(A) Antifreezing agent containing fatty acid salt and (B) polyhydric alcohol, and (C) at least one strong base selected from the group consisting of potassium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide, more than 0.1% by mass and more than 15% by mass A composition containing the following (excluding 2% by mass), wherein (E) the composition may further contain water.
The disinfection kit according to claim 9, which is used for sterilization of barns.
