Description
Claims (4)
- 超音波振動し、超音波を出射する複数の振動子と、
前記複数の振動子の上にそれぞれ配置され、前記超音波を出射する方向である第1の方向に配置される第1音響整合層と、
前記第1音響整合層に対して、前記第1の方向に積層された第2音響整合層と、
前記第2音響整合層に対して、前記第1の方向に積層される音響レンズと、
を含み、
前記第2音響整合層は、
前記振動子および前記第1音響整合層同士を所定の間隔である第1の間隔で位置決めする本体部と、
前記第1音響整合層との間で前記本体部を挟むように設けられるとともに、前記第1音響整合層同士の間に形成される第1の溝部の間隔である前記第1の間隔以下の幅である第2の間隔を有する第2の溝部を形成し、前記第2の溝部が前記第1の溝部に対向して前記第1の溝部の溝幅内に位置するように配置される、前記本体部と同一材料で構成される複数の歯部と、
を含むことを特徴とする超音波振動子アレイ。 - 前記第1の間隔の幅中心と前記第2の間隔の幅中心とが同一線上に並ぶように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波振動子アレイ。
- 前記音響レンズは、前記第2の溝部に充填されて前記歯部を覆うように前記第2音響整合層に積層されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波振動子アレイ。
- 前記第2音響整合層はエンジニアリングプラスチックからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波振動子アレイ。
