Claims (7)
- ロータ(175)を有するターボ機械のためのブラシシール組立体(100)であって、
固定シール部品(105)と、
前記固定シール部品(105)の凹部(106)に延びるフック(111)を介して前記固定シール部品(105)に移動可能に結合したフローティングシール部品(110)であって、円筒形フロントプレート(112)、円筒形バックプレート(113)、及び前記円筒形フロントプレート(112)と円筒形バックプレート(113)との間に保持される複数のブリストル(120)を含むフローティングシール部品(110)と、
前記凹部(106)の外側で、前記固定シール部品(105)と前記フローティングシール部品(110)との間に配置された2次シール(150)と
を備えており、前記ターボ機械に設置されたときに、前記複数のブリストル(120)が、前記ロータに対して軸方向に延び、前記固定シール部品(105)の凹部(106)が、前記ロータに対して半径方向内向きに開口を有し、前記2次シール(150)が、前記ロータに対して半径方向に延びる、ブラシシール組立体。 - 前記複数のブリストル(120)を支持するため、前記円筒形フロントプレート(112)と円筒形バックプレート(113)との間に形成される凹部(114)に固定された複数のサイドレール(125,130)であって、前記複数のブリストル(120)と前記円筒形フロントプレート(112)との間及び前記複数のブリストル(120)と前記円筒形バックプレート(113)との間に各々スペースを画成する複数のサイドレール(125,130)を更に備える、請求項1記載のブラシシール組立体(100)。
- 前記2次シール(150)がピストンリングを含む、請求項1又は請求項2記載のブラシシール組立体(100)。
- 前記2次シール(150)が、第2の複数のブリストル(153)を有するブラシシールを含み、前記2次シール(150)の第2の複数のブリストル(153)が、前記ターボ機械に設置されたときに前記ロータ(175)に対して半径方向に延びる、請求項1又は請求項2記載のブラシシール組立体(100)。
- 前記フローティングシール部品(110)の複数のブリストル(120)がそれらの接線方向に角度が付けられている、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載のブラシシール組立体(100)。
- 出力タービン(170)であって、
第1のタービンホイール(185)と、
第2のタービンホイール(190)と、
前記第1のタービンホイール(185)と第2のタービンホイール(190)の間に配置されてそれらと結合したロータ(175)と、
前記ロータ(175)に隣接するステータ(180)と、
