Description
Claims (16)
- 炭化水素質鉱床から得られる炭化水素を処理するプロセスであって、
a)炭化水素質鉱床から得られる、液体炭化水素とガス状成分との混合物であって、前記ガス状成分が硫化水素およびメルカプタンを含む、混合物を用意するステップ、
b)前記液体炭化水素を前記ガス状成分から分離するステップ、
c)前記ガス状成分をリーンオイルと接触させ、それによって前記メルカプタンを前記リーンオイルに吸収させてリッチオイルを形成するステップ、
d)前記硫化水素を含有するガス状生成物を前記リッチオイルから分離するステップ、
e)前記ガス状生成物を処理して、前記硫化水素を除去し、リーン燃料ガスを生成するステップ、ならびに
f)ステップb)で得られる前記液体炭化水素をステップd)からの前記リッチオイルと混合することによって処理して、精油所へ輸送する前に粘度を低減させるステップ
を含むプロセス。 - 液体炭化水素とガス状成分との前記混合物がSAGDプロセスを用いて得られる、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記液体炭化水素がビチューメンを含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- ステップf)における液体炭化水素の前記処理が、前記液体炭化水素を希釈剤炭化水素と混合することを含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- ステップd)からの前記ガス状生成物の前記処理が、前記ガス状生成物を気−液接触器中の液体溶液と接触させて、前記硫化水素を単体硫黄に変換させることを含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- ステップd)からの前記ガス状生成物の前記処理が、前記ガス状生成物を気−液接触器中の液体溶液と接触させ、続いて酸化反応により、前記硫化水素を単体硫黄に変換させることを含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- ステップd)からの前記リッチオイルを苛性アルカリと接触させて、前記メルカプタンを除去し、再生リーンオイルを形成し、それによって前記メルカプタンをメルカプチドに変換し、前記苛性アルカリ中に移して、使用済みの苛性アルカリを形成する、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記再生リーンオイルをステップc)の前記ガス状成分と接触させて、前記メルカプタンを前記ガス状成分から除去する、請求項7に記載のプロセス。
- 前記再生リーンオイルをステップf)の前記液体炭化水素に加えて、前記液体炭化水素の粘度を低減させる、請求項7に記載のプロセス。
- a)前記使用済みの苛性アルカリを酸素含有ガスと混合し、
b)触媒を用いて、前記使用済みの苛性アルカリを酸化して、再生苛性アルカリを形成し、それによって前記使用済み苛性アルカリ中の前記メルカプチドを二硫化油に酸化し、
c)前記再生苛性アルカリを前記二硫化油から分離し、請求項1のステップd)からの前記リッチオイルと接触させるために、前記再生苛性アルカリをリサイクルすることによって、使用済みの前記苛性アルカリを再生させるステップをさらに含む、請求項7に記載のプロセス。 - ステップc)における前記接触が、蒸留塔中の前記ガス状成分を前記リーンオイルと接触させ、蒸留して、リッチオイルボトムと、燃料ガスおよび硫化水素を含む低メルカプタンのガス状塔頂流出物とを形成することを含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- ステップc)における前記接触が、向流の液−気低圧吸収塔中の前記ガス状成分を、前記リーンオイルと接触させることを含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 分留して、残留硫化水素を前記リッチオイルから除去することをさらに含む、請求項12に記載のプロセス。
- SAGDプロセスを用いてオイルサンドからin situで得られる炭化水素を処理するプロセスであって、
a)ガス状成分からビチューメンを分離するステップであって、前記ガス状成分が炭化水素、硫化水素およびメルカプタンを含むステップ、
b)ステップa)からの前記分離されたガス状成分を、向流の液−気塔中のリーンオイルと接触させ、それによって前記メルカプタンを前記リーンオイルに吸収させてリッチオイルを形成し、低メルカプタンガス状生成物を回収するステップ、
c)前記低メルカプタンガス状生成物を水性液体レドックス触媒溶液で処理して、前記硫化水素を単体硫黄に酸化し、硫黄不含燃料ガスを生成するステップ、ならびに、
d)前記ビチューメンをステップb)からの前記リッチオイルと混合して、ディルビットを形成するステップ、
を含む、プロセス。 - 前記リッチオイルを苛性アルカリで処理して、前記メルカプタンを除去し、リサイクルしてステップb)で使用する再生リーンオイルを形成する、請求項14に記載のプロセス。
- 前記リッチオイルから除去された前記メルカプタンを含有する使用済みの苛性アルカリを、酸素含有ガスと混合し、次に触媒を用いて酸化して、再生苛性アルカリを形成し、それによって前記使用済み苛性アルカリ中のメルカプチドを二硫化油に酸化し、二硫化油を前記再生苛性アルカリから分離し、前記再生苛性アルカリを前記リッチオイルを処理するためにリサイクルする、請求項15に記載のプロセス。
