Description
第1の外部表面および反対側の第2の外部表面を有する基材と、
基材の第1の外部表面上の多層膜コーティングと
を含んでなる複合材シートであって、多層膜コーティングが、
基材の第1の外部表面を被覆する金属層と、
金属層を被覆し、かつ
−A−R−B−(式中、Aは、もう1つのオレフィン基に重合によって結合したオレフィン基であり、Bは、もう1つのシランまたはイソシアネート基に架橋したシランまたはイソシアネート基であり、かつRは、それぞれ、O、N、PおよびSからなる群から選択される一員によって置換されていてもよく、かつアルキレンが直鎖、分枝鎖または環式であることが可能であるC1〜C20アルキレンまたはアリールの少なくとも1つを含んでなるジラジカルである)
の構造を有する複数の架橋を含有する三次元ネットワークを含んでなる、外部ポリマー層と
を含んでなる、複合材シートを提供する。
第1の外部表面および反対側の第2の外部表面を有する基材と、
基材の第1の外部表面上の多層膜コーティングと
を含んでなる複合材シートであって、多層膜コーティングが、
基材の第1の外部表面を被覆する金属層と、
金属層を被覆し、かつオレフィン基および水分硬化性基を含む二重官能性組成物を含む前駆体を硬化させることによって形成される、外部ポリマーコーティング層と
を含んでなる、複合材シートを提供する。
第1の外部表面および反対側の第2の外部表面を有する基材を提供する工程と、
基材の第1の外部表面を金属化して、その上に金属層を形成する工程と、
金属層上に外部ポリマーコーティング層の前駆体を堆積させ、前駆体がオレフィン基および水分硬化性基を含む二重官能性組成物を含んでなる、前駆体フィルムを形成する工程と、
前駆体を処理して、外部ポリマーコーティング層を形成する工程であって、その処理が、
前駆体中にフリーラジカルを生じさせて、少なくともその一部分の重合を誘導すること、および
前駆体フィルムを水蒸気に曝露すること

第1の外部表面および反対側の第2の外部表面を有する基材を提供する工程と、
基材の第1の外部表面を金属化して、その上に金属層を形成する工程と、
金属層上に外部ポリマーコーティング層の前駆体を堆積させ、前駆体が、−A−R−B−(式中、Aは、もう1つのオレフィン基に重合によって結合したオレフィン基であり、Bは、もう1つのシランまたはイソシアネート基に架橋したシランまたはイソシアネート基であり、かつRは、それぞれ、O、N、PおよびSからなる群から選択される一員によって置換されていてもよく、かつアルキレンが直鎖、分枝鎖または環式であることが可能であるC1〜C20アルキレンまたはアリールの少なくとも1つを含んでなるジラジカルである)の構造を有する複数の架橋を含有する三次元ネットワークを形成するために硬化可能である、前駆体フィルムを形成する工程と、
前駆体を処理して、外部ポリマーコーティング層を形成する工程であって、その処理が、
前駆体中にフリーラジカルを生じさせて、少なくともその一部分の重合を誘導すること、および
前駆体フィルムを水蒸気に曝露すること
を含んでなる工程と
を含んでなる、複合材シートの製造方法を提供する。
シランアクリレート加水分解重縮合のための活性剤としての水分曝露の有効性は、3−(トリメトキシシリル)−プロピルアクリレートを使用して試験した。
同一方法を使用して調製および試験される試料を使用して、実施例1の実験を繰り返したが、192時間までのより長い曝露時間を使用したところ、下記の表IIに明示される結果が得られた。
アルミニウム化プレキシフィラメントシートを保護するための様々なシランモノマー前駆体から誘導されたポリマーコーティングの有効性を特徴決定した。
アルミニウム化プレキシフィラメントシートを保護するための、様々な割合のシランおよび非シランモノマー前駆体の混合物を含んでなるポリマーコーティングの有効性を特徴決定した。
アルミニウム化プレキシフィラメントシートを保護するためのシラン(MPTiPS)および非シランアクリレート(SR9003)モノマー前駆体(重量比50:50)の混合物を含んでなるポリマーコーティングの有効性を再び特徴決定し、そして純粋なSR9003およびMPTiPSで製造される試料のデータと比較した。実施例3と同一条件を使用して、単一のパスでウェブ試料を製造したが、500、1000、1500と、2000μl/分の前駆体供給速度を使用した。5m/分のライン速度で、得られたコーティング厚さは、約0.14、0.28、0.42および0.56g/m2であった。

(b)部、パーセントまたは比の全ての数値的な量は、重量部、重量パーセントまたは重量比として与えられ、明示された重量部、重量パーセントまたは重量比は、合計が100となっても、またはならなくてもよい。
次に、本発明の態様を示す。
1. 第1の外部表面および反対側の第2の外部表面を有する基材と、
前記基材の前記第1の外部表面上の多層膜コーティングと
を含んでなる複合材シートであって、前記多層膜コーティングが、
