Description

The present invention relates to a climbing cane, and more specifically, the length of a multi-stage support tube can be adjusted quickly and easily by a simple touch, and when the stick is attached, the load is elastically supported. The present invention relates to an invention that can be used.

In general, climbing walking sticks share about 30% of the load applied to the foot, reduce the exhaustion of physical strength, maintain balance when walking, and keep stable climbing, especially The mountain walking stick is one of the widely used climbing equipment regardless of age, because it can effectively relieve the impact on the knees when descending.

The climbing cane is configured to be adjusted in length for easy carrying. Mainly, it is configured such that the length of a multi-stage support tube can be extended and contracted by rotating and tightening a nut-shaped fastener while rotating.

However, a conventional length adjustment stick is configured to be able to adjust the expansion and contraction by rotating and tightening a screwed fastener. For this reason, the work of tightening and unfastening the fasteners is complicated and takes a considerable amount of time, and if the fasteners are not tightened firmly, the support tube may enter the interior without being able to withstand the applied pressure, or the parts may be damaged. Was generated.

In addition, climbing walking sticks are made of a material that does not bend or break when the user wears a walking stick, and has a durability of about 41 kg mainly at a distance of about 10 mm from the center of the walking stick. When applied for 15 seconds, the stick should not bend, break or deform, but there are many products that cannot pass the resistance test depending on the material of the stick.

Therefore, in the past, there were problems such as the support tube was inserted or the stick was bent and deformed due to product problems, causing a serious accident by losing the center of gravity at the time of descent.

The present invention was devised in view of the above-mentioned problems, and its purpose is to adjust the length of the stick quickly and easily by a simple operation, flexibly supporting the load and bending the stick. An object of the present invention is to provide a high-quality and high-functional climbing stick that can prevent this.

In order to achieve the above-described object, the present invention is characterized in that the support pipes 11, 12, and 13 having different diameters are combined, the length is adjusted by the adjusting means 30, and the upper portions of the support pipes 11, 12, and 13 are adjusted. In the climbing walking stick 10 in which the handle 20 and the support column 40 are coupled to each other at the lower part, the adjusting means 30 is coupled to the fixed pipe 31 coupled to the lower part of the first support pipe 11 and the fixed pipe 31, and is connected to the spring. The second support tube 12 is formed of a working tube 32 that is elastically supported by 33, and has locking grooves 12a formed on the outer peripheral surface at predetermined intervals. The second support tube 12 is inserted into the first support tube 11 and is moved up and down. A coupling hole 31b penetrating the side surface is drilled in the lower part of the fixed tube 31 and a stopper ball 31a is inserted. When the ball 31a is pushed by the inner diameter of the working tube 32, the locking groove of the second support tube 12 is inserted. 12a to ball 31a Thus, when the second support tube 12 is fixed inside the first support tube 11 and the working tube 32 is raised and the ball 31a is positioned in the wide extension groove 32a at the lower end of the working tube 32, the ball 31a is 2 The second support pipe 12 is freely lifted and lowered inside the first support pipe 11 by being detached from the locking groove 12a of the support pipe 12, and a snap ring 34 is coupled to the lower end of the fixed pipe 31, so that the working pipe This can be achieved by a walking stick that is characterized in that the detachment of 32 is prevented.

In the present invention as described above, the length of the second support tube 12 is quickly and easily adjusted by a simple operation of pulling the working tube 32 of the adjusting means 30, and the pulling working tube 32 is released. Since the first support tube 11 and the second support tube 12 that have been adjusted in length are firmly fixed, the length adjustment work is simple, but the convenience of use is enhanced. A functional climbing cane can be provided. At the same time, since the two springs constituted by the first spring 44a and the second spring 44b of the support column 40 distribute and support the load, the supporting force and the buffering force that maintain the balance of the body cause a reciprocal action, and the load is reduced. It has advantages such as stable support and absorption of impact while holding the center of gravity, preventing deformation of the stick and safe mountain climbing.

Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment for achieving the above object will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, when the support pipes 11, 12, 13 having different diameters are combined and the support pipes 11, 12, 13 are inserted into the inside, the length is shortened and pulled out. The length of the walking stick is adjusted.

The lengths of the support tubes 11, 12, and 13 can be adjusted by the adjusting means 30. A handle 20 and a support column 40 are coupled to the upper and lower portions of the support tubes 11, 12, and 13, respectively. ing.

The climbing cane 10 having the above-described configuration is a known technical idea.

However, in the present invention, the most important feature is the configuration of the adjusting means 30 that allows the length of the support tube to be adjusted quickly and simply by simply touching the working tube 32.

That is, the adjusting means 30 includes a fixed tube 31 coupled to the lower portion of the first support tube 11 and an operating tube 32 coupled to the fixed tube 31 and elastically supported by the spring 33.

