When returning, the second turning speed defined in the turning speed control map is determined according to the steering angle, and the target turning at the time when the turning of the steering wheel is changed to the turning back of the steering wheel A value obtained by adding a value obtained by time integration of the second turning speed to the angle is set as a target turning angle .

The cargo handling vehicle of the present invention is equipped with the vehicle steering device described above.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a schematic side view showing a schematic configuration of a forklift 1 as a cargo handling vehicle as an embodiment . The forklift 1 steers a
The
FIG. 2 is a configuration diagram illustrating the entire
Further, the
In addition, the
FIG. 3 is a control block diagram on the steering side controlled by the
FIG. 4 illustrates the relationship between the steering angle and the target turning angle. This relationship includes the case where the ratio of the turning angle and the steering angle is constant as shown by the solid line in FIG. 4, but not only this, but also the turning angle and the steering angle as shown by the dotted line in FIG. The case where the ratio to is variable is also included. The target turning angle obtained in this way is output to the target reaction force current calculation processing unit B5.
The process for calculating the target turning angle will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. The target turning angle is calculated by searching a control map in which the target turning angle corresponding to the steering angle is recorded as shown in FIG. This control map defines the target turning angle when the steering angle is equal to or smaller than the switching angle α. For example, as shown in FIG. 6, the target turning angle is “0” when the steering angle is 0 degree. As the steering angle increases, it increases in “approximately proportional to the steering angle”. The target turning angle when the steering angle reaches the switching angle α is indicated by “β”.
Here, a region where the steering angle is equal to or smaller than the switching angle α is referred to as a “low angle region”, and a region where the steering angle exceeds the switching angle α is referred to as a “high angle region”. Of the high angle region, a region in which a “wall feeling” is generated in steering by providing a steep reaction force torque (a region where the steering angle slightly exceeds the switching angle α) is referred to as a “switching region”. As a numerical example, the “low angle area” is 90 degrees or less, the “high angle area” is an area exceeding 90 degrees, and the “switching area” is an area between 90 degrees and 92 degrees.
On the other hand, as a result of comparing the steering angle with the switching angle α, if the steering angle is in a high angle region exceeding the switching angle α, the cut / return determination processing unit B3 is based on the steering torque detected from the
Then, in the target turning angle calculation processing unit B4, the turning speed of the target turning angle with respect to the steering angle is determined according to the determination of whether the steering wheel is being turned in or turned back, and this turning speed is integrated over time. Thus, processing for calculating the target turning angle is performed. If the target turning angle is calculated, it is output to the target reaction force current calculation processing unit B5.
Processing for determining the turning speed of the target turning angle and calculating the turning angle will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. As shown in FIG. 8, the turning speed of the target turning angle is the turning speed at which the turning speed of the target turning angle corresponding to the steering angle when the steering angle is in a high angle region exceeding the switching angle α is recorded. It is calculated by searching the control map. For example, as shown in FIG. 9, this steering speed control map shows that the steering speed is “0” when the steering angle is the switching angle α, and the steering speed when the steering wheel is being cut (first turning speed). The rudder speed is increased as the steering angle increases. As can be seen from FIG. 9, as the steering angle increases, the increase rate of the turning speed decreases, and the curve converges to a constant value.
When switching back, the steered speed is negative (referred to as the second steered speed) as shown by the broken line in FIG. As the steering angle approaches the switching angle α, the turning speed increases from a negative value to a positive direction and approaches 0.
The
β + ∫ (first steering speed) dt (1)
Determine based on. In this equation (1), the time integration range is from the time when the steering angle exceeds the switching angle α to the current time, and the initial value of the target turning angle when the steering angle exceeds the switching angle α is shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 5, the target turning angle β when the steering angle reaches the switching angle α from the region of the switching angle α or less is adopted.
When the steering wheel is being turned back, the second turning speed corresponding to the steering angle is determined using this steering speed control map, and the target turning angle at the time when the steering wheel is turned into the steering wheel is returned. The value of γ is used as the initial value, and the target turning angle is
γ + ∫ (second steering speed) dt (2)
Determine based on. The time integration range in this case is from the time when the handle is changed back to the current time. Since the second turning speed after the steering wheel is turned back takes a negative value as described above, the target turning angle decreases with time.
As described above, it is possible to output the target turning angle when the steering angle is equal to or smaller than the switching angle α and when the steering angle is in the high angle region exceeding the switching angle α. The output target turning angle is supplied to the target reaction force current calculation processing unit B5 in FIG. The target reaction force current calculation processing unit B5 calculates a target reaction force current based on a reaction force control map (described later). The
FIG. 10 is a control block diagram on the steered side controlled by the steered
Here, the specific form of the reaction force control map described above is illustrated in FIG. According to FIG. 11, in the region where the steering angle is equal to or smaller than the switching angle α, the target reaction force current gradually increases as the steering angle increases, but the steering angle starts to exceed the switching angle α and enters the switching region. And the target reaction force current rises suddenly. This rising gradient is larger than the steering angle gradient that increases in the low angle region where the steering angle is equal to or smaller than the switching angle α. In this way, it is possible to generate a “wall feeling” in steering by providing a steep slope in the reaction force torque. As can be seen from FIG. 11, even after the steering angle exceeds the switching region, the target reaction force current increases with an increase in the steering angle. It ’s small. That is, in all the steering angle ranges, the gradient of the rising of the target reaction force current when the steering angle is within the switching region is the maximum.
By adopting such a reaction force control map, the driver of the forklift 1 can turn the steering
As described above, according to the embodiment of the present invention, as long as the driver of the forklift 1 rotates the steering
Furthermore, according to the embodiment of the present invention, in order to inform the driver of the constant switching angle α, a steep slope is provided in the reaction torque to give the steering a “wall feeling”. Therefore, until the driver feels a “wall” in steering, the driver knows that the amount of steering is in a range approximately proportional to the steering angle, and when the steering
Therefore, the driver's steering burden can be reduced in a cargo handling vehicle such as the forklift 1.
