Claims (12)
- ウェブをガイドするためのウェブガイド制御ユニットであって、
単一のガイドローラ(201)を備え、前記単一のガイドローラ(201)は、
調整ユニット(310)と、
第2端部が第1端部の反対側にある、前記ガイドローラ(201)の前記第1端部及び前記第2端部において、前記ウェブの張力を測定するための、2つの張力測定ユニット(301、302)と、
前記調整ユニット(310)を制御するためのコントローラ(501)と、
前記ガイドローラ(201)の前記第1端部から測定された張力、及び、前記ガイドローラの前記第2端部で測定された張力を、前記コントローラ(501)に供給するための、データ接続とを含む、ウェブガイド制御ユニットと、
前記ウェブをコーティングするためのコーティングユニット(510)とを備え、
前記ウェブガイド制御ユニットが、前記コーティングユニット(510)の各々一方の側に位置付けられ、
前記ウェブのコーティングをするために、さらに少なくとも一つの堆積源(680)を備え、該堆積源(680)が、CVD源、PECVD(プラズマ化学気相堆積)源、及びPVD源からなる群から選択される、ウェブ処理装置。 - 前記2つの張力測定ユニット(301、302)は、前記ガイドローラ(201)の前記第1端部に位置付けられた第1張力センサと、前記ガイドローラ(201)の前記第2端部に位置付けられた第2張力センサとを備える、請求項1に記載のウェブ処理装置。
- 前記調整ユニット(310)は、前記ガイドローラ(201)を移動させるための、前記ガイドローラの前記第1端部又は前記第2端部に位置付けられたモータ(311)を備える、請求項1又は2に記載のウェブ処理装置。
- 前記コントローラ(501)は閉ループコントローラである、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のウェブ処理装置。
- 前記張力のデータは変動可能なフィードバック信号として使用される、請求項4に記載のウェブ処理装置。
- 前記閉ループコントローラは、アナログ電子装置とデジタル電子装置のうちの一方を備える、請求項4又は5に記載のウェブ処理装置。
- 前記コーティングユニット(510)がコーティングドラムであり、前記堆積源(680)が、前記コーティングドラムの下半分で提供される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のウェブ処理装置。
- インターリーフ(706)を巻き取る、又は巻き出すためのロールを更に備える、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のウェブ処理装置。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のウェブ処理装置を用いてウェブをガイドするための方法であって、
前記ガイドローラの前記第1端部及び前記第1端部の反対側にある前記第2端部に作用する、前記ウェブの前記張力を測定し、それにより張力のデータを受信することと、
前記ガイドローラの前記第1端部又は前記第2端部を移動させることによって、前記ガイドローラの位置を調整することと、
前記ガイドローラの第1端部から測定された張力、及び、前記ガイドローラの前記第2端部で測定された張力を、前記データ接続によって前記コントローラ(501)に供給することと
を含み、
前記調整は、前記測定された張力のデータに基づく、方法。 - 前記調整は、前記ガイドローラの前記第1端部に作用する、前記ウェブの前記測定された張力のデータ、及び、前記ガイドローラの前記第2端部に作用する、前記ウェブの前記測定された張力のデータだけに基づく、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記調整は、前記ガイドローラの前記第1端部及び/又は前記第2端部において行われる、請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
- 調整後に前記ウェブの前記張力が両側部で全く同一になるように、前記測定された張力のデータに基づいて前記ガイドローラの位置を調整するための信号を算出することを更に含む、請求項9から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
