Description

The present invention relates to an induction heating cooker that cooks food by induction heating a cooking heating plate on which a food is placed in a heating chamber.

Conventionally, this type of induction heating cooker places an object to be heated on a cooking heating plate made of a material capable of induction heating, and induces the cooking heating plate by a heating coil provided below the cooking heating plate. The thing of the structure which performs heating cooking of the to-be-heated material by heating is known (for example, refer patent document 1).

Further, in Patent Document 1, a cooking heating plate used in an induction heating type cooking device is configured such that a dish portion on which an object to be heated is placed is made of a material that is difficult to be induction-heated but has high thermal conductivity. There has been proposed a heating element made of a material that is easily induction-heated but has low thermal conductivity, over substantially the entire back surface of the part. In this way, the dish portion is made of two kinds of materials having different characteristics, so that the cooking heating plate can be induction-heated and the temperature distribution on the surface on which the object is placed becomes uniform, and the object to be heated is It is possible to reduce the unevenness of baking. In addition, the induction heating body is provided almost in the entire area of the back surface, and the heating efficiency can be improved by efficiently receiving the magnetic flux energy generated by the heating coil.

FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view showing a conventional induction heating cooker described in Patent Document 1. As shown in FIG. A cooking heating plate 102 on which the article to be heated 101 is placed is accommodated in a heating chamber 103, and a heating coil 104 is provided below the heating chamber 103. The object to be heated 101 is cooked with heat generated by induction heating of the cooking heating plate 102 by the heating coil 104. The cooking heating plate 102 has a configuration in which an induction heating body 102b is provided on the back surface of a dish portion 102a made of a material that is difficult to be induction heated.

However, in the above-described conventional configuration, the shape of the cooking heating plate 102 in the longitudinal direction is substantially line symmetric with the center line as the axis of symmetry, and similarly, the heating element 102b has the longitudinal shape of the cooking heating plate 102. Although it is configured to be symmetrical with respect to the center line, the center line in the front-rear direction of the cooking heating plate 102 and the center line in the front-rear direction of the heating element 102 b cannot be matched due to restrictions on the configuration of the equipment. There is a case.

The case where there is a restriction on the configuration of the device is, for example, the case where it is necessary to position the heating element 102b as far as possible in order to prevent the temperature of the door of the heating chamber 103 from rising, or the heating element 102b is heated. When the heating area to be heated is close to the opening of the heating chamber, it is cooled and heating unevenness becomes noticeable or the heating efficiency is lowered, so that it is necessary to shift the heating area in the back direction. In this case, for example, when the cooking heating plate is inserted in the opposite direction, the heating coil and the heating element are displaced from each other, so that the heating element cannot be efficiently heated.

The present invention solves the above-described conventional problems, and is positioned so that the longitudinal center of the heating element is in the back direction from the center of the heating plate for cooking, so that it can cope with restrictions on the configuration of the equipment. Another object of the present invention is to provide an easy-to-use induction heating cooker that can operate only when the cooking heating plate is appropriate or can notify that fact when it is inappropriate.

In order to solve the above-described conventional problems, the induction heating cooker according to the present invention is such that the heating plate for cooking is formed on a part of the lower surface with a material that generates a large amount of heat during induction heating compared to the heating plate for cooking. The heating element is arranged so that when the door is closed, the center in the front-rear direction of the region where the heating element is disposed is positioned on the back side of the center in the front-rear direction of the cooking heating plate. The coil is arranged so that when the door is closed, the center in the front-rear direction of the heating coil is positioned almost directly below the center in the front-rear direction of the range where the heating elements are arranged, and the control unit drives the heating coil. By detecting the output, it is detected whether or not the heating element is placed at a predetermined position.

With this configuration, the heating cooking plate in the heating chamber is configured to be heated by induction heating, and the cooking area that is a cookable range can be arranged behind the center of the heating cooking plate, thus increasing the degree of freedom of arrangement of the cooking area. In addition, when the cooking heating plate is not properly inserted, it is possible to provide an induction heating cooker that can prevent cooking from being continued in a state where cooking performance is deteriorated.

According to the induction heating cooker of the present invention, the degree of freedom of arrangement of the cooking area, which is a cookable range, is increased, and when the cooking heating plate is not properly inserted, cooking is performed with reduced cooking performance. It can be prevented from continuing.

1st invention is a heating chamber which heats a to-be-heated object, a door which opens and closes the front opening part of a heating chamber, and while being stored in a heating chamber and placing a to-be-heated object, it is connected with a door and is from a front opening part. The cooking heating plate that is put in and out, the bottom plate that is arranged at the bottom of the heating chamber and on which the cooking heating plate is placed, the heating coil that is arranged below the bottom plate and induction-heats the cooking heating plate, and drives the heating coil And a heating part for cooking, the heating plate for cooking is provided with a heating element formed of a material that generates a larger amount of heat during induction heating than part of the heating plate for cooking when the door is closed. The heating coil is arranged so that the center in the front-rear direction of the region where the heating element is arranged is located behind the center in the front-rear direction of the cooking heating plate, and when the door is closed, The heating element is placed at the center in the front-rear direction Arranged so that it is located almost directly below the center in the front-rear direction of the range, the control unit detects whether the heating element is placed at a predetermined position by driving the heating coil and detecting its output This is an induction heating cooker.

