Description
The present invention relates to a joining bracket set, a joining structure of a structural frame of a wooden building using the joining bracket set, a wooden building having such a joining structure of a structural casing, and the like.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in order to connect and fix a structural frame of a wooden building, it has been practiced to arrange a joint fitting on the joint surface of the structural frame.
By the way, since a metal stretches and deforms with respect to an increasing tensile force and then breaks beyond an allowable stress, the greater the elongation rate, the greater the stress with respect to the tensile force (higher tensile performance). Therefore, it is expected that the joining metal fitting used for the structural housing also has a high elongation rate. As such a joining metal fitting having a large elongation rate, for example, a rod-like metal fitting such as a bolt can be cited. Since the bolt can be configured to be long with respect to the cross-sectional area, the elongation rate can be increased.

Therefore, the joint structure of the structural frame of a wooden building using a metal bar-shaped metal fitting formed with a male screw part that solves the problems 1) to 3) or the junction structure of such a structural frame is used. There was a need for a wooden structure.
In order to achieve the above object, as
Further, as
In the case of such a joining metal fitting, when the first structural housing and the second structural housing are connected and fixed by connecting (combining) the rod-shaped metal fittings to the connecting metal fittings, the first structural housing and the second structure. Even if a large tensile force is generated between the casing and the casing, the extension of the rod-shaped bracket can be allowed while the rod-shaped bracket is supported by the connecting bracket, and the pulling performance of the structural casing can be improved. Further, since both the connecting metal fittings and the rod-like metal fittings can be arranged embedded in the structural housing, they are not viewed from the side in the construction state.
The difference between the
また、ムクの木でも集成材、例えば、CLT(Cross Laminated Timber)と称される直交集成板であってもよい。
Here, the “first (second) structural frame” is a portion corresponding to a framework (member constituting the frame) when building a wooden building, for example, a foundation, a wall, a pillar, a horizontal member ( Widely refers to beams, girders, etc.), foundations, purlins, etc. In addition, it is also possible to use laminated wood, for example, an orthogonal laminated board called CLT (Cross Laminated Timber).
In addition, the “metal rod-shaped metal fitting” is a connection metal fitting that is stretched by receiving a tensile force and applying a force greater than stress, and the external shape is not particularly limited as long as a male screw portion is formed on the outer periphery. . For example, even if a so-called head-shaped bolt shape is encountered, a completely long cylindrical shape without a head, or a male threaded portion formed over the entire length, actually a rod-shaped bracket guide passage or female thread The male screw part may be formed only in the part screwed with the member. Moreover, the cross-sectional shape of the part in which the male screw part is not formed may not be circular.
The “main body” of the connecting metal fitting is preferably composed of surfaces whose front and back surfaces are parallel to each other, and is preferably configured in a plate shape so as not to reduce the strength of the wood part. Moreover, the bending strength in a connection part also improves by setting it as plate shape.
The “bar-shaped bracket guide passage” is arranged from the base end portion of the main body or from the vicinity of the base end to the inside, and has a shape as a linear passage that can guide the inserted bar-shaped bracket guide passage in the longitudinal direction. It only has to be presented. Therefore, for example, it may be configured in a cylindrical shape or not in a cylindrical shape. As a case where it is not cylindrical, for example, opposing long plates may be arranged. Further, for example, a ring portion through which the rod-shaped metal fitting is inserted only in the base end portion or the vicinity of the base end portion and the inward side (portion near the tip end) may be provided.
Moreover, it is preferable that the cylindrical metal fitting guide passage is arranged along the surface direction of the main body (that is, the advancing direction of the main body). In that case, for example, a cylindrical rod-shaped metal fitting guide passage may be placed on the surface of the main body, and for example, a long plate facing the main surface of the main body may be disposed. Further, for example, the rod-shaped metal fitting guide passage may be sandwiched in a groove formed along the surface direction of the main body.
Examples of the “female screw member” include a nut member. The shape of the female screw member is not limited as long as it can be screwed with the male screw portion of the rod-shaped metal fitting.
The explanation of the above phrase is the same in the following means.
Further, as
