Description
Claims (19)
- 所定の間隔で線形アレイを基板に固定できるベース部をそれぞれが有する複数の孤立取付け台と、
中央スパインおよび前記孤立取付け台の前記間隔に一致する所定の間隔で前記中央スパインに沿って長手方向に配置される複数の開口部を有する取付けレールであって、前記基板上の前記孤立取付け台のネック部に支持され、前記複数の孤立取付け台に固定される取付けレールと、
PVパネルの縁部が固定される内側ランド部を有し、さらに外側保持タブ部を有する装着レールとを含み、
前記取付けレールおよび前記装着レールの前記外側保持タブ部は、取り外し可能に受け入れられかつ一緒に固定される嵌合係止形成物(interfitting locking formation)を含み、それによって前記PVパネルは、前記取付けレールに取り外し可能に固定され、
前記孤立取付け台は、エラストマー材料を備え、少なくとも一つの前記取付けレールおよび前記装着レールは、ポリマー材料を備える、
光起電パネルのための取付けシステム。 - 前記取付けレールは、前記中央スパインの対向する側で向かい合った外向きに面する取付けチャネルを有する雌型トラックを含み、
さらに前記装着レールは、前記雌型トラックでの前記向かい合った取付けチャネルの1つに受け入れられる雄型トラック・インサートを含み、それによって前記PVパネルは、前記雌型トラックに固定される、
請求項1に記載の取付けシステム。 - 前記取付けレールでの前記開口部を通って受け入れられかつ対応して整列した孤立取付け台に固定される複数の締結具をさらに含み、それによって前記取付けレールは、前記孤立取付け台に固定される、請求項1に記載の取付けシステム。
- 前記締結具は、ねじ付きのボルトおよびキャップ・ナットであり、前記キャップ・ナットが、前記孤立取付け台に受け入れられ、前記ねじ付きボルトが、前記取付けレールでの前記開口部を通って前記孤立取付け台での前記キャップ・ナットに受け入れられる、請求項3に記載の取付けシステム。
- 前記取付けレールおよび前記装着レールの少なくとも一つの前記外側保持タブ部は、非導電性である、請求項1に記載の取付けシステム。
- 外側保持タブ部、および前記外側保持タブ部から外向きにかつ下方に延びる遮蔽部を有するポリマー風遮蔽板をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の取付けシステム。
- 前記取付けレールは、ポリマーワイヤ管理チャネルを含む、請求項1に記載の取付けシステム。
- 前記雌型トラックは、前記向かい合った取付けチャネルの1つの下側から下方に延びるポリマーJ字形ワイヤ管理チャネルをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の取付けシステム。
- 前記孤立取付け台の前記ベース部の直径よりも大きい直径を有する複数のエラストマー環状接合リングをさらに含み、前記エラストマー環状接合リングが、前記孤立取付け台を越えて受け入れられる中央開口部を有し、前記エラストマー環状接合リングが、前記孤立取付け台を前記基板に固定するために前記基板に接合される、請求項1に記載の取付けシステム。
- 前記基板は、エラストマー・メンブレンであり、前記取付けシステムがさらに、エラストマー・メンブレン材料から形成されかつ前記孤立取付け台の前記ベース部の直径よりも大きい直径を有する複数の環状接合リングを含み、前記環状接合リングが、前記孤立取付け台を越えて受け入れられる中央開口部を有し、前記環状接合リングが、前記孤立取付け台を前記基板に固定するために前記基板に接合される、請求項1に記載の取付けシステム。
- 前記複数の孤立取付け台は、所定の間隔をあけてキャリア・テープに接合される、請求項1に記載の取付けシステム。
- 前記基板は、エラストマー・メンブレンであり、前記複数の孤立取付け台が、所定の間隔をあけてエラストマー・メンブレン・キャリア・テープに接合される、請求項1に記載の取付けシステム。
- 所定の間隔で複数の開口部を有する接合テープをさらに含み、前記複数の開口部が、前記孤立取付け台を越えて受け入れられ、前記接合テープが、前記孤立取付け台を前記基板に固定するために前記基板に接合される、請求項1に記載の取付けシステム。
- 前記基板は、エラストマー・メンブレンであり、前記取付けシステムがさらに、所定の間隔で複数の開口部を有する接合テープを含み、前記複数の開口部が、前記孤立取付け台を越えて受け入れられ、前記接合テープが、前記孤立取付け台を前記基板に固定するために前記基板に接合される、請求項1に記載の取付けシステム。
- 前記複数の孤立取付け台は、キャリア・ストラップに接合される、請求項1に記載の取付けシステム。
- 前記装着レールはさらに、前記内側ランド部と前記外側保持タブ部との間で上方に延びる分離肩部を含む、請求項1に記載の取付けシステム。
- 所定の間隔で配置される複数の開口部を含む中央スパインと、
前記中央スパインの側面上に、外向きに面する取付けチャネルを有する少なくとも1つの雌型トラックと
を含む、光起電パネルのためのポリマー取付けレール。 - 前記少なくとも1つの取付けチャネルの下側から下方に延びるポリマーワイヤ管理チャネルをさらに含む、請求項17に記載のポリマー取付けレール。
- 前記ポリマーワイヤ管理チャネルは、J字形である、請求項18に記載の取付けレール。