In the second aspect of the invention, in particular, when the control unit of the first aspect of the invention detects that the heating element is not placed at a predetermined position, the controller does not start heating the heating plate for cooking. It is possible to prevent the cooking from continuing in a state where the performance is lowered.

In the third aspect of the invention, in particular, when the control unit of the first or second aspect of the invention detects that the heating element is not placed at a predetermined position, the cooking performance is deteriorated by notifying that effect. It is possible to prevent the cooking from being continued in the state.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Note that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments.

(Embodiment 1)
FIG. 1 is a side sectional view of an induction heating cooker according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a circuit diagram showing a heating coil and a control unit of the induction heating cooker.

As shown in FIG. 1, a heating chamber 4 is stored in the main body outer shell 1 constituting the main body outer shell. On the upper surface of the heating chamber 4, an upper heating body 2 composed of a miraclon heater and a Korce heater is provided. A bottom plate 8 made of heat-resistant glass is provided on the lower surface of the heating chamber 4.

The cooking heating plate 6 is placed on the bottom plate 8, and the object to be heated 5 is placed on the cooking heating plate 6 for cooking. Below the bottom plate 8, there is provided a heating coil 3 for generating a high-frequency magnetic field for induction heating. An exhaust cylinder 7 for exhausting the air in the heating chamber 4 is provided behind the heating chamber 4. A front opening 4a that is an opening for taking in and out the article to be heated 5 is formed on the front surface of the heating chamber 4, and a door 9 that opens and closes the front opening 4a is provided. The cooking heating plate 6 on which the object to be heated 5 is placed is put into and out of the heating chamber 4 by connecting the door 9 and the cooking heating plate 6 and sliding the door 9 back and forth.

As shown in FIG. 2, the inverter 30 including the heating coil 3, the switching element 30, and the resonance capacitor 30 converts the DC power supply 34 into a high-frequency current and supplies it to the heating coil 3. The control unit 31 drives and controls the switching element 30b so that the output of the inverter 30 becomes a predetermined heating output while the input current detection unit 35 monitors the input current. The positional deviation detection unit 32 compares the input current detected by the input current detection unit 35 with the voltage applied to the switching element 30b, which is the output voltage of the inverter 30, and the heating element 10 located on the bottom surface of the cooking heating plate 6. And whether or not the position of the heating coil 3 is in an appropriate position, and outputs the detection result to the control unit 31. When the control unit 31 determines that the heating element 10 and the heating coil 3 positioned on the bottom surface of the cooking heating plate 6 are not in proper positions, the control unit 31 sends a signal to the notification unit 33 and notifies the notification unit 3.
3 notifies that. In this case, the control unit 31 can simultaneously stop driving the switching element 30b and set the heating output to zero.

Thus, by using the heating coil 3 as the lower heating body, the cooking heating plate 6 on which the article to be heated 5 is placed is directly heated, so that the object to be heated 5 can be efficiently heated. Therefore, cooking time can be shortened and energy saving performance can be improved. Moreover, since the cooking heating plate 6 is directly heated by induction heating, the loss of heat escaping out of the heating chamber 4 is reduced. In addition, since an increase in the ambient temperature around the heating coil 3 can be suppressed, the heat-resistant temperature of the parts can be reduced, and the cooling configuration can be simplified.

Fig.3 (a) is a top view of the cooking heating plate attached to the induction heating cooking appliance in this Embodiment, FIG.3 (b) is the back surface of the cooking heating plate attached to the induction heating cooking appliance. FIG.

As shown in FIG. 3, the cooking heating plate 6 is formed by insert molding in which nonmagnetic aluminum is poured into the heating element 10 of SUS430, which is a magnetic material. The cooking area 11 where the heated object 5 of the cooking heating plate 6 is placed has a recess 6a and a raised part 6b at the portion where the heated object 5 is placed so that the oil from the food is not absorbed again by the food. It is formed in a wave shape arranged alternately in a straight line (see FIG. 1). The heating element 10 is positioned on the bottom surface of the concave portion 6a of the cooking area 11 of the cooking heating plate 6, and has a plurality of slits 10a facing the convex portion 6b. A space larger than the lower portion of the concave portion 6 a is formed between the upper surface of the bottom plate 8 and the lower portion of the convex portion 6 b. With this configuration, the heating element 10 can be reduced in weight compared to a flat heating element without the slit 10a. Moreover, the thickness of the convex part 6b of the cooking heating plate 6 is made thin, and the space below the convex part 6b is made larger than the space below the concave part 6a, so that the space below the convex part 6b is below the concave part 6a. Compared with the case where it is the same as or smaller than the space, the weight can be reduced, the heating efficiency can be improved, the cooking time can be shortened, and the cooking performance can be improved.

