Description

本発明の一実施形態例では、選択モジュールは、複数の入力として前記複数の出力信号を受信する及び前記複数の入力から選択された1つの出力信号を出力するように構成されたマルチプレクサを含んでもよい。

Claims (11)
- 負荷に接続される少なくとも1つの出力部を有し、少なくとも1つのコンデンサ又はインダクタを有する出力フィルタを含む、パルス幅変調信号を負荷に供給する電力変換装置であって、前記電力変換装置は、
DC入力電圧が供給され、前記DC入力電圧のレベルのある割合のレベル振幅を有する複数の出力信号を供給する電力変換モジュールであって、各出力信号は、所定の最も低い割合のレベル振幅から所定の最も高い割合のレベル振幅までの範囲にある複数のステップに分割されたバイアス成分で浮いている方形波信号である、電力変換モジュールと、
前記複数の出力信号の中から1つの出力信号を選択する選択モジュールであって、選択された出力信号が前記出力フィルタに接続される、選択モジュールと、
を含む、電力変換装置。 - 前記選択モジュールは、複数の入力として前記複数の出力信号を受信し、前記複数の入力から選択された1つの出力信号を出力するマルチプレクサを含む、請求項1に記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記選択モジュールは、前記出力フィルタに対する選択された出力信号の配線を含む、請求項1に記載の電力変換装置。
- 感知電源電圧を表す入力信号と、前記電力変換モジュールの感知出力電圧と、感知負荷電圧、負荷電流又は負荷電力を表す信号とから成る群の中の少なくとも1つの構成要素の関数として、前記電力変換モジュールの出力信号のデューティサイクル及び/又は周波数を制御するコントローラを更に含む、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記電力変換モジュールは、前記コントローラによって制御される複数のスイッチを含むスイッチドキャパシタコンバータを含む、請求項4に記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記電力変換モジュールは、ディクソンラダートポロジーに基づいている、請求項5に記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記複数の出力信号は、前記電力変換モジュールのそれぞれの内部ノードにおける電圧によって形成される、請求項6に記載の電力変換装置。
- 請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の電力変換装置を含む、LED用のドライバ。
- 少なくとも1つのLED及び請求項8に記載のドライバを含む、LEDパッケージ。
- パワーシステムオンチップ又はパワーシステムインパッケージとして集積されている、請求項9に記載のLEDパッケージ。
- 負荷に接続される少なくとも1つの出力部を有し、少なくとも1つのコンデンサ又はインダクタを有する出力フィルタを介してPWM信号を負荷に供給する方法であって、当該方法は、
DC入力電圧によって供給された電力を前記DC入力電圧のレベルのある割合のレベル振幅を有する複数の出力信号に変換するステップであって、各出力信号は、所定の最も低い割合のレベル振幅から所定の最も高い割合のレベル振幅までの範囲にある複数のステップに分割されたバイアス成分で浮いている方形波信号であるステップと、
前記出力フィルタを介して負荷供給信号を供給するために、前記複数の出力信号から選択される1つの出力信号を選択するステップとを少なくとも含む、方法。
