Description

Claims (13)
- ブレードに連結されるラジアル軸(6)と、その軸方向変位がラジアル軸(6)の回転を制御するコネクティングロッド(8)とを備えるファン(4)ロータ(3)のブレードのピッチを制御するための装置(1)であって、
ファン(4)軸(11)を中心にロータ(3)と共に回転移動する第1の部品(10)であり、その上に各コネクティングロッド(8)の1つの端部が固定される第1の部品(10)と、
第1の部品(10)に連結される第2の部品(12)と、
軸方向並進で前記第2の部品(12)を移動させ、その傾斜を変更することができる少なくとも3つのシリンダ(14)であり、第2の部品(12)の並進および傾斜が、第1の部品(10)の対応する並進および傾斜をもたらすシリンダを備え、
それによって、第1の部品(10)が回転すると、各コネクティングロッド(8)が、その回転中にブレードのピッチを変更するために第1の部品(10)の傾斜に依存する可変振幅の軸方向変位に従うことを特徴とする、装置。 - 第2の部品(12)が、機械的軸受(16)によって第1の部品(10)に接続される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- シリンダ(14)をロータ(3)に連結する接続軸受(18)を備える、請求項1または2のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- シリンダ(14)をファン(3)のダクト(20)に連結する弾性ダンパー(19)をまた備える、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 第1の部品(10)が、自在カップリング(21)を備える接続要素(22)によってロータ(3)に連結される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 接続要素(22)がまた、ロータ(3)に対して第1の部品(10)の軸方向案内のためのキー(23)を備える、請求項5に記載の装置。
- キー(23)に対して相補形の溝(30)を備え、その1つの表面(32)が、ロータの傾斜部品(26)との協働を可能にするように傾斜される、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 第1の部品(10)および/または第2の部品(12)の傾斜を制限するストッパ(29)を備える、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つのロータ(3)、および可変ピッチブレードを備えるターボ機械(5)のファン(4)であって、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のそのブレードのピッチを設定する制御装置を備えることを特徴とする、ターボ機械(5)のファン(4)。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の制御装置(1)を用いて、ファン(4)ロータ(3)のブレードのピッチを制御するための方法であって、第1の部品(10)の傾斜を変更するのにシリンダ(14)を制御することから成るステップ(E1)を含み、それによって、第1の部品(10)の回転中に、各コネクティングロッド(8)が、第1の部品(10)の傾斜に依存する可変振幅の軸方向変位に沿って移動され、ブレードピッチが、ファン(4)の軸(11)を中心にその回転中に変化することを特徴とする、方法。
- ファン(4)の下流側に配置されるロータのもう1つの装置(1)の第1の部品(10)の傾斜と異なる、ファン(4)の上流側に配置されるロータの装置(1)の第1の部品(10)の傾斜を与えることから成るステップ(E21)を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- このステップ(E21)が、公称位置を中心に、装置(1)、または上流側ロータ、または下流側ロータの第1の部品(10)の傾斜を変動させることから成るステップ(E22)を含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- ロータ(3)の回転速度よりも高いかまたは低い周波数で装置(1)の第1の部品(10)の傾斜を変動させることから成るステップを含む、請求項10から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
