vehicle body with respect to the mounting portion 21.
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the engaging portion 67 on the center side of the base 19 is configured by horizontally arranging the inlet / outlet portion 71 of the C-shaped block portion. Thereby, when the vertical pipe 22c (partition part 45) is held in the holding groove 73, the restricting leg part 69 restricts the sliding contact body 13 from moving in the left-right direction of the vehicle body. That is, the engaging portion 67 is a means for restricting the sliding contact body 13 from being displaced in the left-right direction of the vehicle body with respect to the mounting portion 21.

In the present embodiment, the engaging portion 63 and the engaging portion 65 are integrally connected by a thin connecting member 64 formed on the side surface of the base 19, and the engaging portions 63 and 65 are formed as one part. It is assumed that the engagement member is formed.

Further, the engaging portions 63 to 67 are arranged on the center side of the base 19 as shown in FIG. 4 so that the entire sliding contact surface of the sliding contact body 13 is in sliding contact with the arc shape of the tread surface 5 a of the tire 5. The grip groove 73 position of the engaging portion 67 is closer to the base 19 side than the grip groove 73 positions of the other four corner side engagement portions 63 and 65. That is, as shown in FIG. 4, the distance from the side surface of the base 19 to the center position of the gripping groove 73 of the engaging portion 67 is larger than the distance L1 from the side surface of the base 19 to the center position of the gripping groove 73 of the engaging portion 63, 65. By reducing the distance L2 (L1> L2), the sliding contact body 13 is attached to the attachment portion 21 in an arc shape following the shape of the tread surface 5a. Thereby, when the scraper is effective, the entire sliding contact surface of the sliding contact body 13 is in close contact with the entire tread surface 5a.

Here, the sliding contact body 13 is attached to the attachment portion 21 from the state where the attachment portion 21 is positioned at the standby position separated upward from the tread surface 5a of the tire 5, and from the front side of the attachment portion 21 first. Only the gripping groove 73 of the engaging portion 63 on the upper stage of the (sliding contact body 13) is engaged with both sides of the upper pipe 22a of the mounting portion 21. Next, the base 19 (sliding contact body 13) is brought close to the mounting portion 21 with the upper pipe 22a as a fulcrum (in the overlapping direction), and the gripping groove 73 of the engaging portion 65 at the lower stage of the base 19 (sliding contact body 13) is formed. The attachment portion 21 is engaged with the lower pipe 22b. Thereafter, the base 19 is displaced in the left-right direction of the vehicle body, and the engaging portion 67 at the center of the remaining base 19 is engaged with the vertical pipe 22 c of the mounting portion 21, so that the sliding contact body 13 is moved to the tread surface 5 a of the tire 5. It is attached to the attachment portion 21 while maintaining a posture following the arc shape.

When the sliding contact body 13 is pressed against the tread surface 5a of the tire 5 as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 5 by the unlocking operation of the locking rod 51 and the support stay 49, the scraper function becomes effective. That is, the sliding contact body 13 forms a liquid film on the tread surface 5a in cooperation with water or a solvent ejected from the ejection nozzle 57, or removes the adhered matter attached to the tread surface 5a.

The structure in which the sliding contact body 13 is attached to the upper and lower pipes 22a and 22b and the vertical pipe 22c of the attachment portion 21 using these engagement portions 63, 65, and 67 is such that the engagement portions 63 on both sides of the upper stage of the base 19 are slid. The displacement of the contact body 13 in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body is restricted, the engagement portions 65 on both lower sides of the base 19 restrict the displacement of the sliding contact body 13 in the vehicle body vertical direction, and the engagement portion 67 on the center side of the base 19 is The displacement of the sliding contact 13 in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body is restricted.

Therefore, even when an external force α is applied to the sliding contact body 13 from the lateral direction of the vehicle body as shown in FIG. Due to this restriction, the sliding contact body 13 can be prevented from shifting. In addition, an excessive external force β is applied to the center of the sliding contact body 13 from the front-rear direction of the vehicle body, and the behavior of causing the sliding contact body 13 to be deformed in the vertical direction as shown by the a-dotted line in FIG. Even if it occurs, the behavior that the lower pipe 22b is disengaged from the engaging portion 65 by the pressing of the engaging portion 67 is suppressed. For this reason, the sliding contact body 13 can be prevented from falling off.

Accordingly, engagement parts 63 and 65 for restricting the vehicle body longitudinal direction and the vehicle body vertical direction are provided at the four corners of the base 19, and engagement parts 67 for regulating the vehicle longitudinal direction are provided at parts other than the four corners of the base 19. Due to the provided structure, the sliding contact body 13 can be hardly displaced from the tread surface 5 a of the tire 5, and further can be hardly detached from the attachment portion 21. Incidentally, the positional relationship between the engaging portions 63 and 65 may be reversed.

In particular, by disposing the engaging portion 67 in the center of the base 19, it is possible to effectively prevent the sliding contact body 13 from being displaced and dropped off.
In addition, since the engaging portions 63, 65, and 67 each employ a structure in which a grip groove 73 is formed between the pair of restricting leg portions 69, restricting means that are easily suitable for various restricting directions, that is, engaging. The parts 63, 65, and 67 can be configured.

In addition, the grip groove 73 position of the engagement portion 67 on the center side is arranged closer to the base 19 side than the engagement portions 63 and 65 on the four corner sides, and thus, as shown in FIGS. Thus, in the state attached to the attachment portion 21, the entire sliding contact body 13 can be maintained in a shape along the arc shape of the tread surface 5 a of the tire 5, the scraper function by the sliding contact body 13, and the tread surface 5 a of the tire 5. There exists an effect that liquid application can be stabilized. Incidentally, the deformation state of the sliding contact body 13 in FIGS. 5A to 5C is exaggerated.

It should be noted that each configuration and combination thereof in the above-described embodiment is an example, and the addition, omission, replacement, and other changes of the configuration are possible without departing from the spirit of the present invention. Needless to say. Further, the present invention is not limited by the embodiment, and it is needless to say that the present invention is limited only by the “claims”.
