Description
Claims (18)
- 遊星歯車列アセンブリであって、
キャリヤーによって受容される曲げピンを有し、前記曲げピンおよび前記キャリヤーはそれぞれ、リテーナピンを受容するように構成された第1のピン開口部および第2のピン開口部の少なくとも一部を含み、前記曲げピンは、前記第1のピン開口部と別個の潤滑油導管をさらに含む、遊星歯車列アセンブリ。 - 前記潤滑油導管は、前記キャリヤーの外部の軸受潤滑油供給源と連通している、請求項1に記載の遊星歯車列アセンブリ。
- 前記潤滑油導管は第1の潤滑油導管であり、前記キャリヤーは、前記軸受潤滑油供給源と前記第1の潤滑油導管との間で潤滑油を連通させる第2の潤滑油導管を含む、請求項2に記載の遊星歯車列アセンブリ。
- 前記第2の潤滑油導管から前記第1の潤滑油導管への潤滑油の流れを計量する計量デバイスを含む、請求項3に記載の遊星歯車列アセンブリ。
- 前記計量デバイスは、前記曲げピン内に部分的に受容されている、請求項4に記載の遊星歯車列アセンブリ。
- 前記潤滑油導管は、潤滑油を前記曲げピンとブッシングとの間のインターフェースへ供給する、請求項1に記載の遊星歯車列アセンブリ。
- 前記ブッシングを受容するトルクフレームを含む、請求項6に記載の遊星歯車列アセンブリ。
- 前記リテーナピンはボルトである、請求項1に記載の遊星歯車列アセンブリ。
- 前記潤滑油導管は、歯車の回転軸に対して横方向に延びる第1の部分と、前記歯車の回転軸に対して平行に延びる第2の部分とを含む、請求項1に記載の遊星歯車列アセンブリ。
- 前記曲げピンの外面上のクロッキングフィーチャを含み、前記クロッキングフィーチャは、前記第1のピン開口部の位置を示している、請求項1に記載の遊星歯車列アセンブリ。
- 遊星歯車列アセンブリを備えるファン駆動歯車装置であって、前記遊星歯車列アセンブリは、
キャリヤーブッシングを受容するキャリヤーと、
トルクフレームブッシングを受容するトルクフレームと、
前記キャリヤーブッシングおよび前記トルクフレームブッシングによって受容される曲げピンと、を有し、前記キャリヤーおよび前記曲げピンはそれぞれ、前記曲げピンと、前記キャリヤーブッシングおよび前記トルクフレームブッシングのうちの少なくとも1つと、の間のインターフェースへ潤滑油を供給するように構成された潤滑油導管の一部を提供している、ファン駆動歯車装置。 - 前記キャリヤー曲げピンおよび前記キャリヤーはそれぞれ、リテーナピンを受容するように構成された第1のピン開口部および第2のピン開口部を含む、請求項11に記載のファン駆動歯車装置。
- 前記潤滑油導管は、前記キャリヤーの外部の軸受潤滑油供給源と連通している、請求項11に記載のファン駆動歯車装置。
- 前記キャリヤーは、複数の円周方向に間隔を空けて配置された中間歯車を支持し、前記トルクフレームは、前記キャリヤーへ固定された複数の円周方向に間隔を空けて配置された突出部を有する、請求項11に記載のファン駆動歯車装置。
- ターボ機械のインターフェースを潤滑する方法であって、
曲げピンを用いてキャリヤーをトルクフレームへ固定し、
前記キャリヤー中の潤滑油通路および前記トルクフレーム中の潤滑油通路を通じて移動した潤滑油を用いて前記曲げピンのインターフェースを潤滑することを含み、
前記ターボ機械のインターフェースは、遊星歯車列アセンブリのインターフェースである方法。 - 前記潤滑油は、前記キャリヤーの外部の潤滑油供給源から前記キャリヤー中の前記潤滑油通路へ移動する、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記キャリヤーから前記曲げピン中の穴を通じて延びるリテーナピンを用いて前記ピンの移動を制限することを含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記穴および前記潤滑油通路は交わらない、請求項17に記載の方法。
