Description

The present invention relates to a disinfecting composition, a composition for blending a disinfectant, a method for producing and disinfecting a disinfecting composition using the composition for blending a disinfectant, and a disinfecting kit.

The disinfectant for barns is a disinfectant generally used in livestock houses, poultry houses, etc., and is generally used as an aqueous solution after being diluted to a predetermined concentration (for example, about 25 to 3000 times) (for example, Patent Document 1).
However, in a cold region in winter when the environment is frozen, a disinfectant aqueous solution obtained by diluting a disinfectant with water freezes quickly and a sufficient disinfection effect cannot be obtained. At present, there are few effective disinfectants and disinfecting methods that exert a disinfecting effect even in cold regions in winter, which is a problem. For example, in Non-Patent Document 1, the use of a mixture of methanol or the like is proposed, but methanol is highly toxic and has been designated as a deleterious substance, and its use is not recommended.
On the other hand, antifreezing agents for roads or airport runways using acetates, alcohols and the like are known as antifreezing agents in cold regions (for example, Patent Document 2).

As is clear from the results shown in Table 5, Comparative Examples 1 to 6 could not be verified because the samples were frozen.
On the other hand, it can be seen that Examples 1 to 13 all show a disinfection and sterilization effect on at least one of various pathogens (IBRV / BCV / SIV / BVDV / AdV-7) in a freezing environment (−20 ° C.). Examples 4, 5, 10, and 11 using a complex hypochlorous acid-based or chlorine-based disinfectant are particularly effective for disinfecting and disinfecting any pathogen (IBRV / BCV / SIV / BVDV / AdV-7). It turns out that it is excellent.