Further, the shape of the cooking heating plate 6 in the longitudinal direction is not symmetrical with respect to the longitudinal center line of the cooking heating plate 6, and similarly, the heating element 10 is not attached symmetrically to the cooking heating plate 6. When the cooking heating plate 6 is housed in the heating chamber 4 and heated, the heating range of the cooking heating plate 6, i.e., the cooking area 11 is set behind the center due to the configuration of the equipment. The wavy shape is applied to the heatable range of the cooking heating plate 6, and the object to be heated 5 is placed in that range.

Further, when the door 9 and the cooking heating plate 6 are connected and the door 9 is closed, the center of the heating element 10 and the heating coil 3 overlap with each other when viewed from above, so that the cooking heating plate 6 is in an appropriate position. It is configured.

Therefore, when the object to be heated 5 is placed on the heating plate 6 for cooking and inserted into the heating chamber 4 in the front-rear reverse direction, the front cooking performance may be deteriorated. Moreover, when the door 9 is opened and the cooking heating plate 6 is not completely stored in the heating chamber 4, the cooking performance may be similarly deteriorated. Therefore, the cooking heating plate 6 needs to be stored in the heating chamber 4 so as to be in an appropriate position. In this embodiment,
FIG. 4 is a side sectional view showing the positional relationship between the cooking heating plate and the heating coil when the cooking heating plate of the induction heating cooker in the present embodiment is in an appropriate position. FIG. It is a top view which shows the positional relationship seen from the upper direction of the heating plate for cooking and a heating coil in case the heating plate for cooking exists in the same position as FIG.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, when the cooking heating plate 6 is in an appropriate position in the heating chamber 4, it is below the center of the heating element 10 located on the bottom of the cooking heating plate 6 as viewed from above. The positional relationship is such that the center of the heating coil 3 is arranged. When the positional deviation detection unit 32 obtains the relationship between the input current and the output of the inverter 30 in the present positional relationship, the control unit 31 determines that the cooking heating plate 6 has been correctly placed in the heating chamber 4. . In addition, when the position shift detection unit 32 obtains a detection result that is different from the relationship between the input current and the output of the inverter 30 when the cooking heating plate 6 is in an appropriate position, the control unit 31 determines that the cooking heating plate 6 is appropriate. It judges that it is not a position, it is made to alert | report by the alerting | reporting part 33, and it is made not to heat.

FIG. 6 is a side sectional view showing the positional relationship between the cooking heating plate and the heating coil when the cooking heating plate of the induction heating cooker in the present embodiment is inserted in the reverse direction. FIG. 7 is a plan view showing the positional relationship of the cooking heating plate and the heating coil when viewed from above when the cooking heating plate is in the same position as in FIG. 6.

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, when the cooking heating plate 6 is inserted into the heating chamber 4 in the reverse direction, the center of the heating element 10 located on the bottom surface of the cooking heating plate 6 is the heating coil 3. The positional relationship is arranged in front of the center. In this case, the heating element 10 deviates from the proper position, and the misalignment detection unit 32 determines that the cooking heating plate 6 is not inserted in the proper direction. When the misalignment detection unit 32 determines that the cooking heating plate 6 is not inserted in the proper orientation, the control unit 31 indicates that the notification unit 33 indicates to the user by error display, voice, etc. By making it impossible, heating in a state where a predetermined heating output cannot be obtained can be avoided.

FIG. 8 is an abbreviated view showing the positional relationship between the cooking heating plate and the heating coil when the cooking heating plate is not completely stored in the heating chamber with the door of the induction heating cooker in the present embodiment opened. It is a sectional side view. FIG. 9 is a plan view showing the positional relationship of the cooking heating plate and the heating coil when viewed from above when the cooking heating plate is in the same position as in FIG. 8.

As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, when the cooking heating plate 6 is not completely stored in the heating chamber 4, the positions of the heating element 10 and the heating coil 3 positioned on the bottom surface of the cooking heating plate 6 are appropriate. The position deviation detection unit 32 determines that the cooking heating plate 6 is not in an appropriate position. When the positional deviation detection unit 32 determines that the cooking heating plate 6 is not in an appropriate position, the control unit 31 shows the notification unit 33 so that the user can understand by an error display, voice, or the like so that heating cannot be performed. Thus, it is possible to avoid heating in a state where a predetermined heating output cannot be obtained.

As described above, the control unit 31 electrically detects whether the cooking heating plate 6 is placed in a predetermined direction or a predetermined position when the heating coil 3 is driven. Whether or not heating is possible can be determined.

As described above, according to the heating cooker according to the present invention, the cooking heating plate in the heating chamber can be heated by the heating coil, the degree of freedom of the position of the induction heating area is increased, and the cooking heating plate is appropriately heated. Since it can be detected whether it has been inserted into the room, it can be applied to household and commercial cooking appliances equipped with a heating chamber.
