Description

The present invention relates to a resin molded product provided with a stitch pattern.

Vehicle interior members (instrument panels, floor consoles, etc.) disposed in passenger compartments of automobiles, etc. are made by sewing a plurality of skin pieces made of genuine leather or a resin sheet shaped like the genuine leather with thread. There is one in which the texture of the design surface is improved by arranging the material on the surface of the base material. There are various methods for stitching the skin pieces. For example, in a state where two pieces of skin pieces 10 and 10 are overlapped, the edge portion is stitched with the thread 12 (see FIG. 10 (a)), and one side is based on this stitched portion. There is a method called single stitch (see FIG. 10 (b)) in which the outer skin piece 10 is folded back and the outer skin piece 10 folded in triplicate is further sewn with a thread 12. As shown in FIG. 10 (b), the design surface 14 of the skin piece 10 stitched by a single stitch has a seam (out stitch) on the upper skin piece 10 along the seam 16 of the two skin pieces 10,10. ) 18 appears, and a stitch pattern in which a seam (in-stitch) 20 slightly appears from the step-like seam 16 is formed. In addition, a method called double stitching is a method in which two skin pieces 10 and 10 are overlapped and the edge portion is stitched with a thread 12 (see FIG. 10 (a)). 10 and 10 are folded back so as to be separated from each other, and the overlapping skin pieces 10 are sewn together with a thread 12 (see FIG. 11). As shown in FIG. 11, on the design surface 14 of the skin piece 10 stitched by double stitches, a pair of seams (out stitches) 18 along the seam 16 across the seam 16 of the two skin pieces 10, 10, A stitch pattern in which a seam (in-stitch) 20 slightly appears from the concave seam 16 as 18 appears.

However, since it takes time and cost to stitch the skin piece 10, a vehicle interior member having a stitch pattern reproduced by forming a seam has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1). The stitch pattern by molding is integrally formed on the surface of the obtained skin material by performing injection molding or the like with a molding die provided with an uneven portion having a shape obtained by inverting the stitch pattern on the molding surface.

The member provided with the stitch pattern disclosed in Patent Document 1 has a seam of the stitch pattern formed from a part of the resin material for molding the skin material. For this reason, since the seam is the same color as the surface of the skin material, the stitch pattern is difficult to stand out, and there is a problem that the stitch pattern does not look like the real thing.

That is, the present invention has been proposed in order to suitably solve these problems related to the prior art, and an object thereof is to provide a resin molded product provided with a stitch pattern closer to the real thing. Specifically, in the first member 32, a pair of wall portions 38d and 38d that are formed to extend from the first step portion 38a and the connecting portion 38c toward the back side and are arranged to face each other in the arrangement direction, A slit 40 is defined by a bottom portion 38e connecting the bottoms of these wall portions 38d and 38d and continuing to the second stepped portion 38b (see FIG. 5 or FIG. 6).

As shown in FIG. 6, on the back side of the first member 32, a convex portion (engagement portion) that protrudes from the first step portion 38a to the back side by a pair of wall portions 38d, 38d and a bottom portion 38e that define the slit 40. 42 is formed. Further, on the back side of the first member 32, a concave portion (engagement portion) 43 that is recessed to the front side of the second step portion 38 b is formed between the adjacent convex portions 42. And the engaging part which consists of the convex part 42 and the recessed part 43 becomes a meshing part with the shaping | molding surface of this type | mold part 50 in the 1st member 32 set to the type | mold part 50 at the time of manufacture mentioned later, and engaging part 42,43 is This contributes to the positioning and fixing of the first member 32. In addition, the 1st member 32 is formed so that the site | part corresponding to the back side of the 1st thread part 34 may be dented (refer FIG. 6). The first member 32 is formed by integrally forming portions such as the thread portions 34 and 36 and the base portion 38 by molding, and has the same color as a whole.

The second member 44 is formed in an appropriate shape according to the design shape of the instrument panel 30. In the second member 44, the joint portion 46 is formed in a step shape so as to form a step on the design surface 31 of the instrument panel 30 (see FIG. 3 or FIG. 4). Here, the joint portion 46 of the second member 44 is formed in accordance with the level difference of the base portion 38 in the first member 32. Further, on the surface of the second member 44, a recessed portion 48 that is recessed toward the first thread portion 34 is formed at a peripheral portion of the first thread portion 34 exposed on the front side of the second member 44. The instrument panel 30 expresses that the second member 44 is compressed by the seam formed by the first thread portion 34 by the recessed portion 48. Furthermore, a pattern such as embossing is formed on the surface of the second member 44 as necessary. In the instrument panel 30, the first thread portion 34 is exposed on the side of one design surface 31 (first design surface) that is raised from the other design surface 31 (second design surface) side across the seam formed by the joint portion. It is provided to do. The instrument panel 30 is provided so that the second thread portion 36 is exposed at a boundary portion between the second design surface 31 and the joint. In the instrument panel 30, the second member 44 is inserted into the slit 40 of the first member 32, and the first thread part is interposed between the adjacent first thread parts 34, 34 and through the part that enters the slit 40. The 2nd member 44 is connected on both sides of the out stitch which 34 makes.

