Description
材料。天然ナトリウムモンモリロナイト(MMT)(Southern Clay Products,Inc.の登録商標であるCLOISITE(登録商標)NA+)粘土を、そのままで使用した。個々のMMT小板は、脱イオン水中の負の表面電荷、2.86g/cm3の報告密度、1nmの厚さおよび200以上の公称アスペクト比(l/d)を有していた。分枝ポリエチレンイミン(PEI)(Mw=25000g/molおよびMn=10000g/mol)、ポリエチレンオキシド(PEO)(Mw=4000000g/mol)およびポリアクリル酸(PAA)(水中35重量%、Mw=100000g/mol)をSigma−Aldrich(Milwaukee、WI)から購入し、そのままで使用した。500μm厚さの片面研磨シリコンウエハをUniversity Wafer(South Boston、MA)から購入し、偏光解析法を通した膜成長特性評価のための反射基板として使用した。
Claims (18)
- (A)ゴム基板を第1のカチオン性溶液に暴露して前記ゴム基板上に第1のカチオン層を製造するステップと;
(B)前記第1のカチオン層を第1のアニオン性溶液に暴露して前記第1のカチオン層上に第1のアニオン層を製造するステップと;
(C)前記第1のアニオン層を第2のカチオン性溶液に暴露して前記第1のアニオン層上に第2のカチオン層を製造するステップと;
(D)前記第2のカチオン層を第2のアニオン性溶液に暴露して前記第2のカチオン層上に第2のアニオン層を製造するステップと
を含む、ゴム基板をコーティングする方法であって、
前記第1のカチオン性溶液はカチオン性材料を含み、前記カチオン性材料はポリエチレンオキシドを含み、前記第1のカチオン層はポリエチレンオキシドを含み、
前記第1のアニオン層はポリアクリル酸を含み、前記第1のアニオン溶液は積層可能な材料を含み、前記積層可能な材料はポリアクリル酸を含み、
前記第2のカチオン性溶液はカチオン性材料を含み、前記カチオン性材料はポリエチレンイミンを含み、前記第2のカチオン層はポリエチレンイミンを含み、
前記第2のアニオン性溶液は積層可能な材料を含み、前記積層可能な材料はナトリウムモンモリロナイトを含み、前記第2のアニオン層はナトリウムモンモリロナイトを含み、四重層が前記第1のカチオン層、前記第1のアニオン層、前記第2のカチオン層および前記第2のアニオン層を含み、さらに前記コーティングが前記四重層を含み、
コーティングしたゴム基板が、0.03cc/(m 2* 日 * atm)〜100cc/(m 2* 日 * atm)の間のガス透過率を有する、前記方法。 - 前記第1のカチオン性溶液および前記第2のカチオン性溶液がさらにカチオン性材料を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 前記水素結合を有するポリマーがポリエチレンオキシド、ポリプロピレンオキシド、ポリ(ビニルメチルエーテル)、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリアリルアミン、分枝ポリエチレンイミン、直鎖ポリエチレンイミン、ポリ(アクリル酸)、ポリ(メタクリル酸)、これらの共重合体、またはこれらの任意の組み合わせを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記コロイド粒子が粘土、層状複水酸化物、無機水酸化物、ケイ素系ポリマー、ポリオリゴマーシルセスキオキサン、カーボンナノチューブ、グラフェンまたはこれらの任意の組み合わせを含む、請求項3に記載の方法。

前記第2のカチオン層はポリエチレンイミンを含み、
前記第2のアニオン層はナトリウムモンモリロナイトを含む、タイヤ。 - (A)ゴム基板を第1のアニオン性溶液に暴露して前記ゴム基板上に第1のアニオン層を製造するステップと;
(B)前記第1のアニオン層を第1のカチオン性溶液に暴露して前記第1のアニオン層上に第1のカチオン層を製造するステップと;
(C)前記第1のカチオン層を第2のアニオン性溶液に暴露して前記第1のカチオン層上に第2のアニオン層を製造するステップと;
(D)前記第2のアニオン層を第2のカチオン性溶液に暴露して前記第2のアニオン層上に第2のカチオン層を製造するステップと
を含む、ゴム基板をコーティングする方法であって、
前記第1のアニオン溶液は積層可能な材料を含み、前記積層可能な材料はポリアクリル酸を含み、前記第1のアニオン層はポリアクリル酸を含み、
前記第1のカチオン性溶液はカチオン性材料を含み、前記カチオン性材料はポリエチレンオキシドを含み、前記第1のカチオン層はポリエチレンオキシドを含み、
前記第2のアニオン性溶液は積層可能な材料を含み、前記積層可能な材料はナトリウムモンモリロナイトを含み、前記第2のアニオン層はナトリウムモンモリロナイトを含み、 前記第2のカチオン性溶液はカチオン性材料を含み、前記カチオン性材料はポリエチレンイミンを含み、前記第2のカチオン層はポリエチレンイミンを含み、
四重層が前記第1のアニオン層、前記第1のカチオン層、前記第2のアニオン層および前記第2のカチオン層を含み、さらに前記コーティングが前記四重層を含み、
コーティングしたゴム基板が、0.03cc/(m 2* 日 * atm)〜100cc/(m 2* 日 * atm)の間のガス透過率を有する、前記方法。
