Claims (2)
- 制御モーメントジャイロスコープ(CMG(20))であって、
ステータハウジング(56)と、
内部ジンバル組立体(IGA(24))とを備え、前記内部ジンバル組立体(IGA(24))が、
前記ステータハウジング(56)に回転可能に取り付けられるロータ支持構造(28)、
前記ロータ支持構造(28)に回転可能に取り付けられるCMGロータ(22、100)であって、
ロータシャフト(34、104)、および
前記ロータシャフト(34、104)を取り囲むロータリム(72、104)
を含むCMGロータ(22、100)、ならびに
前記ロータ支持構造(28)に結合され、スピン軸(52)を中心にして前記CMGロータ(22、100)を回転させるように構成されるスピンモータ(48、50)
を備え、制御モーメントジャイロスコープ(CMG(20))がさらに、
前記ステータハウジング(56)に結合され、ジンバル軸(60)を中心にして前記ロータ支持構造(28)を回転させて前記CMG(20)の動作中に所望の出力トルクを発生させるように構成されるトルクモータ(58)
を備える、CMG(20)において、
前記CMGロータ(22、100)が、前記ロータシャフト(34、104)と前記ロータリム(72、104)の間に延びる複数の放射状に適合したスポーク(74、108)をさらに備え、前記複数の放射状に適合したスポーク(74、108)の各々が、スポーク本体に一体に形成された引張ひずみ除去形状構成を備え、
前記複数の放射状に適合したスポーク(74、108)の各々が、
前記ロータシャフト(34、104)に一体につなぎ合わされる内側スポーク端(76、110)と、
前記ロータリム(72、104)に一体につなぎ合わされる外側スポーク端(78、112)と
をさらに備え、前記引張ひずみ除去形状構成が、前記内側スポーク端(76、110)と前記外側スポーク端(78、112)の間に配設されており、
各放射状に適合したスポーク(74、108)の軸方向高さが、前記外側スポーク端(78、112)から前記内側スポーク端(76、110)に向かって半径方向内側の方向に移動すると次第に増大する、CMG(20)。 - 前記引張ひずみ除去形状構成がそれぞれ、前記スピン軸(52)に沿って見られるような、前記スポーク本体の波状部分、または前記スポーク本体の分岐部分(114)を備える、請求項1に記載のCMG(20)。
