Claims (2)
- ワークの位置決めを行う治具と、
該治具を取付・取外可能に支持し、且つ、水平方向に延びる第1水平軸周りに回動可能な支持体とを備えたワーク位置決め装置であって、
上記治具及び上記支持体の一方には、嵌合穴が設けられ、
上記治具及び上記支持体の他方には、上記第1水平軸の軸心方向と平行に延びる第2水平軸周りに回動自在に吊り下げられ、且つ、上記第1水平軸の軸心方向と同方向に貫通する貫通孔を有する吊下プレートと、上記第1水平軸の軸心方向と同方向にスライド可能に設けられ、一方側へのスライド動作で上記嵌合穴に嵌合する一方、他方側へのスライド動作で上記嵌合穴から外れる嵌合部と、上記治具が上記第1水平軸周りの所定の基準位置に位置する際、他方側へのスライド動作で上記貫通孔に挿通する一方、一方側へのスライド動作で上記貫通孔から外れる挿通部とを有するスライド手段とが設けられていることを特徴とするワーク位置決め装置。 - 請求項1に記載のワーク位置決め装置において、
上記治具及び上記支持体の他方には、上記吊下プレートにおける上記第2水平軸周りの一方側への回動を阻止する回動阻止手段が設けられていることを特徴とするワーク位置決め装置。
