第2の接続部の導入は装置の任意選択の代替形態と見なされるものである。
別の代替形態によれば、この実施形態のアキュムレータ1016を省略することができる。
したがって、装置10の特徴を測定する適切なセンサなど(図示せず)によって得られる様々な測定値を受信するように、体内制御ユニット1015を構成することができ、装置10の適切な動作のために必要な要求エネルギー量がある程度反映される。さらに、患者の現在の状態を、患者の状態を反映するパラメータを提供するために適切な測定デバイスまたはセンサによって検出することもできる。したがって、こうした特徴および/またはパラメータは、電力消費、動作モードおよび温度などの装置10の現在の状態ならびに体温、血圧、心拍、および呼吸などのパラメータに反映された患者の状態に関連してよい。
患者の他の種類の物理的パラメータおよびデバイスの関数パラメータは別に記載する。
アキュムレータの代わりに蓄電可能なバッテリを使用することができ、測定した特徴は、エネルギー消費電圧、温度などの任意の電気的パラメータなど、バッテリの現在の状態に関するものでよい。十分な電圧および電流を装置10に供給し、さらに過熱を避けるために、正確なエネルギー量、すなわち少なすぎず、多すぎない量を植込み式エネルギー変換デバイス1002から受信することによってバッテリを最適に充填すべきであることが明確に理解される。アキュムレータは、対応する特徴を有するコンデンサであってもよい。
その場合は、制御信号は、様々なセンサからの測定結果を搬送することができる。次いで、決定されたエネルギー・バランスに基づいて、例えば受信した制御信号に応答して、体外エネルギー源1004aから放出されたエネルギー量を体外制御ユニット1004bによって調整することができる。このプロセスは、進行しているエネルギー伝達中に特定の間隔で間欠的に繰り返すこともでき、エネルギー伝達中にある程度連続して実行することもできる。
Claims (1)
- 膀胱から尿を排出させることによって患者の尿閉を治療する装置であって、
患者の膀胱の内側に植え込むように適合された拡張可能な部材を備え、その拡張可能な部材の容積拡張の結果として膀胱から尿が排出され、
拡張可能な部材の容積を制御する植込み可能な制御デバイスを備え、前記制御デバイスは、膀胱の壁を通して拡張可能な部材に接続されるように適合され、拡張可能な部材が膀胱から尿を排出させるのを補助するための動力付き作動デバイスを有し、
前記装置は、エネルギーを、患者の体外から体内へと無線で伝送して、前記動力付き作動デバイスの動作のためおよび植込み可能な当該装置中の他のエネルギー消費部分の動作のために使用できるようにする、体外エネルギー伝送デバイスを備え、
前記装置は、さらに前記動力付き作動デバイスの動作と無線エネルギー伝送の制御に関連して前記装置を制御するように適合する植込み可能な体内制御ユニットと患者の体外から操作可能な体外制御ユニットをさらに備え、
前記装置は、さらに前記動力付き作動デバイスの動作と前記無線エネルギー伝送に関連するフィードバック情報が、前記植込み可能な体内制御ユニットと患者の体外から操作可能な前記体外制御ユニットのいずれかに、あるいは、前記体内制御ユニットを介して、患者の体外から操作可能な前記体外制御ユニットに送信されるように適合され、
前記拡張可能な部材は、液圧式に制御され、液圧流体用の空洞を備え、
前記制御デバイスは、液圧流体用の植込み可能な膀胱作動リザーバを備え、
前記拡張可能な部材および前記制御デバイスは、前記膀胱の壁を通して液圧式に接続され、
前記動力付き作動デバイスは、前記膀胱を完全に空にするために、前記患者の膀胱から尿を排出するための尿の圧力を得るように適合された容量の液体流体を、前記拡張可能な部材の空洞に輸送することができ、
前記動力付き作動デバイスは、前記植込み可能な膀胱作動リザーバから、前記拡張可能な部材に液圧流体を輸送し、それによって、前記膀胱の体積を増大させて、尿道括約筋の閉じる力に打ち勝つ圧力で尿道を通して尿を排出させ、前記膀胱における排尿を実現する、
