Description
エンジンにおいて当該シリンダヘッドとその下方にある一シリンダ空間又は各シリンダ空間を画定する少なくとも一つの燃焼室部分と、
当該燃焼室部分又は各燃焼室部分と関連づけられた少なくとも2つのポペット型吸気バルブであって、各吸気経路部分を通る流れを制御するべく当該燃焼室部分にあるシートと協働するヘッドを有し、第1方向において互いから離間される往復軸を備えて当該シリンダヘッドに往復可能に支持される吸気バルブと、
少なくとも2つのポペット型排気バルブであって、各排気経路部分を通る流れを制御するべく当該燃焼室部分にあるシートと協働するヘッドを有し、当該第1方向においてやはり互いから離間される往復軸を備えて当該シリンダヘッドに往復可能に支持される排気バルブと、
作動要素のための少なくとも2つの受容構造体であって、当該バルブのヘッドによって制約される中心領域にある当該燃焼室部分内に開口する受容構造体と
を含み、
当該受容構造体は、当該燃焼室部分から離れて延びるにつれて一般に当該第1方向に発散するように互いに対して傾斜する。
Claims (12)
- 少なくとも一つの燃焼室部分を含む内燃エンジンのシリンダヘッドであって、
前記内燃エンジンはシリンダ中心軸に沿って延びるシリンダ空間を含み、
前記燃焼室部分又は各燃焼室部分は、
前記シリンダヘッドに支持されて、前記シリンダ中心軸を横切る第1方向において互いから離間された往復軸を備える少なくとも2つの吸気バルブと、
前記第1方向においてやはり互いから離間された往復軸を備える少なくとも2つの排気バルブと、
作動要素のための少なくとも2つの受容構造体と
を含み、
前記受容構造体は、前記吸気バルブ及び排気バルブのヘッドによって制約される中心領域において前記燃焼室部分内に開口し、
前記受容構造体は、前記燃焼室部分から離れて延びるにつれて前記第1方向に発散するように互いに対して傾斜し及び前記シリンダ中心軸を横切りかつ前記第1方向を横切る第2方向において互いから離間することにより、前記受容構造体の前記燃焼室部分から離れた端が、互いから並びに前記吸気バルブ及び排気バルブのバルブ作動機構コンポーネントから離間し、
前記受容構造体の2つのうち、一方が前記第1方向に広がる第1平面において傾斜し、他方が前記第1平面に平行な第2平面において傾斜し、
前記バルブ作動機構コンポーネントは、バルブスプリング組付体及びカムシャフトの少なくとも一つを含むシリンダヘッド。 - 前記受容構造体は、前記燃焼室部分に近接する各端が互いに隣接する、請求項1に記載のシリンダヘッド。
- 前記受容構造体はそれぞれが、前記シリンダヘッドのデッキ表面に対して傾斜される、請求項1又は2に記載のシリンダヘッド。
- 前記吸気バルブの往復軸は、前記シリンダ中心軸に対して傾斜する第3平面内に存在する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のシリンダヘッド。
- 前記吸気バルブの往復軸は互いに対して実質的に平行である、請求項4に記載のシリンダヘッド。
- 前記排気バルブの往復軸は、前記シリンダ中心軸に対して前記第3平面の反対方向に傾斜する第4平面内に存在する、請求項4に記載のシリンダヘッド。
- 前記排気バルブの往復軸は互いに対して実質的に平行である、請求項6に記載のシリンダヘッド。
- 前記第3平面及び第4平面は前記シリンダ空間において交差する、請求項6に記載のシリンダヘッド。
- 前記第3平面及び第4平面は、前記内燃エンジンのクランクシャフトの回転軸に対して平行な一直線で交差する、請求項8に記載のシリンダヘッド。
- 前記作動要素はスパークプラグ及び燃料噴射器を含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のシリンダヘッド。
- 前記燃料噴射器は、前記シリンダ中心軸に対して燃料の実質的に対称的、かつ、前記燃料噴射器に対して非対称的な分布が得られるように燃料を分布させるべく適合される、請求項10に記載のシリンダヘッド。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のシリンダヘッドを含む内燃エンジン。
