Description
前述の実施形態で説明した草本系バイオマス固形燃料の製造方法において、成型工程を省略して実施例1の草本系バイオマス固形燃料を得た。また、前述の実施形態で説明した草本系バイオマス固形燃料の製造方法の圧搾工程を行うことなく、収穫したネピアグラスを粗粉砕して乾燥させることで、比較例1の草本系バイオマス固形燃料を得た。得られた実施例1及び比較例1の草本系バイオマス固形燃料のそれぞれについて、カリウム、塩素、硫黄、及びケイ素の含有量、発熱量、並びに、含水率が15%になるまでの乾燥期間を測定した。
前述の実施形態で説明した草本系バイオマス固形燃料の製造方法において、成型工程を省略して実施例2の草本系バイオマス固形燃料を得た。また、前述の実施形態で説明した草本系バイオマス固形燃料の製造方法の圧搾工程を行うことなく、収穫したネピアグラスを粗粉砕して乾燥させることで、比較例2の草本系バイオマス固形燃料を得た。さらに、収穫したネピアグラスを前述の実施形態で説明した圧搾機で圧搾した後に加水し、その後、さらに同じ圧搾機で圧搾した後に乾燥させて比較例3の草本系バイオマス固形燃料を得た。得られた実施例2、比較例2及び比較例3の草本系バイオマス固形燃料を燃焼させ、灰分と発熱量を測定した。結果を表2に示す。
前述の実施形態で説明した草本系バイオマス固形燃料の製造方法において、出発原料としてネピアグラスの茎の先端から茎の全長の1/3の部分を先端部として用い、成型工程を省略して実施例3の草本系バイオマス固形燃料を得た。また、前述の実施形態で説明した草本系バイオマス固形燃料の製造方法において、出発原料としてネピアグラスの茎の先端から茎の全長の1/3の部分を除去した茎下部を用い、成型工程を省略して実施例4の草本系バイオマス固形燃料を得た。得られた実施例3及び実施例4の草本系バイオマス固形燃料のそれぞれについて、カリウム、塩素、硫黄、及びケイ素の含有量、灰分、並びに、発熱量を測定した。結果を表3に示す。

Claims (4)
- イネ科植物を出発原料とする草本系バイオマス固形燃料の製造方法であって、
前記出発原料を圧搾して繊維分を得る一回のみの圧搾工程と、前記繊維分を乾燥させて固形燃料を得る乾燥工程と、を有し、
前記出発原料は、先端部が除去されたイネ科植物の茎下部であり、
前記出発原料は、含水率が70%以上であり、
加水工程を有しないことを特徴とする草本系バイオマス固形燃料の製造方法。 - 前記圧搾工程において、前記出発原料の含水率を20%以上減少させた前記繊維分を得ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の草本系バイオマス固形燃料の製造方法。
- 前記出発原料は、ネピアグラスであることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の草本系バイオマス固形燃料の製造方法。
- 前記固形燃料を成型してペレットを得る成型工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の草本系バイオマス固形燃料の製造方法。