前記基材の前記第1の外部表面を被覆する金属層と、
前記金属層を被覆し、かつ
−A−R−B−(式中、Aは、もう1つのオレフィン基に重合によって結合したオレフィン基であり、Bは、もう1つのシランまたはイソシアネート基に架橋したシランまたはイソシアネート基であり、かつRは、それぞれ、O、N、PおよびSからなる群から選択される一員によって置換されていてもよく、かつ前記アルキレンが直鎖、分枝鎖または環式であることが可能であるC1〜C20アルキレンまたはアリールの少なくとも1つを含んでなるジラジカルである)
の構造を有する複数の架橋を含有する三次元ネットワークを含んでなる、外部ポリマー層と
を含んでなる、複合材シート。
2. 前記基材が、フラッシュスパン−プレキシフィラメントシート、スパンボンド不織物シート、スパンボンド−メルトブローン不織物シート、スパンボンド−メルトブローン−スパンボンド不織物シート、および水蒸気透過性フィルム層に接着された不織物またはスクリムを含むラミネートからなる群から選択される不織物シートを含んでなる、上記1に記載の複合材シート。
3. 前記基材が、織物繊維またはテープを含んでなる織物シートを含んでなる、上記1に記載の複合材シート。
4. 前記基材が水蒸気透過性である、上記1に記載の複合材シート。
5. 前記複合材シートの水蒸気透過速度が、前記金属および外部ポリマーコーティング層のない前記基材の水蒸気透過速度の少なくとも約80%である、上記4に記載の複合材シート。
6. 前記外部ポリマーコーティング層が約10重量%以下の抽出可能な未硬化前駆体を含んでなる、上記1に記載の複合材シート。
7. 前記外部ポリマーコーティング層が実質的に完全に硬化される、上記1に記載の複合材シート。
8. 前記外部ポリマーコーティング層が、約0.1〜5μmの範囲の厚さを有する、上記1に記載の複合材シート。
9. 前記外部ポリマーコーティング層が、約10〜100μmの範囲の厚さを有する、上記1に記載の複合材シート。
10. 前記金属層が、アルミニウム、金、銀、亜鉛、スズ、鉛、ニッケル、チタン、銅、あるいはそれらの混合物または合金の1つから本質的になる、上記1に記載の複合材シート。
11. 前記金属層がアルミニウムから本質的になる、上記1に記載の複合材シート。
12. 前記金属層の放射率が多くとも約0.2である、上記1に記載の複合材シート。
13. 上記1に記載の複合材シートを含んでなるウォールシステム。
14. 上記1に記載の複合材シートを含んでなるルーフシステム。
15. 第1の外部表面および反対側の第2の外部表面を有する基材と、
前記基材の前記第1の外部表面上の多層膜コーティングと
を含んでなる複合材シートであって、前記多層膜コーティングが、
前記基材の前記第1の外部表面を被覆する金属層と、
前記金属層を被覆し、かつオレフィン基および水分硬化性基を含む二重官能性組成物を含む前駆体を硬化させることによって形成される、外部ポリマーコーティング層と
を含んでなる、複合材シート。
16. 前記オレフィン基がラジカル重合性である、上記15に記載の複合材シート。
17. 前記前駆体がアクリレートまたはメタクリレート組成物をさらに含んでなる、上記15に記載の複合材シート。
18. 前記前駆体が、約0.1〜約75重量%の前記二重官能性組成物を含んでなる、上記15に記載の金属化複合材シート。
19. 前記水分硬化性基が水分硬化性イソシアネート基である、上記15に記載の複合材シート。
20. 前記前駆体が、2−イソシアノエチル(メタ)アクリレート、メタクリロイルイソシアネート、アリルイソシアネート、またはヒドロキシル官能性オレフィンおよびマルチイソシアネートの反応生成物を含んでなるモノマーの少なくとも1つを含んでなる、上記19に記載の複合材シート。
21. 前記水分硬化性基が水分硬化性シラン基である、上記15に記載の複合材シート。
22. 前記前駆体が、
水分硬化性シラン基を含んでなる(メタ)アクリルオキシアルキルシラン、
水分硬化性シラン基を含んでなるビニルシラン、アリルシランまたはより高次のアルケニルシラン、あるいは
ヒドロキシル官能性オレフィンと、水分硬化性シラン基を含んでなるイソシアノアルキルシランとを反応させることによって得られるモノマー、
あるいはそれらのダイマー、トリマーまたはそれらのより高次のオリゴマー
の少なくとも1つを含んでなり、
前記水分硬化性シラン基が、一官能性、二官能性または三官能性アルコキシシラン、フェノキシシラン、アシルオキシ(アセトキシ)シラン、アミノシラン、ハロゲノシラン、アミドシラン、イミダゾールシラン、カルバメートシラン、ケトキシミンシランまたはオキサゾリジノンシランの1つである、上記21に記載の複合材シート。
23. 前記二重官能性組成物が、(メタ)アクリルオキシプロピルトリプロポキシシランまたは(メタ)アクリルオキシプロピルトリブトキシシランの少なくとも1つを含んでなる、上記22に記載の複合材シート。
