Description
以下、添付した図面を参照しながら、本発明の第1実施形態を説明する。なお、図面の説明において同一の要素には同一の符号を付し、重複する説明を省略する。図面の寸法比率は、説明の都合上誇張されており、実際の比率とは異なる場合がある。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態を説明する。第1実施形態と共通する部分は説明を省略し、第2実施形態のみに特徴のある箇所について説明する。第2実施形態に係る組電池3は、ケース190の形状の点において、第1実施形態に係る組電池1と異なる。
次に、本発明の第3実施形態を説明する。第1実施形態及び第2実施形態と共通する部分は説明を省略し、第3実施形態のみに特徴のある箇所について説明する。第3実施形態に係る組電池5は、ケース290の形状の点において、第1実施形態及び第2実施形態と異なる。
図12は、改変例1に係るロアケース130を示す概略斜視図である。上述した第3実施形態では、通気孔292は、ロアケース120の1つの面にのみ設けられ、一の電池モジュール6Aに設けられる通気孔292Aが備えられる面S1は、他の電池モジュール6Bに設けられる通気孔292Bが備えられる面S2とは異なる面に面した。しかしながら、図12に示すように、通気孔392(392A1,392A2,392B1,392B2)が、形成されてもよい。以下、改変例1に係る通気孔392の形成位置について説明する。
図13は、改変例2に係るロアケース140を示す概略斜視図である。上述した第3実施形態では、通気孔292は、ロアケース120の1つの面にのみ設けられ、一の電池モジュール6Aに設けられる通気孔292Aが備えられる面S1は、他の電池モジュール6Bに設けられる通気孔292Bが備えられる面S2とは異なる面に面した。しかしながら、図13に示すように、通気孔492(492A1,492A2,492B1,492B2)が、形成されてもよい。以下、改変例2に係る通気孔492の形成位置について説明する。
上述した第1実施形態〜第3実施形態、改変例1、及び改変例2に係る形態に限定されず、隣り合う電池モジュールの通気孔が互いに面しない限り、本願発明に包含される。例えば、第1実施形態〜第3実施形態、改変例1、及び改変例2に係る電池モジュールを適宜組み合わせてもよい。

Claims (7)
- 少なくとも1つの単電池を収納するケースを有する電池モジュールが開放された空間部を介して複数配列された組電池であって、
前記ケースの壁部は、前記ケースの内部と外部とを連通する通気孔と、前記通気孔が設けられない壁領域と、を有し、
一の電池モジュールの前記ケースに設けられる前記通気孔は、前記空間部に向かって開口し、かつ、前記一の電池モジュールに隣り合う他の電池モジュールの前記ケースに設けられる前記壁領域に向かって開口する組電池。 - 前記通気孔は、前記単電池の面方向に交差する方向において高い位置に設けられる請求項1に記載の組電池。
- 前記ケースは、第1ケース及び第2ケースを有し、
前記第1ケース及び前記第2ケースは隙間を介して対向する合わせ部を有し、
前記通気孔は、前記合わせ部によって構成される請求項1または2に記載の組電池。 - 前記通気孔は、前記ケースの1つの面にのみ設けられ、
一の電池モジュールに設けられる前記通気孔が備えられる面は、前記一の電池モジュールに隣り合う他の電池モジュールに設けられる前記通気孔が備えられる面とは異なる面に面する請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の組電池。 - 前記通気孔は、前記ケースの少なくとも2つの面に設けられ、
一の面に設けられる第1通気孔は、他の面に設けられる第2通気孔と、前記単電池の面方向に交差する方向の高さ位置が異なる請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の組電池。 - 前記通気孔は、前記ケースの少なくとも2つの面に設けられ、
一の面に設けられる第1通気孔の個数は、他の面に設けられる第2通気孔の個数と異なり、
前記第1通気孔が設けられる間隔は、前記第2通気孔が設けられる間隔と等しい請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の組電池。 - それぞれの前記電池モジュールの前記ケースは、同じ形状である請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の組電池。
