Description
前記フロートは、フロート主体と、このフロート主体の上部に傾動可能に備えられた弁体とを備えてなり、
前記弁体は、前記フロートの上昇時に前記ケース内に形成された弁口を閉塞するシール部と、前記フロート主体の一部に対して引っかかって前記傾動の中心となる引っかかり部と、前記シール部の裏側において突出する当接部とを有しており、
前記傾動による前記フロート主体の被当接部への前記当接部の当接によって、前記弁体の水平方向への移動を生じさせさせるようにしてなる、ものとした。
(1)前記フロートFの上昇時に前記弁口5aを閉塞するシール部1a
(2)前記フロート主体2の一部に対して引っかかって前記傾動の中心となる引っかかり部1b

Claims (4)
- フロートと、これを収納するケースとを有し、燃料タンクの通気流路の一部を構成する弁装置であって、
前記フロートは、フロート主体と、このフロート主体の上部に傾動可能に備えられた弁体とを備えてなり、
前記弁体は、前記フロートの上昇時に前記ケース内に形成された弁口を閉塞するシール部と、前記フロート主体の一部に対して引っかかって前記傾動の中心となる引っかかり部と、前記シール部の裏側において突出する当接部とを有しており、
前記傾動による前記フロート主体の被当接部への前記当接部の当接によって、前記引っかかり部と前記弁口の中心を通る仮想の直線と間の距離を広げる向きとなる前記弁体の水平方向への移動を生じさせさせるようにしてなる、弁装置。 - 前記引っかかり部は、前記水平方向の移動可能に、前記フロート主体の一部に遊びを持って引っかけられている、請求項1に記載の弁装置。
- 前記当接部は凹部であり、前記被当接部は前記凹部に納まる突部となっている、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の弁装置。
- 前記弁体に、この弁体の所定の傾動位置において前記フロート主体の一部に引っかかってそれ以上の前記傾動を阻止する規制部を備えさせてなる、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の弁装置。
