Description
Claims (11)
- タイル本体を備える屋根タイルであって、
前記タイル本体は6つの面を持つ多面体で、前記多面体の各面は、ほぼ長方形であり、前記タイル本体は、ポリウレタン・フォームから形成されており、
前記タイル本体は、上部表面、底部表面、前部表面、後部表面、および、互いに平行な第1および第2の側面を有し;
前記タイル本体は、100%固体脂肪族ポリウレア紫外線防止材料の耐火性外層を、前記上部表面、前部表面、後部表面、互いに平行な第1および第2の側面、および、前記底部表面の一部分、に有し、
前記タイル本体は、前記耐火性外層の下部に、非ハロゲン化されたリン酸を含む固体膨張性混合物の防火内部層を有し、防火バリアを形成し、
前記底部表面は、屋根基材に接触するよう設定された平面エリアを有し、前記底部表面は、接着剤接触面積を増大させ、ポリ・フォーム接着剤を受容することが可能な溝部/流路を備えた所定のドーム形状の凹エリアを含み、前記凹エリアには、前記耐火性外層も前記防火内部層も有さず、したがって、前記タイル本体のポリウレタン・フォームを前記凹エリア内に露出し、屋根タイルを受け入れ可能な屋根基材に取り付けるために使用される標準化されたポリ・フォーム接着剤と係合する、屋根タイル。 - 前記屋根タイルの幅が、約12インチ幅の標準サイズの屋根タイルよりも約3倍広い、請求項1に記載の屋根タイル。
- ゲル・コート層を含む、請求項1に記載の屋根タイル。
- 前記屋根タイルの前記上部表面は、取り外しおよびアップグレード可能で、前記上部表面に取り付け可能な太陽電池モジュールを収容できるように、長さ、幅および深さのサイズを合わせた上部凹部を含み、前記太陽電池モジュールは、前記屋根タイルの前記上部凹部に適合した、電力を生成する太陽光発電電池を有する、請求項1に記載の屋根タイル。
- 前記太陽光発電電池のアレーを制御するため、前記太陽光発電電池の電気接合部品を含むよう構成された、少なくとも1つの専用の屋根タイルを含む、請求項1に記載の屋根タイル。
- 建物の外屋根の基材を覆う同一のタイルのアレーに使用する、軽量屋根タイルであって、
前記軽量屋根タイルは、屋根タイル本体、耐火性外層、および防火内部層を含み、
前記屋根タイル本体はクローズド・セル軽量ポリウレタン・フォームで製作され、上部表面、底部表面、前部表面、後部表面、および、互いに平行な第1および第2の側面を含む、所定の形状の多面体であって、
前記屋根タイル本体の前記底部表面には、フォーム接着剤が塗布され、前記屋根タイル本体を建物の外屋根基材に恒久的に取り付けるのに有益であり、
前記底部表面は、建物の外屋根基材との接触のための平面表面部分と前記フォーム接着剤を受容する凹エリアとを含み、前記凹エリアは所定の形状とサイズを有し、屋根タイルの平面底部表面エリアの、フォーム接着材を受容するフォーム接着材取り付け有効エリアを少なくとも20%増大し、前期屋根タイル本体の外屋根基材に対する取り付け強度を増大させ、
前記耐火性外層は脂肪族材料から製作され、
前記防火内部層は前記ポリウレタン・フォームのタイル本体の、前記上部表面、前記底部表面の前記凹エリアを除いた部分、前記前部表面、前記後部表面、および前記互いに平行な第1および第2の側面において、前記耐火性外層の下に備えられ、非ハロゲン化されたリン酸を含む固体膨張性混合物100%で製作される、軽量屋根タイル。 - 前記屋根タイル底部表面の前記凹エリアは、前記屋根タイルの前記底部表面、前部表面、後部表面、および第1および第2の側面に対して、中央位置に配置される、請求項6に記載の屋根タイル。
- 前記屋根タイル本体は、前記上部表面、前記前部および後部表面、前記第1および第2の側面、および前記底部表面の平面エリアに100%固体脂肪族ポリウレア紫外線防止材料の耐火性外層を含む、請求項6に記載の屋根タイル。
- 前記屋根タイル本体の上部で前記耐火性外層の下部に位置する防火内部層を含み、前記屋根タイル本体底部表面の凹エリアは、耐火層または防火層を有さず、前記フォーム接着剤の前記屋根タイル底部表面の凹エリアへの接着特性を高める、請求項6に記載の屋根タイル。
- 前記屋根タイル本体は、3ポンドで、高密度の異なるフォーム成分で製作され、軽量で、強度が高く、断熱特性を有する、請求項6に記載の屋根タイル。
- 前記屋根タイル本体は、高分子イソシアン酸塩および、水性HCFC−2455fa吹き付け成分により製作された、請求項6に記載の屋根タイル。