Further, as means 4, it is a joining metal fitting set used for connecting and fixing a structural frame of a wooden building installed on a foundation to the foundation side, and is a plate shape arranged in an embedded form in the structural frame A base portion on which the main body is erected, a first opening end that is disposed along the surface direction of the main body and opens on the back surface of the base portion, and a second opening that opens on the inner side of the main body A column base bracket fixed on the foundation, the rod base bracket having an end, a window hole formed in the main body facing the second opening end, and the column base bracket And a metal bar-shaped metal fitting having a male screw portion formed on the outer periphery disposed over the structural housing, and a female screw member screwed to the male screw part, the bar-shaped metal fitting being the bar shape of the main body The male inserted into the metal fitting guide passage and exposed from the window hole in the inserted state. The female screw member is to be used by being screwed against di unit.
With these joint fittings, when a rod-shaped bracket is connected to (combined with) a column base bracket and the structural frame is connected and fixed, even if a large tensile force is generated between the column base bracket and the structural frame, The extension of the rod-like metal fitting can be allowed while the rod-like metal fitting is supported by the main body, and the pulling performance of the structural housing can be improved. Moreover, since a plate-shaped main body can be arrange | positioned in the embedded form in a structure housing, it is not visually recognized from a side surface direction in a construction state.
Here, the “base part” of the column base bracket is a member on which the main body is erected, and may be installed on the foundation itself, and has a connecting part with the foundation in the lower area of the base part. May be.
Further, as the
As a result, when the main body is embedded in the structural housing, the main body can be fixed to the structural housing through this through hole, and even if a strong pulling force (extraction force) is applied, the main body is firmly It will be held by the structural housing.
As the
As a result, it is possible to easily and reliably fix and hold the bar-shaped metal fitting in the bar-shaped metal guide passage.
Further, as the
If it is such a rod-shaped metal fitting itself, it will be screwed into the structure housing by the lag screw part, and the proof stress of the whole structure with respect to strong pulling force (pull-out force) will improve.
Further, as the means 8, in the joining structure of the structural frame of the wooden building in which the first structural frame and the second structural frame are connected and fixed using the connection metal, the connection metal is provided on the outer periphery as the connection metal. A bar-shaped metal fitting having a threaded portion, a plate-like main body, a bar-shaped metal fitting guide passage disposed from the base end portion of the main body or the vicinity of the base end to the inside, and an inner wall surface of the bar-like metal fitting guide passage And a connecting metal fitting having a female screw part to be screwed with the formed male screw part, the rod-like metal fitting penetrating through the first structural housing to the second structural housing side. The connecting part is inserted into a slit formed in an end surface of the second structural body facing the first structural body, and protrudes in the direction of the second structural body. The bar-shaped metal fittings arranged in the bar-shaped metal fitting guide passage Is the male threaded portion is so screwed with said female screw portion formed in a rod shape metal fitting guide passage.
With such a joining structure of the structural housing, when the first structural housing and the second structural housing are connected and fixed by connecting (combining) the rod-shaped metal fittings to the connecting metal fitting, the first structural housing and the second structural housing are connected. Even if a large pulling force is generated between the structure housing and the rod, the extension of the rod-shaped bracket can be allowed while the rod-shaped bracket is supported by the connecting bracket, and the pulling performance of the structure frame can be improved. Further, since both the connecting metal fittings and the rod-like metal fittings are arranged embedded in the structural housing, they are not viewed from the side in the construction state.
Further, as the means 9, the rod-shaped metal fitting is screwed into the female screw portion only near the tip.
That is, the portion that is not near the tip of the rod-shaped metal fitting in the fixed state is held in a free state without being screwed with the female screw portion. For this reason, the portion that is not close to the tip (except for the portion that is fixed between the first structural housing and the second structural housing) becomes a portion that extends when a large tensile force is applied, improving the tensile performance of the structural housing. I will let you.

