Description
(1)担体の調製
試料1〜3について構成相を確認するためにX線回折を行なった。X線回折は、Rigaku社製RINT-2000を用い、Cuをターゲットとして、40 kV、20 mAでX線を照射して行なった。結果は、図1のとおりである。
触媒の調製は、得られた担体に対してNiを含浸法により5 wt%担持させることで行なった。
活性試験を実施するにあたって、まず、反応管として用いる石英管(外径10 mm、内径8 mm)を用意し、これに各試料に係る触媒を25 mg秤量して入れ、300 mgのSiO2により希釈した。
試料1および試料5について、Ar気流中とArおよびH2O混合気流中とにて熱重量分析(TG)を行なった。測定は、昇温速度10℃/minで室温から800℃まで行ない、Ar気流中の測定では、Arガス流量を50 ml/minにし、ArおよびH2O混合気流中の測定では、ArガスおよびH2Oガスの流量を、それぞれ、45 ml/minおよび5 ml/minにした。
Claims (3)
- RESrAl3O7(REはLaおよびSmの少なくとも一方。)で表わされる化合物を含む担体と、前記担体に担持された活性金属としてのNiとを含む、炭化水素を合成ガスに変換するために用いる触媒。
- RE1+xSr1−xAl3O7+δ(REはLaおよびSmの少なくとも一方。0≦x≦0.5。δは化学量論的に決まる値。)で表わされる化合物を含む担体と、前記担体に担持された活性金属としてのNiとを含む、炭化水素を合成ガスに変換するために用いる触媒。
- 請求項1または2に記載の触媒を用いて、炭化水素を合成ガスに変換する改質方法。
