Description
The present invention relates to an outer wall structure of a building in which a base drainer is provided at a lower end portion of an outer wall panel.
In a building such as a house, a draining member is attached to the lower end of the outer wall. For example, in a building where the outer wall surface material that forms the outer wall surface is fixed to a wall base such as a base or a base material, the draining member is in a state in which the upper end portion enters between the outer wall surface material and the wall base There is a configuration that is fixed to the outer wall surface material and the base (for example, Patent Document 1). In this configuration, the draining member extends downward from the indoor side position of the outer wall surface material.
However, in a configuration in which the draining member is inserted between the outer wall surface material and the wall base, it is necessary to attach the draining member to the outer wall surface material or the wall base before attaching the outer wall surface material to the wall base. After attaching the wall material to the wall base, it is impossible to retrofit the draining member to the outer wall. For this reason, for example, when the draining member is deformed or damaged, it is necessary to remove the outer wall surface material from the wall base before removing the draining member in order to replace the draining member, and the work load when replacing the draining member is large. turn into.
The present invention provides an outer wall structure of a building that can facilitate attachment / detachment of a draining member to / from an outer wall, and that can easily align an outer wall surface material with respect to a base frame by using a foundation drainer. This is the main purpose.
Hereinafter, means and the like effective for solving the above-described problems will be described while showing functions and effects as necessary.
The outer wall structure of the building of the first invention is an outer wall structure of a building in which a plurality of outer wall panels are provided side by side and a foundation drainer is provided so as to extend along the lower end of each outer wall panel. The outer wall panel includes a base frame attached to the building frame and an outer wall surface member attached to the outdoor side of the base frame, and the foundation drainer is an attachment member attached to the base frame. And a draining member attached to the attachment member, and the attachment member has an extension portion extending toward the outdoor side from the base frame, and the extension The upper surface of the part is opposed to the lower end surface of the outer wall surface material.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, in the drainage of the base, it is possible to attach the draining member to the attachment member after attaching the attachment member and the outer wall surface material to the base frame. For this reason, after an outer wall panel is attached to a building frame, it becomes possible to adjust the attachment position of the draining member to the outer wall panel in the vertical direction. In addition, since the upper surface of the extending portion of the mounting member faces the lower end surface of the outer wall surface material, when the outer wall is constructed, the mounting member is attached to the base frame, and the outer wall surface material is applied to the extending portion of the mounting member. By making contact, the vertical alignment of the outer wall surface material with respect to the base frame can be performed.
As described above, the attachment and detachment of the draining member to the outer wall can be facilitated, and the positioning of the outer wall surface material with respect to the base frame can be easily performed by using the foundation draining.
In the second invention, the attachment member has a facing portion that faces the outdoor surface of the outer wall surface material by extending upward from the extending portion.
According to the second invention, the movement of the outer wall surface material to the outdoor side can be restricted by the facing portion of the mounting member. In this case, inserting the lower end portion of the outer wall surface material between the base frame and the facing portion of the mounting member temporarily fixes the outer wall surface material to the base frame, so it is not pressed by hand. However, the position of the lower end portion of the outer wall surface material can be prevented from shifting. Thereby, the operation | work which attaches an outer wall surface material to a base frame with a bis | screw etc. can be facilitated.
In the third invention, the draining member is provided so as to extend along the lower end portion in a state of covering the lower end portion of the outer wall surface material from the outdoor side.
According to the third invention, since the draining member can cover the lower end portion of the outer wall surface material from the outdoor side, the appearance of the building is deteriorated by exposing the lower end surface of the outer wall surface material to the outdoor side. Can be avoided.
Moreover, in the some outer wall panel arrange | positioned side by side, it is assumed that the height position of the lower end of each outer wall surface material is not the same. On the other hand, the draining member can cover and cover not only the lower end surface of the outer wall surface material but also the lower ends of the adjacent outer wall surface materials. In this case, since the unevenness of the height position of the lower end of the outer wall surface material can be covered by the parting member, it can be avoided that the appearance of the building is deteriorated due to the unevenness of the lower end of the outer wall surface material.
In a fourth aspect of the invention, the attachment members are respectively attached to the base frames of the plurality of outer wall panels, and the draining members are attached to the outer wall panels adjacent to each other. It is attached to the member.
According to the fourth invention, since the draining member is spanned between adjacent outer wall panels, even if the height positions of the lower ends of the respective outer wall surface materials of the outer wall panels are uneven, the lower ends are collectively covered. Can be hidden. Thereby, it can avoid that the appearance of a building falls because the height position of the lower end of an outer wall surface material is uneven.
In addition, in the configuration in which the outer wall surface material is aligned with the base frame using the mounting member, the unevenness in the height position of the lower end of the outer wall material is considered to be caused by the uneven mounting height position of the mounting member. . Therefore, it is preferable that the mounting position of the draining member with respect to the mounting member is configured to be displaceable in the vertical direction. Thereby, even if the attachment height position of the attachment member is not uniform, the parting member can be arranged linearly by adjusting the attachment position of the parting member with respect to each attachment member.
The fifth invention is applied to a unit building constructed by a plurality of building units having columns and beams, and the outer wall panel is attached to each of the adjacent building units side by side, and the attachment member is The adjoining building unit is attached to each base frame of the outer wall panel, and the draining member is attached to each attaching member of the building unit in a state of being spanned over the adjacent building unit. ing.
According to the fifth invention, since the draining member is spanned between adjacent building units, even if the height positions of the lower ends of the outer wall surfaces of the building units are uneven, the lower ends are collectively covered. It is possible to hide. Thereby, it can avoid that the appearance of a building falls because the height position of the lower end of an outer wall surface material is uneven for every building unit.
In a sixth aspect of the invention, the attachment member has an entry part that extends upward from the extension part so as to enter between the base frame and the outer wall surface material. The portion is fixed to the base frame between the base frame and the outer wall surface material.
According to the sixth invention, since the entering portion of the mounting member is fixed to the base frame, the fixing portion of the mounting member with respect to the base frame can be covered from the outdoor side by the outer wall surface material.
In a seventh aspect of the invention, the attachment member has a protrusion that protrudes from the entry portion toward the outdoor side, and the outer wall surface material is in contact with the protrusion so that the attachment member can It is separated to the outdoor side.
According to the seventh invention, since the gap is ensured between the entry portion and the outer wall surface material by the protrusion, for example, when the screw is screwed to the entry portion and the base frame from the outdoor side, from the entry portion It can be avoided that the outer wall surface material is pressed against the screw head protruding toward the outdoor side. Here, the protruding dimensions of the screw heads are easily different for each screw, and in the configuration in which the outer wall surface material is pressed against the screw head, the separation distance between the outer wall surface material and the base frame is not constant, and The projecting dimension of each of the outer wall surfaces is different, and a step is generated on the outdoor surface (outer wall surface) of the outer wall. On the other hand, in this structure, it can avoid that a level | step difference arises in the outdoor surface of an outer wall by setting the separation distance of an outer wall surface material and a base frame to a predetermined distance by a projection part.
In addition, it is preferable that the clearance gap between the base frame and outer wall surface material ensured by the projection part is made into the ventilation layer in an outer wall. According to this configuration, since the ventilation layer is formed on the outdoor side of the foundation frame, the ventilation layer is not vertically partitioned by the horizontal frame material of the foundation frame.
In an eighth aspect of the invention, the base frame has a horizontal frame member extending along a lower end portion of the outer wall surface member, and the attachment member extends from the entry portion toward the indoor side and It has a hook part hooked on at least one of the upper end and the lower end of the horizontal frame member.
According to the eighth aspect, the hooking portion of the mounting member is hooked on the base frame, so that the vertical positioning of the mounting member with respect to the base frame can be performed. Thereby, it can avoid that the attachment position of an attachment member shifts up and down because the attachment position of an attachment member shifts up and down.
In a ninth aspect of the invention, the draining member has a wiring support portion that supports electrical wiring on the indoor side of the draining member.
According to the ninth aspect, the electrical wiring can be laid by attaching the draining member to the attachment member. For this reason, in the configuration in which the draining member can be retrofitted to the outer wall panel attached to the building frame, the laying operation of the electrical wiring can be facilitated.
Hereinafter, an embodiment embodying the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In this embodiment, the building to which the present invention is applied is a unit building constructed by connecting a plurality of building units. In the unit type building, the building unit is installed on the foundation, and the outer wall is attached to the building unit. First, the building unit will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view showing the
As shown in FIG. 1, the

