The present invention relates to a lighting device.

Conventionally, the thing of the following patent document 1 is known as an illuminating device. In the illumination device described in Patent Document 1, a lens cover (lens member) having translucency is attached to a housing (light source housing member) including a lamp (light source). Specifically, the attachment claw formed at the peripheral end of the lens cover is attached to the housing.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 06-16146

In the lens cover having the above-described configuration, the optical aspect (an aspect such as light reflection or refraction) is different from the other part in the part where the attachment claw is formed. For this reason, there is a concern that the appearance of the mounting claw forming portion in the lens cover is different from the other portions, and the design property is deteriorated.

This invention is completed based on the above situations, Comprising: It aims at providing the illuminating device which can suppress that designability falls.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a light source, a light source housing member that has an opening, and accommodates the light source, and a lens member that covers the opening and can transmit light emitted from the light source. And a cover member that covers a peripheral end portion of the lens member from a side opposite to the light source, wherein the lens member includes a main wall portion that constitutes a main surface of the lens member, and an outer periphery of the main wall portion. An extending wall portion that rises from the end portion toward the light source, and an extending wall portion that extends from the light source side end portion of the standing wall portion toward the cover member, and the extending end portion of the extending wall portion includes A mounting claw that is attached to the opening end of the opening of the light source housing member is provided, and light is applied to the surface on the inner side of the lens member in the standing wall and the surface on the light source side of the extending wall. Each light diffusion part that can diffuse Vignetting, the cover member is characterized the mounting claw that is the light source is configured to cover from the opposite side.

According to the present invention, the attachment claw is covered with the cover member. Thereby, when the user views the lens member from the main surface side (the side opposite to the light source), the attachment claw is not visible. Furthermore, in the present invention, an extended wall portion is provided, and an attachment claw is formed at the extended end portion. For this reason, a mounting nail can be moved away from a main wall part, and the situation where an attachment nail affects an external appearance can be reduced more reliably. Thereby, it can suppress that the designability falls.

Specifically, when the user views the lens member from the main surface side, the mounting claws disposed at a position farther from the main wall portion are difficult to see and are formed on the extending wall portion and the standing wall portion. The light diffusing portion is visually observed. Thereby, in the peripheral edge part of a cover member, it becomes difficult to produce the difference in the external appearance of the location in which the attachment nail is formed, and the location in which it is not formed, and it can suppress that the designability falls.

Moreover, the said cover member can be set as the structure which covers the said light-diffusion part formed in the said extending wall part from the opposite side to the said light source. If both the attachment claw and the light diffusing portion are covered with the cover member, the attachment claw can be more reliably hidden when the user views the lens member from the main surface side.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the illuminating device which can suppress that designability falls can be provided.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The illuminating device 20 of this embodiment is used as, for example, an overhead console for a vehicle, and is attached to an attachment hole 11 formed in a ceiling interior material 10 of the vehicle as shown in FIG.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the lighting device 20 includes a plurality of LEDs 21 (light sources), a circuit board 22 on which the plurality of LEDs 21 are mounted, and a case 30 (light source housing member) in which the LEDs 21 and the circuit boards 22 are housed. ), And a lens member 50 attached to the case 30 and a cover member 70 that covers the peripheral end portion of the lens member 50 from the vehicle interior side (the side opposite to the LED 21).

As shown in FIG. 2, the case 30 has a box shape having an opening 31 that opens to the vehicle interior side (lower side in FIG. 2). The circuit board 22 on which the LEDs 21 are mounted is disposed on the bottom wall 30B of the case 30, for example.

As shown in FIG. 1, the case 30 has, for example, a rectangular shape that is long in the vehicle width direction when viewed from the front. The case 30 is provided with a sound collection port 32 of a microphone (not shown) built in the case 30 and a switch 33 for turning on and off the LED 21.

As shown in FIG. 2, the outer peripheral end portion 34 of the case 30 is configured to cover the hole edge portion of the mounting hole 11 of the ceiling interior material 10 from the vehicle interior side. The opening 31 of the case 30 has, for example, a front view shape, and is configured to be covered from the vehicle interior side by the lens member 50. The opening end 31 </ b> A of the opening 31 in the case 30 has a stepped shape that is recessed toward the outside of the passenger compartment with respect to the outer peripheral end 34.

31 A of opening edge parts have the side wall part 31B which has the surface which faces the inner side of the case 30, and the back wall part 31D which has the surface which faces the vehicle interior side. An end of the inner side of the case 30 in the back wall portion 31 </ b> D is connected to an end of the side wall portion 30 </ b> A of the case 30 on the vehicle interior side.

