Description

The present invention relates to a decorative panel. Specifically, the present invention relates to a decorative panel used for decorating an interior surface in a room.

A decorative panel obtained by adhering a decorative sheet to a panel made of plywood or wood is widely used as an interior material for commercial facilities and houses. The decorative panel has a design property on the interior surface of the room by giving a characteristic to the color pattern of the sheet and the shape of the panel.

Under such circumstances, there are a large number of decorative panels that are designed on the interior surface side by forming a concavo-convex shape on the surface of the panel by performing processing such as attaching a plurality of rib members or processing the surface of the substrate. As such a decorative panel, for example, a decorative panel described in Patent Document 1 has been proposed.

Here, Patent Document 1 describes a decorative panel 100 as shown in FIG. The decorative panel 100 includes a base material 101 serving as a main body and a plurality of elongated rib members 102 on the surface of the base material 101. The base material 101 and the rib material 102 are each provided with a decorative film 103 on the surface. By configuring the base material 101 and the rib material 102 separately, the shape and color of the surface of the decorative panel 100 can be freely designed.

However, the decorative panel described in Patent Document 1 is blown by the expansion and contraction of the material of the panel due to the humidity and drying of the environment in which the panel is installed, and the panel contracts and is displaced from the installed position or distorted. May end up. Moreover, when the panel contracts, the shape of the panel may be warped from the state after installation, and the shape may not be maintained.

In addition, there is a disadvantage that the panel is twisted or peeled off from the installed position due to blow. Furthermore, in order to affix the decorative panel to the curved surface, it is necessary to provide a plurality of grooves in the panel base material and bend the base material. However, when a plurality of grooves are provided from the interior surface side of the panel base material, the appearance of the panel is deteriorated, so that the decorative panel cannot be attached to a curved surface having a large curvature.

The present invention was devised in view of the above points, and it is difficult for the panel shape to be changed or peeled off after installation, and it can be sufficiently applied to a curved surface without impairing the design. The purpose is to provide a panel.

In order to achieve the above object, a decorative panel of the present invention is provided in a substrate material having a predetermined convex member formed on one surface and at least a non-formation region of the convex member on the one surface side. And a sheet material having elasticity, and a groove formed substantially perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction of the substrate material from a surface opposite to the one surface of the substrate material.

Here, when the decorative panel has the substrate material, the shape of the panel can be constructed using the substrate material as a base of the decorative panel.

Moreover, by having the substrate material on which the predetermined convex member is formed on one surface, the interior surface on which the decorative panel is installed can be given design. That is, by forming a convex member having a different size or shape on the substrate material, it is possible to give a feature to the appearance of the decorative panel.

Further, by providing a sheet material having elasticity on one surface side of the substrate material, the shape of the substrate material can be maintained by the elasticity of the sheet even when the base material contracts.

Further, by providing the sheet material in at least the non-formation region of the convex member on one surface side of the substrate material, the minimum region necessary for maintaining the shape of the substrate material is covered with the sheet material. . That is, the shape of the substrate material can be maintained.

Moreover, by having the groove part formed substantially perpendicularly to the substrate material, the substrate material can be bent into irregularities around the direction orthogonal to one surface of the substrate material. That is, the decorative panel can be attached to the curved surface. Further, since the substrate material is divided by the groove portions, the entire decorative panel is less susceptible to exposure, and the shape of the decorative panel can be maintained.

In addition, since the groove portion is formed from the surface opposite to the one surface of the substrate material, the decorative panel can be attached to the curved surface without impairing the appearance of the interior surface side of the decorative panel.

In addition, by having the groove portion formed substantially perpendicular to the substrate material and substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the substrate material, the substrate material can be bent into irregularities over the longitudinal direction of the substrate material.

In order to achieve the above object, a decorative panel according to the present invention includes a base material having a predetermined rib hole portion formed on one surface, and a sheet having elasticity as provided on the one surface side. Material, a convex member configured to be fitted to the rib hole, and a surface that is substantially perpendicular to the surface opposite to the one surface of the substrate material and substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the substrate material. And a groove portion.

Here, when the decorative panel has the substrate material, the shape of the panel can be constructed using the substrate material as a base of the decorative panel.

In addition, a predetermined rib hole portion is formed on one surface of the substrate material, and the decorative panel has a convex member configured to be fitted to the rib hole portion, thereby fitting the convex member into the rib hole portion. Thus, the convex member can be arranged on one surface side. Thus, by arranging the convex member having a different size or shape on the substrate material, it is possible to give a feature to the appearance of the decorative panel.

Further, by providing a sheet material having elasticity on one surface side of the substrate material, the shape of the substrate material can be maintained by the elasticity of the sheet even when the base material contracts.

