Description

(f)マイクロキャリアの本体の底面を構造化して、各本体の底面の上に少なくとも一つの三次元構造を画定するステップと、
(g)ポリマー層を除去して、マイクロキャリアをリリースするステップ。

Claims (12)
- マイクロキャリア(1)を製造するための方法であって、
(a)底部層(16)、頂部層(17)、及び前記底部層(16)と前記頂部層(17)との間に配置された絶縁層(18)を備えたサンドイッチ構造を有するウェーハ(15)を提供するステップと、
(b)前記頂部層(17)をエッチングして、前記頂部層(17)の頂面(19)の上に少なくとも一つの三次元構造(7a)を画定するステップと、
(c)前記頂部層(17)をエッチングして、マイクロキャリア(1)の本体(6)の側壁(22)を画定するステップであって、各本体(6)が該本体(6)の頂面(4)の上に少なくとも一つの三次元構造(7b)を備える、ステップと、
(d)前記マイクロキャリア(1)の本体(6)の頂面(4)の上に連続的なポリマー層(25、29)を適用するステップと、
(e)前記底部層(16)及び前記絶縁層(18)を除去するステップと、
(f)前記マイクロキャリア(1)の本体(6)の底面(5)を構造化して、各本体(6)の底面(7b)の上に少なくとも一つの三次元構造(7b)を画定するステップと、
(g)前記ポリマー層(25、29)を除去して、前記マイクロキャリアをリリースするステップと、を備えた方法。 - ステップ(d)の前に、前記マイクロキャリア(1)の本体(6)の頂面(4)の上に第一活性層(23)を堆積させるステップを更に備えた請求項1に記載の方法。
- ステップ(g)の前に、前記マイクロキャリア(1)の本体(6)の底面(5)の上に第二活性層(27)を堆積させるステップを更に備えた請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第一活性層(23)及び/又は第二活性層(27)が、光学特性若しくは磁性を有する材料、多結晶シリコン及び/若しくはポリテトラフルオロエチレン、又は、高反射率を有する金属層を備える、請求項2又は3に記載の方法。
- 第一活性層(23)及び/又は第二活性層(27)が、酸化物、又は金属層を備える、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記頂面(4)の三次元構造及び/又は前記底面(5)の三次元構造が、対応する面(4、5)から突出した少なくとも一つのスペーサ素子(7a、7b)を備える、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記頂面(4)の三次元構造及び/又は前記底面(5)の三次元構造が、少なくとも一つの回折格子を備える、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記頂面(4)の三次元構造及び/又は前記底面(5)の三次元構造が、ナノスケールの深さを有する少なくとも一つのナノ構造を備える、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー層がパリレンを備える、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー層が、支持体(28)を前記ウェーハ(15)に結合させる接着剤層(29)である、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ステップ(e)が、前記底部層(16)を選択的にエッチングするための第一エッチング、及び、前記絶縁層(18)を選択的にエッチングするための第二エッチングによって行われる、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって得られたマイクロキャリアであって、三次元構造(7a)を有する頂面(4)と、三次元構造(7b)を有する底面(5)とを備えたマイクロキャリア。
