Description
は、前述したバラストタンク(90、100)にそれぞれ設置された塩分度センサ(図示せず)を介して得られることができるが、塩分度センサがなくても、各バラストタンク(90、100)ごとにサンプリング(sampling)を介して塩分度情報を獲得することができる。

Claims (12)
- 船舶平衡水が流入される複数のバラストタンクと、
前記バラストタンクに供給される前記船舶平衡水のメインストリーム(main stream)と、
前記船舶平衡水メインストリームから分岐された船舶平衡水サイドストリーム(side stream)と、
前記船舶平衡水サイドストリームを電気分解するための電解槽と、
前記電解槽に流入される船舶平衡水のサイドストリームの塩分度を測定する第1塩分度の測定手段と、
前記バラストタンクの内、少なくとも一つに流入する船舶平衡水の塩分度を測定する第2塩分度の測定手段と、
前記第1塩分度の測定手段で測定された塩分度がしきい値より小さい場合、前記第2塩分度の測定手段で測定された塩分値を根拠にして前記複数のバラストタンクの内いずれか1つから前記しきい値より高い塩分度を有する船舶平衡水を前記電解槽に供給するように制御する制御機とを含む、電気分解方式の船舶平衡水の処理装置。 - 前記第1塩分度の測定手段は、前記船舶平衡水のサイドストリームを前記電解槽に流入させる流入配管に設置される塩分度センサで構成される、請求項1に記載の電気分解方式の船舶平衡水の処理装置。
- 前記第1塩分度の測定手段は、前記電解槽に印加される電圧−塩分度グラフから塩分度を算出する方法を用いる、請求項1に記載の電気分解方式の船舶平衡水の処理装置。
- 前記第2塩分度の測定手段は、前記第1塩分度の測定手段の前記塩分度センサを用いて前記バラストタンクに流入される船舶平衡水の塩分度を測定する、請求項2に記載の電気分解方式の船舶平衡水の処理装置。
- 前記第2塩分度の測定手段は、前記バラストタンクの船舶平衡水をサンプリング(sampling)して塩分度を測定したり、または前記バラストタンクに設置された塩分度センサを用いる、請求項1に記載の電気分解方式の船舶平衡水の処理装置。
- 前記制御機は、前記船舶平衡水サイドストリームの流量と測定される総残留酸化剤(TRO)濃度に基づいて、前記電解槽に印加される電流を制御する、請求項1に記載の電気分解方式の船舶平衡水の処理装置。
- 前記電解槽に流入される前記船舶平衡水のサイドストリームを開閉する開閉弁と、
前記電解槽に前記船舶平衡水のサイドストリームを流入させるポンプとをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の電気分解方式の船舶平衡水の処理装置。 - 船舶平衡水を船舶の内部に流入する段階と、
流入された前記船舶平衡水の一部を電解槽に流入する段階と、
前記電解槽で電気分解を介して酸化剤を生成する段階と、
前記船舶平衡水の塩分度を獲得する段階と、
前記獲得された塩分度がしきい値より低い場合、前記しきい値より高い塩分度を有するバラストタンク内の船舶平衡水を前記電解槽に供給する段階とを含む電気分解方式の船舶平衡水処理方法。 - 前記塩分度を獲得する段階は、電気分解時の印加される電圧に基づいて獲得される、請求項8に記載の電気分解方式の船舶平衡水処理方法。
- 前記塩分度を獲得する段階は、前記電解槽と接続された流入配管に設置される塩分度センサから獲得される、請求項8に記載の電気分解方式の船舶平衡水処理方法。
- 前記電気分解方式の船舶平衡水処理方法は、
前記バラストタンクと接続された配管に開閉弁が設けられ、
前記開閉弁の開閉信号の伝達を受け、電気分解処理された船舶平衡水が流入されるタンクの塩分度を獲得する段階をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の電気分解方式の船舶平衡水処理方法。 - 前記酸化剤を生成する段階は、前記電解槽に流入される船舶平衡水の流量と前記電解槽から排出される船舶平衡水の総残留酸化剤(TRO)濃度に基づいて印加される電流を制御する段階をさらに含む、請求項8〜請求項11の内、いずれか一項に記載の電気分解方式の船舶衡水処理方法。