Next, a method for manufacturing the instrument panel 30 according to the embodiment will be described. In the embodiment, the instrument panel 30 having the first member 32 and the second member 44 is manufactured by two-color molding. For example, the molding apparatus used in the embodiment is disposed so as to face the common mold part 50 provided to be movable between the first position and the second position, and the common mold part 50 in the first position. A primary mold part 52 that moves forward and backward with respect to the common mold part 50 and a secondary mold part 54 that is arranged to face the common mold part 50 at the second position and moves forward and backward with respect to the common mold part 50. (See FIG. 7). By closing the common mold part 50 and the primary mold part 52, a first cavity 56 that matches the first member 32 is defined between the common mold part 50 and the primary mold part 52 (FIG. 7). (See (a)). At this time, the back side of the first member 32 is defined by the molding surface of the common mold part 50, while the front side of the first member 32 is defined by the primary mold part 52. The first resin raw material that is the element of the first member 32 is injected into the first cavity 56. Then, by curing the first resin raw material in the first cavity 56, the first member 32 having the shape described above is formed. Specifically, a plurality of thread portions 34 and 36 projecting to the design surface 31 side of the instrument panel 30 are formed on the front side, and slits 40 and engaging portions 42 and 43 are formed in the base portion 38. Thus, the first member 32 is obtained. Here, by mixing a predetermined color material with the first resin raw material, the obtained first member 32 including the thread portions 34 and 36 has a color matching the stitches of the stitch pattern. Further, fine streak-like irregularities (not shown) are provided on the molding surface corresponding to the thread portions 34 and 36 in the primary mold portion 52, and the yarn portions 34 and 36 are twisted simultaneously with the molding of the first member 32. Eyes are attached. In the embodiment, the first member 32 is molded by an injection molding method in which the first resin material fluidized by heating is injected into the first cavity 56 while applying pressure.

By moving the primary mold part 52 away from the common mold part 50, the first member 32 remains in the common mold part 50 due to the engagement between the engaging parts 42 and 43 and the molding surface. The common mold part 50 is moved, arranged opposite to the secondary mold part 54, and the common mold part 50 and the secondary mold part 54 are closed, so that the common mold part 50 and the secondary mold part 54 are closed. A second cavity 58 is defined in accordance with the second member 44. At this time, the back side of the first member 32 remains held on the molding surface of the common mold part 50, the front side of the second member 44 is defined by the secondary mold part 54, and the thread parts 34, 36 protrude. The end portion is sealed with the molding surface of the secondary mold portion 56 (see FIG. 7B or 7C). Here, the first member 32 is formed with engaging portions 42 and 43 on the back side of the base portion 38 simultaneously with the molding of the first member 32, and the concave and convex portions of the engaging portions 42 and 43 are formed on the common mold portion 50. Is meshed with the unevenness of the molding surface. Therefore, even when the primary mold part 52 is opened, the common mold part 50 is moved, or the secondary mold part 54 is closed, the engaging parts 42 and 43 and the common mold part It is possible to prevent the first member 32 from being detached or displaced due to the engagement with the molding surface 50.

A second resin raw material that serves as an element of the second member 44 is injected into the second cavity 58. At this time, the second resin material can be flowed between the second cavity 58 sandwiching the first thread portion 34 through the slit 40 and the first thread portions 34, 34 provided in the first member 32. (See FIG. 7C), the second resin raw material can be quickly filled into the second cavity 58 without gaps. Thereby, it is possible to prevent a molding defect such as a gap from occurring in the second member 44 to be obtained, and a high quality instrument panel 30 can be obtained. Then, by curing the second resin material in the second cavity 58, the second member 44 having the shape described above is formed. Specifically, the projecting ends of the thread portions 34 and 36 are sealed by the molding surface of the secondary mold portion 54, so that the exposed ends of the thread portions 34 and 36 are exposed to the front side of the second member 44. The front side of the first member 32 is covered with the second member 44. Here, by mixing a predetermined color material with the second resin material, the obtained second member 44 has a color that matches the design surface 31 of the instrument panel 30. The molding surface corresponding to the thread portions 34 and 36 in the secondary mold portion 54 is provided with fine streak-like irregularities, and the first member 32 is sealed when the protruding ends of the thread portions 34 and 36 are sealed. The projections and depressions of the secondary mold portion 54 are aligned with the projections and depressions of the protruding end portion applied at the time of molding, and the seal is tightly sealed. In the embodiment, the second member 44 is molded by an injection molding method in which the second resin material fluidized by heating is injected into the second cavity 58 while applying pressure.

