Description
本発明の医療機器の第1実施形態について、図1乃至図7を参照して説明する。
本発明の医療機器の第2実施形態について、図8乃至図10を参照して説明する。第2実施形態の医療機器の一例の処置具11は、ハンドピース12の形状が異なる点で第1の実施形態のものと異なっているが、他の部分は第1実施形態と共通している。このため、主として第1実施形態と異なる部分について説明し、第1実施形態と共通する部分については図示或いは説明を省略する。本実施形態では、振動伝達部材23の長手方向Cに平行な2方向の一方を先端方向C1とし、先端方向とは反対方向を基端方向C2としている。
Claims (14)
- 組立ユニットに対して組み付けられ、前記組立ユニットの少なくとも一部に対して相対的に動くことが可能な医療用部材であって、
複数の湾曲部と、把持面を含む第1面と、前記第1面とは反対側に設けられる第2面と、前記複数の湾曲部を含む面に沿って前記第1面と前記第2面とを貫通する第1の貫通孔と、前記第1の貫通孔に対して交差する方向に設けられた導電孔と、を有し、前記第1の貫通孔が前記導電孔よりも基端側に設けられた導電体と、
前記導電体の周囲を被覆し前記第1の貫通孔の内部を充填するように前記導電体と一体に成形される被覆部と、
を備えた医療用部材。 - 前記導電体は、前記導電孔およびこれに通される軸部を介して、前記組立ユニットと電気的に接続されるとともに前記組立ユニットの少なくとも一部に対して相対移動可能に支持される請求項1に記載の医療用部材。
- 前記導電体は、前記導電体の中心軸に対して位置ずれした位置ずれ部を有し、
前記第1の貫通孔は、前記位置ずれ部を厚み方向に貫通するように設けられる請求項1に記載の医療用部材。 - 前記被覆部は、絶縁性の樹脂で形成され、前記被覆部を成形する際のゲートは、前記導電体の先端部とは反対側の基端部の近傍に設けられる請求項3に記載の医療用部材。
- 前記導電体は、前記導電孔およびこれに通される軸部を介して、前記組立ユニットと電気的に接続されるとともに前記組立ユニットの少なくとも一部に対して相対移動可能に支持され、
前記被覆部は、前記導電孔から外れた位置を覆う請求項1に記載の医療用部材。 - 前記導電孔は、前記第1の貫通孔に対して交差する方向に設けられる請求項5に記載の医療用部材。
- 前記組立ユニットは、
高周波エネルギーが伝達されるとともに生体組織に前記高周波エネルギーを付与する際の一方の極を構成するシャフトユニットを備え、
前記導電体は、前記生体組織に前記高周波エネルギーを付与する際の他方の極を構成する請求項1に記載の医療用部材。 - 前記導電体は、前記把持面とは反対側に設けられる反対面を有し、
前記被覆部は、断熱性の樹脂で形成され、少なくとも前記反対面を覆う請求項2に記載の医療用部材。 - 前記導電体は、
その先端部から当該先端部とは反対側にある基端部に至る壁部と、
前記壁部に設けられるとともに前記先端部から前記基端部まで連続的に設けられた凹部と、
を有する請求項4に記載の医療用部材。 - 前記導電体は、前記凹部に対応する位置で前記壁部を貫通する補助貫通孔を有する請求項9に記載の医療用部材。
- 請求項1に記載の医療用部材を備えた医療機器。
- 前記導電体には、前記面に沿って前記第1面と前記第2面とを貫通する第2の貫通孔が前記把持面よりも基端側に前記第1の貫通孔と異なる位置に形成され、
前記被覆部は、さらに前記第2の貫通孔の内部を充填する、
請求項1に記載の医療用部材。 - 前記導電体は、前記導電孔およびこれに通される軸部を介して、前記組立ユニットと電気的に接続されるとともに前記組立ユニットの少なくとも一部に対して相対移動可能に支持され、
前記導電孔は、前記第1の貫通孔と前記第2の貫通孔との間に設けられる請求項12に記載の医療用部材。 - 前記把持面は、ピンを用いてジョーが固定される請求項1に記載の医療用部材。