Further, when the groove portion is formed so as to penetrate the substrate material, the groove portion is deepened, and the bending of the substrate material can be increased. That is, the decorative panel can be attached to a curved surface having a larger curvature.

Moreover, when a groove part is formed in the substantially middle position of the area | region between adjacent convex members, a decorative panel can be bent for every area | region containing a convex member. That is, the design property of the decorative panel when pasted on a curved surface can be improved.

Further, when the convex member is in contact with the non-forming region of the rib hole on one surface side and the peripheral region of the rib hole, the convex member is also present around the rib hole. That is, the rib hole portion cannot be seen from the interior surface side, and the decorative panel can be made to look good. Further, when the convex member is fixed to the rib hole portion with an adhesive or the like, the adhesive is less likely to leak onto the surface of the substrate material.

Moreover, when a decorative panel is provided with the decorative sheet material provided in the upper part of a sheet | seat material and a convex-shaped member, the designability of a decorative panel can be improved with the decorative sheet material which has a desired color pattern.

Further, when the substrate material and the convex member are formed of a medium fiberboard, the substrate material and the convex member are less likely to contract and warp less than other wood materials. Moreover, it becomes difficult to produce the crack by drying. That is, the shape of the decorative panel is more easily maintained.

Further, when a backing paper material provided on the surface opposite to the one surface of the substrate material is provided, a desired function can be imparted to the decorative panel via the backing paper material. The function here is, for example, a waterproof function, and when such a backing paper material is attached, the durability of the decorative panel can be improved.

The decorative panel according to the present invention is less likely to change or peel off the shape of the panel after installation, and can be sufficiently affixed to a curved surface without impairing the design.

Hereinafter, an example of a decorative panel to which the present invention is applied will be described with reference to the drawings to provide an understanding of the present invention.
FIG. 1 is a schematic view showing an example of a decorative panel to which the present invention is applied. FIG. 2: is the schematic perspective view (a) which looked at the decorative panel from the interior surface side, and the schematic perspective view (b) which looked from the opposite side to the interior surface. FIG. 3 is a schematic view showing a modification of the decorative panel to which the present invention is applied. FIG. 4 is a schematic view showing attachment of the rib material to the rib hole.

As shown in FIG. 1, an interior panel material 1 that is an example of a decorative panel to which the present invention is applied includes a substrate material 2, a rib material 3, and a sheet material 4. Further, in the substrate material 2, a groove portion 5 penetrating the substrate material 2 is formed at a substantially intermediate position between the rib materials 3.

A rib hole 6 is provided on the interior surface side (upper surface side in FIG. 1) of the substrate material 2, and the rib material 3 is fixed. Further, the rib holes 6 are provided on the substrate material 2 at equal intervals. Further, the rib material 3 is formed so that the cross section cut in the short direction is substantially square except for the region fitted with the rib hole 6.

The interval between the rib members 3 is substantially the same as the width of the rib member 3, and the rib members 3 are arranged at substantially equal intervals.

A protruding plate 7 is attached to the upper part of the rib member 3 and the sheet member 4. A waterproof paper 8 is attached to the back surface of the substrate material 2.

Moreover, the board | substrate material 2 and the rib material 3 are formed with the same MDF material. The sheet material 4 is made of resin-impregnated paper, and covers an area other than where the rib material 3 on the interior surface of the substrate material 2 is disposed.

As shown in FIG. 2, the rib member 3, the rib hole portion 6, and the groove portion 5 are formed along the longitudinal direction of the interior panel member 1.

Here, the groove portion 5 does not necessarily have to be formed so as to penetrate the substrate material 2, and the shape of the interior panel material 1 in which the groove portion 5 does not penetrate the substrate material 2 as shown in FIG. You can also However, it is desirable that the groove portion 5 is configured to penetrate the substrate material 2 from the viewpoint that the groove becomes deeper and the interior panel material 1 is more easily bent.

Moreover, the groove part 5 does not necessarily need to be formed at a substantially intermediate position between the rib members 3. However, for each region including the convex member, the decorative panel can be bent, and the design property when pasted on the curved surface can be improved, so that the groove portion 5 is substantially in the middle between the rib members 3. It is preferable to be formed at a position.

Further, the rib hole portions 6 are not necessarily provided on the substrate material 2 at equal intervals. However, it is preferable that the rib hole portions 6 are provided on the substrate material 2 at equal intervals from the viewpoint of improving the appearance of the decorative panel. In addition, the appearance of the decorative panel can be further improved in combination with the groove portion 5 being formed at a substantially intermediate position between the rib members 3.

Further, the rib material 3 does not necessarily have to be formed so as to have a substantially square cross section except for a region fitted with the rib hole 6. The shape and size of the rib material 3 are not particularly limited, and can be formed in a desired shape and size.