In the instrument panel 30 of the embodiment, the first member 32 in which the thread portions 34 and 36 forming stitches of the stitch pattern are formed is separate from the second member 44 forming the design surface 31 of the instrument panel 30. . Then, with the protruding ends of the thread portions 34, 36 exposed to the front side, the front side of the first member 32 is covered with the second member 44, and the protruding ends of the yarn portions 34, 36 exposed to the design surface 31 side. In combination with the surface shape of the second member 44 that forms the periphery of the thread portions 34 and 36, a pseudo stitch pattern is formed. For example, if the seam is integrally formed with the member forming the design surface 31 of the instrument panel 30, the color of the design surface 31 and the seam cannot be changed, and the design surface 31 is softened while the seam is hardened. And the design surface 31 cannot change the texture. According to the instrument panel 30 of the embodiment, since the first member 32 and the second member 44 are separate members, the colors of the respective members 32 and 44 (the thread portions 34 and 36 and the surface of the second member 44). And the shape related to the stitch pattern, such as the shape of the periphery of the yarn portions 34, 36 such as the yarn portions 34, 36 or the seam portion 46, and the selection of the material of the material are high. That is, if the first member 32 and the second member 44 are formed of resin materials of different colors as in the embodiment, the thread portions 34 and 36 and the surface of the second member 44 can be simplified to different colors. Can do. Similarly, if the first member 32 and the second member 44 are formed of resin materials having different hardness, for example, the yarn portions 34 and 36 and the second member 44 can be easily set to have different textures. Therefore, according to the instrument panel 30 of the embodiment, the stitch pattern can be made more authentic. Moreover, the instrument panel 30 has a step-like seam portion 46 that forms a step-shaped seam on the design surface 31 in accordance with the seam and seam that are formed when leather or the like is actually sewn together, and a plurality of out-stitches. Since the first stitch portion 34 and the plurality of second stitch portions 36 forming in-stitch are formed, the stitch pattern can be made more authentic.

In the instrument panel 30, the space between the plurality of first thread portions 34 exposed on the front side of the second member 44 is narrow, and the second member 44 is lined up. Since the 2nd member 44 is comprised so that it may enter into the slit 40 of the 1st member 32 provided between the adjacent thread parts 34 and 34, the thickness of the 2nd member 44 can be ensured and the 2nd member 44 can be ensured. The strength of can be kept.

The instrument panel 30 forms a first member 32 having thread portions 34 and 36 forming stitches of stitch patterns, and forms a second member so that the thread portions 34 and 36 are exposed to the design surface 31 side. Manufactured by. That is, since the first member 32 and the second member 44 are formed in separate forming steps, the surface of the second member 44 that forms a pseudo stitch pattern together with the thread portions 34 and 36 and the thread portions 34 and 36. The degree of freedom in setting the colors and defining the shape of each is high. For example, according to the manufacturing method of the embodiment, when forming the thread portions 34 and 36 (first member 32), the second member 44 is not subject to restrictions such as color selection, molding conditions, and resin raw materials, and similarly When the two members 44 are molded, the first member 32 is not restricted by color selection, molding conditions, resin raw materials, and the like. Therefore, an instrument panel 30 having a stitch pattern close to the real thing can be obtained by a simple manufacturing method. In addition, by adopting two-color molding, it is possible to eliminate the bonding and assembling process of the first member 32 and the second member 44, so that the manufacturing cost can be reduced. Moreover, the first member 32 is engaged by engaging the engaging portions 42 and 43 formed in advance on the first member 32 by forming the first member 32 with the common mold portion 50 used for forming the second member 44. Since it is held, displacement of the first member 32 can be prevented. That is, in the obtained instrument panel 30, the thread portions 34 and 36 can be accurately exposed to the front side in relation to the joint portion 46.

(5) Rather than forming both the first and second thread portions on one first member, the first member having the first thread portion and the first member having the second thread portion formed. In addition, it may be divided according to the seam. Further, the first member may be composed of a single stitch in the whole stitching direction or may be divided.
(6) The slits of the first member are not limited to the configuration provided between the yarn portions, and may be formed appropriately or between the yarn portions of a predetermined pitch. It is also possible to omit the slit. The slit is not limited to the bottomed groove shape as in the embodiment, and may be a hole shape penetrating the base portion in the protruding direction of the thread portion.
(7) The engaging portion of the first member may be provided as necessary.
(8) The first member is not limited to being formed with the same color as a whole. For example, the color of the thread portion and the base portion may be changed.
(9) Although it is desirable from the viewpoint of manufacturability to color the surface of the first member and the surface of the second member, the first member is colored in a later step after the molding. Also good.
(10) The method for producing a resin molded product is not limited to two-color molding, and is a so-called insert molding in which a separately molded first member is set in a mold for molding a second member and the second member is molded. Alternatively, the first member and the second member may be formed in separate molds and then assembled together.
