Claims (26)

ACDC(Application Specific Congestion Control for Data Communications)/ASAC(Application and Service Access Control)が無線ネットワークにおいて起動される場合に前記無線ネットワークにアクセスすることを許可されるアプリケーションのカテゴリを含む事前設定されたアプリケーションカテゴリのホワイトリストを含んでいるACDC/ASAC情報を、前記移動機に伝達し、
前記無線ネットワークの無線ネットワークチャネル状態が容量しきい値を越えることを検知し、
前記容量しきい値が越えられると同時に、選択された優先順位付けレベルで前記ACDC/ASACを起動し、前記事前設定されたホワイトリストに含まれるアプリケーションのカテゴリのみが前記移動機において動作することを前記ACDC/ASACが可能にするように構成されるコンピュータ回路を有し、

ACDC/ASACが無線ネットワークにおいて起動される場合に前記事前設定された優先順位付けされたアプリケーションカテゴリのホワイトリストに含まれるアプリケーションのみを動作させ、前記ACDC/ASACが容量しきい値を越える無線ネットワークの無線ネットワークチャネル状態に応答して起動されるように構成されるコンピュータ回路を有し、