In particular, the female screw member is screwed near the tip of the rod-shaped metal fitting in a fixed state and tightens the rod-shaped metal fitting, so that the portion not near the tip of the rod-shaped metal fitting is held in a free state. For this reason, the portion that is not close to the tip (except for the portion that is fixed between the first structural housing and the second structural housing) becomes a portion that extends when a large tensile force is applied, improving the tensile performance of the structural housing.

If it is such a rod-shaped metal fitting itself, it will be screwed into the structure housing by the lag screw part, and the proof stress of the whole structure with respect to strong pulling force (pull-out force) will improve.

In the verification state, a pin member is driven into the first and second through holes.
As a result, the connecting fitting is fixed by the pin member in a state where it is embedded in the structural casing, and even if a strong pulling force is applied, the connecting fitting is firmly held by the structural casing.
Further, as means 15, in a joint structure of a structural frame of a wooden building in which a foundation and a structural frame are connected and fixed using a connection metal, a rod-shaped metal fitting having a male screw portion formed on the outer periphery as the connection metal A base portion on which a plate-like main body is erected, a bar-shaped metal fitting guide passage having an opening end opened on the back surface of the base portion and arranged inward of the main body, and A column base bracket fixed on the foundation having a female screw portion screwed with the male screw portion formed on an inner wall surface, and the rod-shaped metal fitting on the base body side on the structure housing side The main body is inserted into a slit formed on an end surface of the structural housing facing the column base bracket, and the rod bracket is inserted into the rod bracket guide passage. Arranged inside said male screw There was as screwed with the female threaded portion formed on the rod-shaped fitting guide passage.
In addition, since the plate-like main body is disposed in an embedded state in the structural housing, it is not visually observed from the side direction in the construction state.
Further, as means 16, in the joint structure of the structural frame of the wooden building in which the foundation and the structural frame are connected and fixed using the connection bracket, a male screw part is formed at least on the outer periphery near the tip as the connection bracket. A bar-shaped metal fitting, a female screw member that can be screwed into the male screw portion of the bar-shaped metal fitting, a base portion on which a plate-like main body is erected, and a first opening end that opens on the back surface of the base portion Fixed on the foundation having a rod-shaped metal fitting guide passage having a second opening end opened to the inner side of the main body and a window hole formed in the main body facing the second opening end A column base bracket, wherein the rod-shaped bracket is erected and fixed to the base portion so that the male screw portion extends to the structure housing side, and the body is the column base bracket of the structure housing Inserted into the slit formed on the end face facing The rod-shaped metal fitting is disposed in the rod-shaped metal fitting guide passage, the tip end is exposed from the window hole, the female screw member and the male screw portion are screwed together, and the female screw member is used for the rod-like metal fitting guide. It was made to clamp | tighten with respect to the said opening end of a channel | path.
In particular, the female screw member is screwed near the tip of the rod-shaped metal fitting in a fixed state and tightens the rod-shaped metal fitting, so that the portion not near the tip of the rod-shaped metal fitting is held in a free state. For this reason, the portion that is not close to the tip (except for the portion fixed to the column base bracket) becomes a portion that extends when a large pulling force is applied, and the pulling performance of the structural frame is improved. In addition, since the plate-like main body is disposed in an embedded state in the structural housing, it is not visually observed from the side direction in the construction state.
As the means 17, the column base metal fitting is fixed to the foundation by an anchor member.
As a result, the column base bracket can be firmly fixed to the foundation.
Further, as the means 18, the main body is formed with a first through hole communicating with the front and back, and the structural housing is formed with a second through hole intersecting with the slit and collated with each other. Thus, a pin member is driven into the first and second through holes.
As a result, the main body (column base bracket) is fixed by the pin member in a state where it is embedded in the structure casing, and the column base bracket is firmly held by the structure casing even if a strong pulling force is applied. It becomes.
Further, as the means 19, the rod-shaped metal fitting guide passage has a cylindrical shape.
This is because the rod-shaped metal fitting can be easily inserted into the cylindrical shape, and the rod-shaped metal fitting can be easily fixed to the rod-shaped metal fitting guide passage.
Moreover, the wooden building provided with the joining structure of the structural frame of the wooden building described in the means 8 to 19 was constructed. In particular, it is preferable to construct a multi-story wooden building using CLT as a flooring or wall material.
According to the present invention, by using such a joint fitting, when a large tensile force is generated between the first structural housing and the second structural housing or between the structural housing and the foundation, The elongation of the rod-shaped metal fitting can be allowed, and the tensile performance of the structural housing can be improved.

A joining structure using such a connecting
In the present embodiment, a case where a floor panel F as a first structural frame of a wooden building and a wall panel W as a second structural frame are connected and fixed will be described as an example. In the present embodiment, as an example, the floor panel F uses a CLT panel having a seven-layer structure as appropriate, and the wall panel W uses a CLT panel having a five-layer structure as appropriate. The floor panel F is arranged so that the length and width directions are horizontal (that is, the thickness direction is vertical), and is sandwiched in the vertical direction by the wall panel W whose length and width directions are vertical. To be built. The floor panel F is formed with perforations 9 communicating with each other in the vertical direction. The wall panel W is formed with a pair of left and
As shown in FIGS. 2 (a) to 2 (c) and FIG. 3, the connecting

A joining structure using such a connecting
As shown in FIGS. 5 (a) to 5 (c) and FIG. 6, the connecting

The above embodiments are merely described as specific embodiments for illustrating the principle of the present invention and the concept thereof. That is, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. The present invention can also be embodied in the following modified form, for example.
In the above embodiment, only the partial joining of the structural frame of the wooden building has been described. However, for example, it is possible to construct an entire multi-story wooden building with such a joining structure. The structural material may also be applied to other than the floor panel F and the wall panel W as described above, and the structural material may be wood other than CLT. Moreover, although it demonstrated as an example about connecting between the floor panel F and the wall panel W and between the wall panel W and the column base metal fitting 31 in the above, for example, the wall panel W and the wall panel W are connected in a horizontal direction. You may make it apply to.

In the third embodiment, before the
In the first and second embodiments described above, when the wall panel W is connected up and down with the floor panel F interposed therebetween, the combination of the hexagon bolt 7 (27) and the connection plate 1 (21) is used as a joint fitting set. This is made possible by reversing the vertical positions of the hexagon bolt 7 (27) and the connecting plate 1 (21) for each set. However, even if the vertical direction of the joining bracket set is not inverted upside down for each adjacent joining bracket set, a single bar-shaped bracket is used as shown in FIGS. It is also possible to connect the panels W.