A second support tube 12 is inserted into the first support tube 11 and moved up and down, and locking grooves 12 a are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the second support tube 12 at a predetermined interval.

A coupling hole 31b penetrating the side surface is formed in the lower portion of the fixed tube 31, and a stopper ball 31a is inserted into the coupling hole 31b.

When the stopper ball 31a is inserted into the coupling hole 31b and the ball 31a is pushed by the inner diameter of the working tube 32, the stopper ball 31a is projected into the locking groove 12a of the second support tube 12 while being protruded inside by the coupling hole 31b. The ball 31 a is locked and the second support tube 12 is fixed in a state of being inserted into the first support tube 11.

When the working tube 32 is pulled and lifted by the fixed tube 31, the ball 31 a is positioned in the wide expansion groove 32 a at the lower end of the working tube 32 and maintains a free state. The second support tube 12 is lifted and lowered freely inside the first support tube 11 by being detached from the locking groove 12a.

A snap ring is coupled to the lower end of the fixed tube 31 to prevent the working tube 32 from being detached to the lower portion of the fixed tube 31, and a step 31 c is formed on the upper portion of the fixed tube 31. The tube 32 is configured to be able to move between the step 31 c and the snap ring 34 while being elastically supported by the spring 33.

In the present invention having the above-described configuration, as shown in FIG. 3 a, the stopper ball 31 a is coupled to the locking groove 12 a of the second support tube 12, and the second support tube 12 is formed inside the first support tube 11. When the working tube 32 is pulled upward in a fixed state, the ball 31a is positioned in the wide extension groove 32a at the lower end of the working tube 32 as shown in FIG. When the second support tube 12 is moved freely to release the working tube 32 by a desired length, the stopper ball 31a is pushed against the inner diameter of the working tube 32 while the working tube 32 is lowered by the restoring force of the spring 33. Then, the second support tube 12 is fixed in a state in which the length is adjusted by being locked in the locking groove 12 a of the second support tube 12.

Therefore, the length of the second support tube 12 can be adjusted quickly and easily by a simple operation of pulling the working tube 32. When the pulling working tube 32 is released, the length is adjusted. The support tube 11 and the second support tube 12 are firmly fixed. As a result, it is possible to provide a high-quality, high-functional climbing walking stick that facilitates the use while improving the convenience of the length.

The stopper ball 31 a, the fixed tube 31, the working tube 32, the first support tube 11 and the second support tube 12 are made of stainless metal, and the one end ball 31 a is engaged with the locking groove 12 a of the second support tube 12. When it is stopped, it is firmly fixed to prevent disengagement, so that it can sufficiently support the load by satisfying the requirements of the resistance test. It is deformed by bending or bending, and at the time of descent, various problems such as losing the center of gravity and causing a serious accident are completely solved, and a high-performance climbing stick with excellent external competitiveness is realized There are advantages such as being able to.

Meanwhile, the adjusting means 30 may be coupled to the lower portion of the second support tube 12 so that the length of the third support tube 13 inserted into the second support tube 12 can be adjusted. . Of course, the locking groove 13a is also formed in the third support tube 13, and the ball 31a of the adjusting means 30 is coupled thereto.

At this time, the lengths of the second support pipe 12 and the third support pipe 13 can be adjusted together by the two adjusting means 30 to widely adjust the total length of the stick 10, and the length of the stick can be considerably shortened. This can improve the convenience of carrying.

The support column 40 includes a first guide tube 41 coupled and fixed to a lower portion of the third support tube 13, a second guide tube 42 coupled to the first guide tube 41, and a second guide tube 42 coupled to the second guide tube 42. 3 guide pipes 43 are inserted between the first guide pipe 41 and the second guide pipe 42 and between the second guide pipe 42 and the 3 guide pipe 43, respectively. The first and second springs 44a and 44b are supported, and a cemented carbide support 45 is coupled to the lower portion of the third guide tube 43.

A snap ring 46 is coupled to the lower end of the first guide tube 41 so that the second guide tube 42 can be prevented from being detached to the lower portion of the first guide tube 41.

In the above-described configuration, the first guide tube 41 fixed to the third support tube 13 is elastically supported by the first spring 44a and the second spring 44b, so that the load applied when the stick 10 is attached is elastic. Therefore, problems such as bending, breakage or deformation of the walking stick 10 are prevented, and safe mountain climbing can be performed.

In particular, the two springs composed of the first spring 44a and the second spring 44b disperse and support the load, so that when the stick 10 is attached, the supporting force for maintaining the balance of the body and the shock absorbing force for absorbing the shock. On the other hand, a high-functional walking stick can be realized. It can stably support the load and absorb the impact while maintaining the center of gravity, and can prevent the walking stick from deforming safely.