Further, an attachment wall portion 35 extending toward the vehicle interior side is formed at the end of the side wall portion 30A on the vehicle interior side. The mounting wall portion 35 is provided at a location corresponding to a mounting claw 51 (details will be described later) of the lens member 50.

The mounting wall portion 35 has a stepped shape in which the front end side (vehicle interior side) is recessed on the outer peripheral side of the case 30. An attachment hole 35A is formed through the attachment wall portion 35, and an attachment claw 51 of the lens member 50 is attached to the attachment hole 35A (attachment portion).

The lens member 50 is formed of, for example, a synthetic resin (for example, acrylic, PET, polycarbonate, or the like) having a high translucency (high transparency) and configured to transmit light emitted from the LED 21.

The lens member 50 includes a main wall portion 52 constituting a main surface 52A (vehicle interior side surface, design surface), a standing wall portion 53 rising from the outer peripheral end of the main wall portion 52 to the LED 21 side (vehicle compartment outside), An extending wall portion 54 extending from the end portion of the standing wall portion 53 on the LED 21 side to the cover member 70 side.

An attachment claw 51 that is attached to the attachment hole 35 </ b> A of the attachment wall portion 35 is formed at the extension end portion of the extension wall portion 54 (flange portion). The standing wall portion 53 and the extending wall portion 54 are respectively provided over the entire circumference of the main wall portion 52. As shown in FIG. 1, the mounting claws 51 are formed at a plurality of locations (six locations in the present embodiment) in the circumferential direction of the extending wall portion 54.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the mounting claw 51 protrudes from the extending wall portion 54 toward the outer peripheral side (left side in FIG. 3) of the case 30. 35 A of attachment holes are formed by penetrating the attachment wall part 35 in the protrusion direction of the attachment nail | claw 51, and the attachment nail | claw 51 can be penetrated. The attachment holes 35 </ b> A are formed at a plurality of locations corresponding to the attachment claws 51.

Further, the mounting claws 51 are arranged on the outside of the passenger compartment with respect to the extending wall portion 54. A surface on the vehicle interior side (lower side in FIG. 3) of the attachment claw 51 is a locking surface 36 that is engaged with the inner surface of the attachment hole 35 </ b> A in the attachment wall portion 35 from the vehicle interior side.

The locking surface 36 is an inclined surface that extends toward the outer peripheral side of the case 30 as it goes outward from the passenger compartment. Thus, when the mounting claw 51 is displaced from the state of FIG. 3 toward the vehicle interior side, the inner surface of the mounting hole 35A is pressed against the locking surface 36, and the tip portion 35B of the mounting wall portion 35 is elastically moved toward the outer peripheral side of the case 30. Deforms. Thereby, it becomes possible to remove the attachment claw 51 from the attachment hole 35A.

Further, the surface of the mounting claw 51 on the outer side of the passenger compartment is an inclined surface 37 that goes toward the inner peripheral side of the case 30 toward the outer side of the passenger compartment. When attaching the attachment claw 51 to the attachment hole 35A, the attachment claw 51 is moved closer to the attachment hole 35A from the vehicle interior side. At this time, the distal end portion 35 </ b> B of the attachment wall portion 35 is elastically deformed toward the outer peripheral side of the case 30 by being pressed from the vehicle interior side by the inclined surface 37. Thereby, the attachment claw 51 can be attached to the attachment hole 35A.

A light diffusing portion 53A capable of diffusing light is provided on the back surface (the surface inside the lens member 50) of the standing wall portion 53, and the light diffusion is provided on the back surface (the surface on the LED 21 side) of the extending wall portion 54. A portion 54A is provided.

As shown in FIG. 5, each of the light diffusion portions 53 </ b> A and 54 </ b> A is configured by arranging a plurality of protrusions along the outer periphery of the lens member 50. In other words, each of the light diffusion portions 53A and 54A has a so-called knurled shape.

The light diffusion portion 53A is formed over the entire circumference in the extending direction of the standing wall portion 53, and the light diffusion portion 54A is formed over the entire circumference in the extending direction of the extending wall portion 54. That is, the light diffusing portions 53 </ b> A and 54 </ b> A are formed over the entire outer periphery of the lens member 50.

Further, the end 54 </ b> B on the attachment claw 51 side of the light diffusion portion 54 </ b> A is disposed in the vicinity of the attachment claw 51. Specifically, in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 3, the point P1 where the back surface of the main wall portion 52 and the back surface of the standing wall portion 53 intersect, and the point where the surface of the standing wall portion 53 and the surface of the extending wall portion 54 intersect. An end portion 54B of the light diffusing portion 54A is provided so as to intersect with a straight line E1 (corresponding to the line of sight from the occupant) connecting P2.

