Description
− 非垂直アームを介して、前記垂直軸と一致する回転軸を有する垂直回転軸に機械的に連結され、
− 公称位置で前記垂直軸回りに回ることができ、水平ではない揺れ軸回りを揺れることができ、
− 揺れ軸の外部に設置された重心を有し、
前記公称位置は、前記フラップが前記垂直軸回りを回転することで起きる遠心力であって、前記重心にかかる遠心力が、この公称位置で前記揺れ軸に対してゼロではないトルクを生み出すことのできるような位置である、
制動装置に関する。
− 制動装置が、リリーストルク、非垂直アームに対する固定部分および可動部分を有するトルクリミッタをさらに備えていること;
− フラップが、前記トルクリミッタの前記可動部分に機械的に接続されていること;および
− フラップが垂直軸回りを回転する最大回転速度に達すると、トルクリミッタの前記可動部分によって、フラップが公称位置から揺れ軸回りに揺れ角度をなして揺れることができ、これによって、公称位置でフラップの重心にかかる遠心力の作用により、トルクリミッタにリリーストルクよりも大きいトルクを引き起こすこと
を特徴とする。
Claims (10)
- 垂直軸(20)風車(10)の制動装置であって、フラップ(30)を備え、前記フラップ(30)が、
非垂直アーム(70)を介して、前記垂直軸(20)と一致する回転軸を有する垂直回転軸(25)に機械的に連結され、
公称位置で前記垂直軸(20)回りに回ることができ、水平ではない揺れ軸(40)回りを揺れることができ、
前記揺れ軸(40)の外部に設置された重心(50)を有し、
前記公称位置は、前記フラップ(30)が前記垂直軸(20)回りを回転することで起きる遠心力であって、前記重心(50)にかかる遠心力が、前記公称位置で前記揺れ軸(40)に対してゼロではないトルクを生み出すことのできるような位置である、制動装置において、
前記制動装置が、リリーストルク(85)、前記非垂直アーム(70)に対する固定部分(150)および可動部分(160)を有するトルクリミッタ(60)をさらに備えていること、
前記フラップ(30)が、前記トルクリミッタ(60)の前記可動部分(160)に機械的に接続されていること、および
前記フラップ(30)が前記垂直軸(20)回りを回転する最大回転速度に達すると、前記トルクリミッタ(60)の前記可動部分(160)によって、前記フラップ(30)が前記公称位置から前記揺れ軸(40)回りに揺れ角度(80)をなして揺れることができ、これによって、前記公称位置で前記フラップ(30)の前記重心(50)にかかる遠心力の作用により、前記トルクリミッタ(60)に前記リリーストルク(85)よりも大きいトルクを引き起し、前記トルクリミッタ(60)によって前記フラップ(30)を揺れ位置で維持し、前記トルクリミッタ(60)によって揺れ位置にある前記フラップ(30)を前記公称位置に戻すことができることを特徴とする、制動装置。 - 前記揺れ軸(40)は、前記垂直軸(20)に平行であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の制動装置。
- 前記垂直軸(20)風車(10)は、前記非垂直アーム(70)を介して前記垂直回転軸(25)に機械的に連結した少なくとも1つの羽根(90)を備えていること、および前記フラップ(30)は、前記少なくとも1つの羽根(90)の一部であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜2のうちいずれか一項に記載の制動装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの羽根(90)の一部は、前記少なくとも1つの羽根(90)の一方の端部で、前記トルクリミッタ(60)の前記可動部分(160)に機械的接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の制動装置。
- 前記端部は、前記少なくとも1つの羽根(90)の下端部であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の制動装置。
- 前記垂直軸(20)風車(10)は、前記非垂直アーム(70)を介して前記垂直回転軸(25)に機械的に連結した少なくとも1つの羽根(90)を備えていること、および前記フラップ(30)は、前記少なくとも1つの(90)の一部であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の制動装置。
- 前記揺れ角度(80)は、90°であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一項に記載の制動装置。
- 前記垂直軸(20)風車(10)は、前記非垂直アーム(70)を介して前記垂直回転軸(25)に機械的に連結した少なくとも1つの羽根(90)を備えていること、前記羽根(90)は、前記垂直軸(20)の外部で前記非垂直アーム(70)の一方の端部に位置すること、および前記フラップ(30)は、前記垂直軸(20)と前記端部との間に設置されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の制動装置。
- 請求項1〜8のうちいずれか一項に記載の制動装置を備える垂直軸(20)風車(10)。
- 請求項1〜8のうちいずれか一項に記載の制動装置を3つ備える垂直軸(20)風車(10)。