24. 前記基材が水蒸気透過性である、上記15に記載の複合材シート。
25. 前記金属層がアルミニウムから本質的になる、上記15に記載の複合材シート。
26. 前記金属層の放射率が多くとも約0.2である、上記15に記載の複合材シート。
Claims (15)
- 第1の外部表面および反対側の第2の外部表面を有する基材と、
前記基材の前記第1の外部表面上の多層膜コーティングと
を含んでなる複合材シートであって、前記多層膜コーティングが、
前記基材の前記第1の外部表面を被覆する金属層と、
前記金属層を被覆し、かつ
−A−R−B−(式中、Aは、もう1つのオレフィン基に重合によって結合したオレフィン基であり、Bは、もう1つのシランまたはイソシアネート基に架橋したシランまたはイソシアネート基であり、かつRは、それぞれ、O、N、PおよびSからなる群から選択される一員によって置換されていてもよく、かつ前記アルキレンが直鎖、分枝鎖または環式であることが可能であるC1〜C20アルキレンまたはアリールの少なくとも1つを含んでなるジラジカルである)
の構造を有する複数の架橋を含有する三次元ネットワークを含んでなる、外部ポリマー層と
を含んでなり、
前記基材は、フラッシュスパン−プレキシフィラメントシート、スパンボンド不織物シート、スパンボンド−メルトブローン不織物シート、スパンボンド−メルトブローン−スパンボンド不織物シート、および水蒸気透過性フィルム層に接着された不織物シートまたはスクリムを含むラミネートからなる群から選択される不織物シートを含んでなり、あるいは、前記基材は、織物繊維またはテープを含んでなる織物シートを含んでなる、複合材シート。 - 前記基材が水蒸気透過性であり、前記複合材シートの水蒸気透過速度が、前記金属および外部ポリマーコーティング層のない前記基材の水蒸気透過速度の少なくとも80%であってもよい、請求項1に記載の複合材シート。
- 前記外部ポリマーコーティング層が10重量%以下の抽出可能な未硬化前駆体を含んでなる、請求項1に記載の複合材シート。
- 前記外部ポリマーコーティング層が完全に硬化される、あるいは、前記外部ポリマーコーティング層が0.1〜5μmの範囲の厚さを有する、あるいは、前記外部ポリマーコーティング層が10〜100μmの範囲の厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の複合材シート。
- 前記金属層が、アルミニウム、金、銀、亜鉛、スズ、鉛、ニッケル、チタン、銅、あるいはそれらの混合物または合金の1つから本質的になり、好ましくは前記金属層がアルミニウムから本質的になる、請求項1に記載の複合材シート。
- 前記金属層の放射率が多くとも0.2である、請求項1に記載の複合材シート。
- 請求項1に記載の複合材シートを含んでなるウォールシステムまたはルーフシステム。
- 前記金属層を被覆する外部ポリマーコーティング層は、オレフィン基および水分硬化性シランもしくはイソシアネート基を含む二重官能性組成物を含む前駆体を硬化させることによって形成される、請求項1に記載の複合材シート。
- 前記オレフィン基がラジカル重合性である、請求項8に記載の複合材シート。
- 前記前駆体がアクリレートまたはメタクリレート組成物をさらに含んでなる、あるいは、前記前駆体が0.1〜75重量%の前記二重官能性組成物を含んでなる、請求項8に記載の金属化複合材シート。
- 前記前駆体が、2−イソシアノエチル(メタ)アクリレート、メタクリロイルイソシアネート、アリルイソシアネート、またはヒドロキシル官能性オレフィンおよびマルチイソシアネートの反応生成物を含んでなるモノマーの少なくとも1つを含んでなる、請求項8に記載の複合材シート。
- 前記前駆体が、
水分硬化性シラン基を含んでなる(メタ)アクリルオキシアルキルシラン、
水分硬化性シラン基を含んでなるビニルシラン、アリルシランまたはより高次のアルケニルシラン、あるいは
ヒドロキシル官能性オレフィンと、水分硬化性シラン基を含んでなるイソシアノアルキルシランとを反応させることによって得られるモノマー、
あるいはそれらのダイマー、トリマーまたはそれらのより高次のオリゴマー
の少なくとも1つを含んでなり、
前記水分硬化性シラン基が、一官能性、二官能性または三官能性アルコキシシラン、フェノキシシラン、アシルオキシ(アセトキシ)シラン、アミノシラン、ハロゲノシラン、アミドシラン、イミダゾールシラン、カルバメートシラン、ケトキシミンシランまたはオキサゾリジノンシランの1つである、請求項8に記載の複合材シート。 - 前記二重官能性組成物が、(メタ)アクリルオキシプロピルトリプロポキシシランまたは(メタ)アクリルオキシプロピルトリブトキシシランの少なくとも1つを含んでなる、請求項12に記載の複合材シート。
- 前記基材が水蒸気透過性である、請求項8に記載の複合材シート。
- 前記金属層がアルミニウムから本質的になる、あるいは、前記金属層の放射率が多くとも0.2である、請求項8に記載の複合材シート。