The outer wall 30 (see FIG. 3) of the building includes an

As shown in FIG. 2, in the
A
In the
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The
The lower end portion of the outer

The
In the groove portion of the
The
The
The draining
Further, a
The
The
The first connecting
In addition, the maximum width dimension of the groove portion of the second connection portion 62 (maximum separation distance between the pair of mounting
The
As shown in FIG. 3A, the
Here, in the
Next, the construction procedure of the
The
After the plurality of base frames 33 are connected, the outer
In this case, the outer
And as shown in FIG.4 (d), the outer
As described above, after the production and connection of the plurality of
Incidentally, the
According to the embodiment described in detail above, the following excellent effects can be obtained.
In the
As described above, it is possible to easily attach and detach the
Since the lower end portion of the outer
Since the lower end portion of the outer
In this case, since both the lower end part of the outer
Since the
Since the
Since the fixing
Moreover, in the
Since a gap is secured between the fixed
Since the outdoor-

[Other Embodiments]
The present invention is not limited to the description of the above embodiment, and may be implemented as follows, for example.
(1) In the connection portion between the
In the
In the
(2) In the above embodiment, the connecting portion where the
In the
Further, in the
Further, as shown in FIG. 6B, the
The locking
In the
(3) The
In the
The
Moreover, as shown in FIG.6 (b), it is good also as a structure by which the
In the
(4) In the embodiment described above, the
(5) As long as the
In addition, as shown in FIG. 7B, the
Furthermore, in a configuration in which the
