Claims (20)
- ケースと;
前記ケースに収容される電極組立体と;
前記ケースの開口部を密閉するキャッププレートと;
前記キャッププレートに結合される端子部を含み、
前記端子部は、前記キャッププレートに設置され前記電極組立体に電気的に連結される端子プレート、および前記キャッププレートに前記端子プレートを電気的に連結し、電流パスに沿って流れる電流を減少させるための複数の開口が形成された補助プレートと、を含む、2次電池。 - 前記複数の開口は、前記補助プレートに形成される複数のホールである、請求項1に記載の2次電池。
- 前記補助プレートは、メッシュ構造を含む、請求項2に記載の2次電池。
- 前記メッシュ構造は、前記複数のホールを形成する複数のメッシュ筋を含む、請求項3に記載の2次電池。
- 前記端子部は、前記メッシュ構造の機械的強度を補強する補強プレートをさらに含む、請求項3または4に記載の2次電池。
- 前記補強プレートは、前記メッシュ構造で発生する熱を分散させる、請求項5に記載の2次電池。
- 前記補強プレートは、前記補助プレートと前記端子プレートとの間に位置する、請求項5または6に記載の2次電池。
- 前記補強プレートは、前記端子プレートと同一平面で接触する、請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記複数の開口は、前記補助プレートに形成される複数の溝である、請求項1に記載の2次電池。
- 前記複数の溝は、それぞれ凸部と凹部を含み、
前記凸部は、前記端子プレートと同一平面に位置する表面を形成し対向する、請求項9に記載の2次電池。 - 前記補助プレートは、前記端子プレートと同一平面で接触する、請求項9または10に記載の2次電池。
- 前記補助プレートは、前記キャッププレートと同一平面で接触する、請求項9〜11のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記補助プレートは、前記ケースと電気的に連結される、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記電流パスは、前記ケースと前記電極組立体との間に形成される、請求項13に記載の2次電池。
- 前記端子プレートと接触する前記補助プレートの表面の面積は、前記補助プレートと接触する前記端子プレートの表面の面積と同一であるかまたは大きい、請求項1〜4、9〜12のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記端子プレートは、前記キャッププレートと同一平面に位置する表面を含み対向する、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記補助プレートは、前記キャッププレートと同一平面に位置する表面を含み対向する、請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記端子プレートは、前記補助プレートを経由してのみ前記キャッププレートに電気的に連結される、請求項1〜15、17のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記端子プレートは、正極端子プレートであり、前記ケースに電気的に連結される、請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記端子部は、前記端子プレートを前記電極組立体に電気的に連結する端子部材および前記端子プレートを経由することを除いては、前記端子部材を前記キャッププレートから電気的に絶縁する端子ガスケットをさらに含む、請求項1〜19のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。
