周辺照明又は寄生性照明を回避するために前記含浸マンドレルの外形へ調整されるとともに前記繊維織物に出来る限り近接して配置された照明箱(49)内に設置されたカメラ(46)であって、前記繊維織物内に存在する縦糸トレーサー織り糸(50、52、54、56、58)及び横糸トレーサー織り糸(64)の通行を調査するために、前記繊維織物と前記含浸マンドレルの方に向けられたカメラ(46)と;
縦糸トレーサー織り糸と引き続く横糸トレーサー織り糸との交差点の位置を最初に決定して、その後、これらの決定された位置を、基準の縦糸及び横糸(66)のトレーサー織り糸の交差点の対応する理論的位置と比較する画像解析モジュール(47)であって、最終的には、これらの交差点の各々に関して前記繊維織物の偏倚値を決定する画像解析モジュール(47)と;
前記マンドレルのそれぞれの回転軸線周りの回転において前記マンドレルを駆動する電動モータ(22、34)と;
前記マンドレルの回転を駆動する前記電動モータを制御する制御装置(42)と;を具備する機械(10)。 - 前記電動モータを制御する前記制御装置は、前記繊維織物の張力を監視する監視手段を具備する、請求項1に記載の機械。
- 前記画像解析モジュールは、基準の縦糸及び横糸のトレーサー織り糸(Cl、C2、C3、Tl)で印を付けられた較正マンドレル(45)に向けられた前記カメラにより、前記繊維織物の自動巻き付け工程の前の較正段階中に検知された基準の縦糸及び横糸の交差点の前記理論的位置を記録する、請求項1又は2に記載の機械。
- 前記画像解析モジュールは更に、基準整列位置と、少なくとも1つの縦糸トレーサー織り糸の前記カメラにより観察された位置との間の位置誤差を測定し、及び
前記トレーサー織り糸の前記観察された位置が所定の許容誤差範囲内に留まるかどうかに応じて巻き付けの継続を選択的に可能にする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の機械。 - 前記制御装置は、測定された前記位置誤差が25%の前記所定の許容誤差範囲より大きい場合に、前記巻取マンドレルの位置を補正することにより、前記巻き付け工程中に、整列を補正する、請求項4に記載の機械。
- 前記巻取マンドレルの前記位置は、この巻取マンドレルに固定された電動式ウォームねじ(24、26)により補正される、請求項5に記載の機械。
- 機械の第2のマンドレル(16)上に重畳層の状態で巻かれる、繊維織物(18)の偏倚値を決定する方法であって、
前記機械は、前記繊維織物(18)を蓄え且つ繰り出す第1のマンドレル(14)を具備しており、
前記第1のマンドレルは、実質的に水平で且つ前記第2のマンドレルの回転軸線に対して平行な回転軸線(20)を有しており、
前記第1及び第2のマンドレルは、制御装置(42)により作動させられる電動モータ(22、34)により前記マンドレルのそれぞれの回転軸線の周りで駆動される、方法において、
周辺照明又は寄生性照明を回避するために前記第2のマンドレルの外形へ調整されるとともに前記繊維織物に出来る限り近接して配置された照明箱(49)内にカメラ(46)が、設置されるとともに、前記繊維織物及び前記第2のマンドレルの方に向けられて、前記繊維織物に存在する、縦糸トレーサー織り糸(50、52、54、56、58)と横糸トレーサー織り糸(64)の通行を調査しており、
画像解析モジュール(47)は、最初に、前記縦糸トレーサー織り糸と引き続く前記横糸トレーサー織り糸との交差点の位置を決定し、その後、これらの決定された位置を、基準の縦糸及び横糸(66)のトレーサー織り糸の交差点の対応する理論的位置と比較し、最終的には、これらの交差点の各々に関して前記繊維織物の偏倚値を決定する、方法。 - 前記基準の縦糸及び横糸のトレーサー織り糸の交差点の理論的位置は、基準の縦糸及び横糸のトレーサー織り糸(Cl、C2、C3、Tl)で印を付けられた較正マンドレル(45)に向けられた前記カメラにより、前記繊維織物の自動巻き付け工程の前の較正段階中に検知されて前記画像解析モジュールに記録される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記第1及び第2のマンドレルはそれぞれ、巻き機のための巻取マンドレル及び含浸マンドレルである、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記第1及び第2のマンドレルはそれぞれ、製織機械のための引張マンドレル及び巻取マンドレルである、請求項7に記載の方法。
