Description
Claims (13)
- 付加型製造の装置であって、
材料を堆積させて3Dオブジェクトの少なくとも一つの、別個のセグメントを含む材料層を形成するべく構成された少なくとも2つの独立駆動材料供給ヘッドと、
構成される3Dオブジェクトの少なくとも一つの材料層を支持するべく構成された支持体に対し、前記少なくとも2つの独立駆動材料供給ヘッドを動かすべく構成された駆動機構と
を含み、
前記少なくとも2つの独立駆動材料供給ヘッドの第1材料供給ヘッド及び第2材料供給ヘッドがそれぞれ、一定の高さを有する材料層の長さに沿って延びる第1セグメント及び第2セグメントを形成するべく構成され、
前記第1材料供給ヘッド及び前記第2材料供給ヘッドは、前記第1セグメントと前記第2セグメントとが互いに重なる出会い領域において、前記第1セグメント及び前記第2セグメントそれぞれを形成するための材料供給を、各セグメントの高さが前記長さに沿って連続的に変化するように調整するべく構成される装置。 - 前記少なくとも2つの独立駆動材料供給ヘッドは、材料を堆積して同じ3Dオブジェクトの同じ層を形成する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも2つの独立駆動材料供給ヘッドは、材料を堆積して同じ3Dオブジェクトの少なくとも2つの異なる層を形成する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 同じ3Dオブジェクトを支持するべく構成された支持体は、同じ3Dオブジェクトを支持する単一レベルの支持平面及び多重レベルの支持平面からなる支持平面群の少なくとも一つである請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも2つの独立駆動材料供給ヘッドの駆動機構は、軌道を含んで前記2つの独立駆動材料供給ヘッドを同時に動かすべく構成される請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも2つの独立駆動材料供給書き込みヘッドを動かすべく構成された駆動機構は、前記少なくとも2つの独立駆動材料供給ヘッドのそれぞれを独立して駆動するねじ及びナット、ラック及びピニオン、並びにモータ式ピニオンからなる機構群の一つである請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記独立駆動材料供給ヘッドの2つは、互いから一定距離にある軌道に沿って配置され、
前記2つの独立駆動材料供給ヘッド間の前記軌道に沿った距離は調整可能である請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記2つの独立駆動材料供給ヘッド間の最小距離を設定かつ維持するべく構成された機構をさらに含む請求項1に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも一つの材料固化放射線源をさらに含み、
前記材料固化放射線源は、紫外放射線源、赤外放射線源及び熱源からなる材料固化源群の一つである請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記材料供給は、前記材料供給の速度及び量を可変にすることによって調整される請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記出会い領域において、前記第1セグメントの高さと前記第2セグメントの高さとが補完し合うことによって前記一定の高さが維持される請求項1に記載の装置。
- 付加型製造の装置であって、
材料を堆積させて同じ3Dオブジェクトの少なくとも一つの層を形成するべく構成された少なくとも2つの独立駆動材料供給ヘッドと、
構成される3Dオブジェクトの少なくとも一つの層を支持するべく構成された支持体に対し、前記少なくとも2つの独立駆動材料供給ヘッドを動かすべく構成された駆動機構と、
前記少なくとも2つの独立駆動材料供給ヘッドのそれぞれの、少なくとも一つの供給ヘッド進行軌跡、及び材料供給機能を、生成及び制御するべく構成されたコンピュータと
を含み、
前記少なくとも2つの独立駆動材料供給ヘッドは、同じ層の別個のセグメントの少なくとも一部に材料を供給するべく構成され、
前記少なくとも2つの独立駆動材料供給ヘッドは、前記別個のセグメントを形成するための材料供給の速度及び量を可変にすることによって、前記別個のセグメントの出会い領域を形成するべく構成される装置。 - 付加型製造の装置であって、
材料を堆積させて同じ3Dオブジェクトの少なくとも一つの層を形成するべく構成された少なくとも2つの独立駆動材料供給ヘッドと、
構成される3Dオブジェクトの少なくとも一つの材料層を支持するべく構成された支持体に対し、前記少なくとも2つの独立駆動材料供給ヘッドを動かすべく構成された駆動機構と、
前記少なくとも2つの独立駆動材料供給ヘッドのそれぞれの、少なくとも一つの供給ヘッド進行軌跡、及び材料供給機能を、生成及び制御するべく構成されたコンピュータと
を含み、
前記少なくとも2つの独立駆動材料供給ヘッドは、同じ層の別個のセグメントの少なくとも一部に材料を供給するべく構成され、
前記同じ層の別個のセグメントの少なくとも2つが、その2つのセグメントの出会い領域を有し、
前記少なくとも2つの独立駆動材料供給ヘッドが、前記別個のセグメントを形成するための材料供給の速度及び量を可変にすることによって、前記出会い領域において、前記少なくとも2つの一方のセグメントの高さと他方のセグメントの高さとが補完し合って前記同じ層の高さが維持される装置。
