Description
図1は本発明の実施の形態に係るハイブリッド式油圧ショベルの外観図である。この図に示す油圧ショベルは、ブーム100a、アーム100b及びバケット100cを有する多関節型の作業装置100Aと、上部旋回体100d及び下部走行体100eを有する車体100Bを備えている。
Claims (4)
- エンジンと、
前記エンジンとの間でトルクの伝達を行う電動発電機と、
前記エンジン及び前記電動発電機の少なくとも一方によって駆動される可変容量形油圧ポンプと、
当該油圧ポンプから吐出される圧油によって駆動される油圧アクチュエータと、
前記エンジンの目標回転数と実回転数の値に基づいて、前記電動発電機による前記エンジンへのアシストトルク量を制御する電動機制御部と、
前記エンジンの目標回転数と実回転数の値に基づいて、前記油圧ポンプの吸収トルク制限量を制御するポンプ制御部とを備え、
前記エンジンの目標回転数と実回転数の値に基づいて前記エンジンのラグダウンと判定されたときには、前記アシストトルク量よりも前記吸収トルク制限量が大きく設定され、
前記エンジンの目標回転数と実回転数の値に基づいて前記エンジンの加速と判定されたときには、前記吸収トルク制限量よりも前記アシストトルク量が大きく設定されることを特徴とする作業機械。 - 請求項1に記載の作業機械において、
前記エンジンの目標回転数と実回転数の偏差の大きさが設定値N1以上のときを前記エンジンの加速と判定し、前記偏差の大きさが前記設定値N1未満のときを前記エンジンのラグダウンと判定する判定部をさらに備え、
前記電動機制御部及び前記ポンプ制御部は、前記判定部の判定結果に基づいて前記アシストトルク量及び前記吸収トルク制限量を制限することを特徴とする作業機械。 - 請求項2に記載の作業機械において、
前記電動発電機に供給される電力が蓄えられる蓄電装置をさらに備え、
前記ポンプ制御部は、前記蓄電装置の蓄電残量が設定値S1以上のとき、当該蓄電残量が減少するにつれて前記吸収トルク制限量を増加することを特徴とする作業機械。 - 請求項2又は3に記載の作業機械において、
前記エンジンの目標回転数は、前記油圧ポンプの要求動力と前記電動発電機の発電要求動力の合計が増加するにつれて階段状に離散的に増加するように設定されており、
その階段の各段の高さに相当する前記エンジンの目標回転数の増加量は一定値であり、
当該一定値と前記設定値N1は一致することを特徴とする作業機械。