In addition, the interval between the rib members 3 is substantially the same as the width of the rib member 3, and the rib members 3 do not have to be arranged at substantially equal intervals. However, since the rib members 3 are arranged side by side and the appearance of the decorative panel is improved, the interval between the rib members 3 is substantially the same as the width of the rib member 3, and the rib members 3 are arranged at substantially equal intervals. It is preferable.

Further, the protruding plate 7 does not necessarily have to be attached to the upper portions of the rib member 3 and the sheet member 4. However, it is preferable that the veneer 7 is affixed from the viewpoint that the exterior of the interior panel material 1 has a beautiful grain and improves the design.

Moreover, the decorative sheet material stuck on the upper part of the rib material 3 and the sheet material 4 is not limited to the veneer 7, and various decorative sheet materials can be selected.

Further, the waterproof paper 8 does not necessarily have to be attached to the back surface of the substrate material 2. However, it is preferable that the waterproof paper 8 is attached to the back surface of the substrate material 2 in order to make the interior panel material 1 durable against moisture or moisture generated from the substrate material 2 or the like.

Moreover, the board | substrate material 2 and the rib material 3 do not necessarily need to be formed with a MDF material. For example, it can also be formed using a mump material. Further, the substrate material 2 and the rib material 3 do not need to be formed of the same material. However, it is preferable that the board | substrate material 2 and the rib material 3 are formed with a MDF material from the point which becomes difficult to produce shrinkage | contraction and curvature. Moreover, it is preferable that the board | substrate material 2 and the rib material 3 are formed with the same raw material from the point which the appearance of a decorative panel improves.

Further, it is sufficient if the shape of the substrate material 2 can be maintained, and the seed material 4 does not necessarily need to be formed of resin-impregnated paper. However, it is preferable that the sheet material 4 is formed of resin-impregnated paper because the effect of maintaining the shape of the substrate material 2 is high and the strength is high.

Further, the portion covered by the sheet material 4 is not limited to a portion other than the portion where the rib material 3 on the interior surface of the substrate material 2 is disposed. For example, the shape which covers the upper part of the rib hole 6 with the sheet material 4 as shown in FIG.

Moreover, the interior panel material 1 is not limited to the shape in which the rib material 3 and the rib hole 6 are provided. For example, as shown in FIG.3 (c), it can also be set as the shape in which the board | substrate material 2 and the rib material 3 were formed integrally.

In FIG. 4, the attachment state of the rib material 3 is shown. The rib material 3 is attached to the rib hole 4 using an adhesive 9. Moreover, the shape of the part fitted in the rib hole part 4 of the rib material 3 can be created by shaving and processing the rib material 3.

Further, when the rib material 3 is fitted into the rib hole portion 6, the rib material 3 comes into contact with the peripheral region 11 of the rib hole portion 6. When the rib member 3 and the rib hole portion 6 have such a shape, the rib hole 6 becomes difficult to be seen after the rib member 3 is attached, and the interior panel member 1 can be improved in appearance. Such processing is called sane processing. Furthermore, it becomes difficult for the adhesive agent 9 to leak out to the interior surface side by applying sane processing.

Here, the shape of the rib material 3 and the rib hole 4 is not limited to that shown in FIG. Any processing method may be used as long as the rib material 3 can be provided on the substrate material 2.

Hereinafter, as a usage pattern of the interior panel material 1 which is an example of the decorative panel to which the present invention is applied, a state of being attached to a curved surface is shown.
FIG. 5 is a schematic view showing a state in which the interior panel is attached to a curved surface.

As shown in FIG. 5A, when the interior panel material 1 is attached to the convex curved surface 10, the interior panel material 1 is bent for each region between the groove portions 5. The groove portion 5 has a shape in which a lower region on the back side is attached.

Here, if the area | region in which the groove part 5 was formed becomes large, the panel material 1 for interiors can be bent more. That is, it can be pasted on a curved surface having a large curvature.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5B, when the interior panel material 1 is attached to the concave curved surface 12, the groove portion 5 has a shape in which the lower region on the back side is widened. The interior panel material 1 bends in each region between the groove portions 5 in the same manner as when pasted on the convex curved surface 10.

In addition, even when the interior panel 1 is installed on a wall or the like, even if the substrate material 2 is blown away due to environmental moisture or drying, the interior panel 1 is structurally separated by the groove portion 5. The panel as a whole is less susceptible to shrinkage and warping. As a result, the shape of the interior panel 1 can be maintained and can be long-lasting.

As described above, the decorative panel to which the present invention is applied is unlikely to change or peel off the shape of the panel after installation, and can be sufficiently attached to a curved surface without impairing the design. Yes.