In this way, when the occupant views the lens member 50 from the vehicle interior side, the light diffusing portion 53A or the light diffusing portion 54A is viewed, and the mounting claw 51 is not directly visible. . In other words, in the present embodiment, any one of the light diffusing portion 53A, the light diffusing portion 54A, and the cover member 70 is arranged on the front side of the mounting claw 51 for the occupant.

As illustrated in FIG. 1, the cover member 70 (decorating member) has a rectangular frame shape that follows the outer peripheral shape of the lens member 50. As shown in FIG. 2, the cover member 70 covers the peripheral end portion of the lens member 50, more specifically, the attachment claw 51 and the extending wall portion 54 from the vehicle interior side (the side opposite to the LED 21). Yes.

As shown in FIG. 3, the cover member 70 has a substantially U-shape that is open to the outside of the vehicle compartment in a cross-sectional view. Specifically, the cover member 70 includes a main wall portion 71 that constitutes a design surface, and standing wall portions 72 and 73 that rise from the respective end portions in the width direction of the main wall portion 71 to the outside of the passenger compartment.

The standing wall portion 72 disposed on the outer side (side wall portion 31B side) is disposed along the inner surface of the side wall portion 31B. As shown in FIG. 4, a through hole 72 </ b> A is formed through the standing wall 72. A protrusion 38 formed on the inner surface of the side wall 31B is inserted into the through hole 72A. Thereby, the cover member 70 is configured to be attached to the side wall portion 31B.

On the other hand, the standing wall portion 73 is in contact with the extended wall portion 54 at an end portion outside the passenger compartment. In other words, the standing wall portion 73 is configured to overlap the light diffusion portion 54A of the extending wall portion 54 when viewed from the vehicle interior side.

Next, the effect of this embodiment will be described. According to the present embodiment, the attachment claw 51 is covered with the cover member 70. Thus, when the occupant views the lens member 50 from the main surface 52A side (the side opposite to the LED 21), the attachment claws 51 are not visible. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the extended wall part 54 is provided, and the attachment nail | claw 51 is formed in the extended edge part. For this reason, the attachment claw 51 can be moved further away from the main wall portion 52, and the situation in which the attachment claw 51 affects the appearance can be more reliably reduced. Thereby, it can suppress that the designability falls.

Specifically, when the occupant views the outer peripheral end portion of the lens member 50 from the main surface 52A side, the mounting claws 51 disposed at a position farther from the main wall portion 52 are not visually observed, and the light diffusion portion. 53A and 54A will be visually observed. Thereby, in the peripheral edge part of the cover member 70, it becomes difficult to produce the difference in the external appearance of the location in which the attachment nail | claw 51 is formed, and the location in which it is not formed, and it can suppress that the designability falls.

In the present embodiment, the light diffusing portions 53A and 54A are formed over the entire outer periphery of the lens member 50, respectively. The light passing through the outer peripheral edge of the lens member 50 is made uniform by being diffused by the light diffusion portions 53A and 54A. Thereby, in the outer periphery edge part of the lens member 50, the difference in the external appearance in the location in which the attachment nail | claw 51 is formed, and the location in which the attachment claw 51 is not formed can be decreased.

Further, the cover member 70 is configured to cover the light diffusion portion 54A formed on the extending wall portion 54 from the vehicle interior side. If both the attachment claw 51 and the light diffusion portion 54A are configured to be covered with the cover member 70, the attachment claw 51 can be more reliably hidden when the occupant views the lens member 50 from the main surface 52A side.

As shown in the comparative example of FIG. 6, when the mounting claw 4 of the lens member 5 protrudes directly from the standing wall portion 53 and the mounting claw 4 is attached to the mounting hole 2 </ b> A formed in the cover member 2. Therefore, there is a concern that the light diffusing portion 3B cannot be extended to the outside of the vehicle compartment of the cover member 2 and the mounting claws 4 are visually observed from the vehicle interior side through the main wall portion 52 and the standing wall portion 53. In FIG. 6, the line of sight of the occupant when the mounting claw 4 is viewed is indicated by a straight line E2.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 6, by forming the light diffusion part 3D (illustrated by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 6) on the back surface 4A (surface outside the passenger compartment) of the mounting claw 4, Also, a configuration that reduces the difference in the appearance of the portions that are not formed is conceivable. However, in order to bend and deform the attachment claw 4 when attaching the lens member 5, the back surface 4A is preferably an inclined surface. For this reason, the extending directions of the light diffusing portion 3B and the light diffusing portion 3D are different, and a difference in appearance occurs, which is not preferable.

On the other hand, in this embodiment, the extending wall portion 54 is provided, and the extending wall portion 54 is provided with the mounting claws 51 so that the light diffusing portion 54A is linearly extended to the outside of the cover member 70 in the passenger compartment. It is possible to suppress the situation where the mounting claw 51 is visually observed.
