Description
Claims (14)
- 空気圧で作動可能な外科用器具であって、
ハンドル及び前記ハンドルに配置された加圧ガス動作式道具と、
交換可能な加圧ガス貯蔵器と、
前記加圧ガス貯蔵器が前記道具に加圧ガスを供給する加圧ガスチャネルに接続される動作可能位置にて、前記加圧ガス貯蔵器を前記ハンドル上で固定するためのロック装置と、
を含む外科用器具において、
前記器具が、前記動作可能位置における前記加圧ガス貯蔵器の固定を解除するためのロック解除装置を更に含むこと、
前記ロック解除装置がベント装置、ここで該ベント装置は、前記ロック解除装置が作動すると、前記加圧ガスチャネルがベント開口部に接続されない休止位置から、前記加圧ガスチャネルがベント開口部に接続されるが前記ロック装置による前記加圧ガス貯蔵器の固定が依然として有効であり前記加圧ガス貯蔵器を前記器具から取り外すことができない第1動作可能位置へと移動可能である、を含むこと、及び
前記ロック解除装置が、前記第1動作可能位置から、前記ロック装置が無効であって前記加圧ガス貯蔵器が交換のために解放される第2動作可能位置へと移動可能であること、
を特徴とする外科用器具。 - 請求項1に記載の外科用器具であって、前記器具が、前記加圧ガス貯蔵器内部の圧力を監視するための圧力センサを含むこと、を特徴とする外科用器具。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の外科用器具であって、前記器具が、前記加圧ガス貯蔵器の現在の充填状態を表示するための表示装置を含むこと、を特徴とする外科用器具。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の外科用器具であって、前記ロック装置と前記ロック解除装置が、1つの機械式ユニットとして構成されること、を特徴とする外科用器具。
- 請求項4に記載の外科用器具であって、前記ロック装置及び前記ロック解除装置を含む前記機械式ユニットが、前記加圧ガス貯蔵器の現在の充填状態を表示するための、該機械式ユニット内に一体化された表示装置を含むこと、を特徴とする外科用器具。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の外科用器具であって、前記ロック解除装置が、単一の作動要素の使用により、前記休止位置から前記第1動作可能位置及び前記第2動作可能位置へと移動可能であること、を特徴とする外科用器具。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の外科用器具であって、前記器具が、前記道具から使用済み加圧ガスを受け取って該加圧ガスを環境へと排気する排気チャネルを含むこと、を特徴とする外科用器具。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の外科用器具であって、前記加圧ガスチャネルが、前記第1動作可能位置及び前記第2動作可能位置にある時に、前記ベント開口部と流体連通していること、を特徴とする外科用器具。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の外科用器具であって、前記ベント開口部又は前記排気チャネルが、消音器を含むこと、を特徴とする外科用器具。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の外科用器具であって、前記ロック装置が、前記加圧ガス貯蔵器の前記加圧ガスにより、起動可能であること、を特徴とする外科用器具。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の外科用器具であって、前記加圧ガス貯蔵器が、前記器具の前記ハンドルにて直接保持されること、を特徴とする外科用器具。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の外科用器具であって、前記加圧ガス貯蔵器が、前記器具の前記ハンドルにてハウジング内に保持されること、を特徴とする外科用器具。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の外科用器具であって、前記器具がセンサ、ここで該センサは、前記器具の前記ハンドルにて前記動作可能位置にある加圧ガス貯蔵器の存在を点検し、任意で表示する、を含むこと、を特徴とする外科用器具。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の外科用器具であって、前記器具が制御装置、ここで該制御装置は、前記加圧ガス貯蔵器内部のガス圧が所定の十分なレベルにある時に前記道具を機能可能にし、前記ガス圧が過度に低い時に前記道具を機能不能にする、を含むこと、を特徴とする外科用器具。
