Claims (7)
- 被写体に励起光を照射し、前記励起光によって励起された蛍光を受光する走査型共焦点内視鏡と、
前記走査型共焦点内視鏡が受光した前記蛍光に基づいて、通常観察のための蛍光画像を生成するプロセッサと、
キャリブレーションのための指標と、からなる走査型共焦点内視鏡システムであって、
キャリブレーション時に、前記走査型共焦点内視鏡は、前記指標に前記励起光を照射し、前記励起光の反射光を受光し、前記プロセッサは、前記走査型共焦点内視鏡が受光した前記励起光の反射光に基づいて、前記指標の画像を生成する、
走査型共焦点内視鏡システム。 - 前記プロセッサは、通常観察時に前記励起光をカットし、キャリブレーション時に前記励起光を透過するよう構成されたフィルタを備える、
請求項1に記載の走査型共焦点内視鏡システム。 - 前記フィルタは、入射角度によって透過率が変化するチューナブルバンドパスフィルタである、
請求項2に記載の走査型共焦点内視鏡システム。 - 前記プロセッサは、前記励起光を供給するための第一の光源と、前記励起光と異なる所定の波長の光を供給するための第二の光源と、を備える、
