Claims (16)
- 複数成分流体配合物の二つ以上の成分をそれぞれ圧力下で送出するための一組の比率定量ポンプと、
前記各流体成分を加熱するための加熱システムと、
ガンハウジングと、
前記各流体成分が圧力下で導入される混合・分注装置であって、衝突混合エレメントと、背圧エレメントと、一つ以上の静止型混合エレメントを収容した静止型混合器ハウジングと、混合した材料を分注するオリフィス部とを備える混合・分注装置と
を備える複数成分スプレーシステムであって、
前記混合・分注装置の前記衝突混合エレメントは、前記各流体成分が圧力下で導入されて、衝突混合によって初期混合されるように構成された、入口ポート及び混合チャンバを有し、
前記混合・分注装置の前記オリフィス部は、前記静止型混合器ハウジングの下流に位置し、
前記背圧エレメントは、衝突混合エレメントの各流体成分用入口ポートと前記オリフィス部との間に位置するインサートであり、衝突混合チャンバの前端に設けた背圧エレメント挿入用空洞内に挿入され、静止型混合エレメントの交換を容易にするため前記静止型混合器ハウジングを容易且つ迅速に取外しできるように、衝突混合エレメントの前端のネジに接続することにより、前記背圧エレメントが所定位置に取付けられ、
前記ガンハウジングは、気体若しくは液体状流体を加圧下で導入することができる導入ポートと、各流体成分を通過させるための接続ブロックポートとを有し、
前記ガンハウジングは、前記ガンハウジングの前記接続ブロックポートが前記入口ポートと一直線上に並ぶ分注位置と、前記ガンハウジングの前記導入ポートが前記入口ポートと連通するパージ位置へと、前記混合・分注装置に対して可動であり、
前記スプレーシステムはさらに、
前記一組の比率定量ポンプによって発生した圧力を監視及び調節するための装置と、
前記流体成分を所定温度に調節するための温度調節器と、
前記定量ポンプ間の設定比率を設定及び維持するための装置と
を備える、複数成分スプレーシステム。 - 前記所定温度が摂氏15〜100度の範囲である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記圧力が1,700〜70,000kPaの範囲である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記比率の設定が、可変比率機構を使って比率を調節することによって、若しくは固定比率機構を使って比率を機械的に再設定することによって、行うことができる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記一組の定量ポンプが、流体圧若しくは空気圧作動式シリンダ、ギアポンプ、ピストンポンプ、ぜん動ポンプ、ダイヤフラムポンプ、若しくは他の容積型ポンプからなる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記静止型混合エレメントが、容易に回転させて取り出すことのできる材料で作製されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記流体成分の温度を個別制御可能である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記オリフィス部が、注入オリフィス若しくは注水オリフィスである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 各作業サイクルの終わりに、前記混合チャンバから混合材料を一掃するために、エアパージを用いる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記静止型混合エレメントは、回転させて取り出す以外に、熱で溶かす、焼く、若しくは焼き切る、又は強制的に押出す、及び/又は1リットル未満の少量の溶剤を使用して前記エレメントの取外しを補助することによって、前記静止型混合器ハウジングから取外すことができる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記オリフィス部がスプレーノズルである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 複数成分の熱可塑性若しくは熱硬化性材料を分注する方法であって、
複数成分流体配合物の二つ以上の成分をそれぞれ、圧力下で請求項1に記載の混合・分注装置へ送出し、
各流体成分を加熱し、
各流体成分を衝突混合チャンバ内で衝突混合により混合し、
一つ以上の静止型混合エレメントを収容する静止型混合器ハウジング内で、前記成分をさらに混合し、
混合した材料をオリフィス部で分注する、
ことを含む、複数成分の熱可塑性若しくは熱硬化性材料を分注する方法。 - 前記静止型混合器ハウジングを周期的に取り外して、前記静止型混合エレメントを交換することをさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記一組の比率定量ポンプによって発生した圧力を監視及び調節することをさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記定量ポンプ間の設定比率を設定及び維持することをさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記流体成分に一つ以上の触媒を添加して、反応速度を高め、硬化時間を短縮することをさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
