Claims (4)
- 尿素水を供給する尿素水流路と、加圧空気を供給する気体流路とが構成され、尿素水と加圧空気とが混合されて、混合流路の下流側端部の噴射口から噴射される尿素水噴射ノズルであって、
前記尿素水噴射ノズルを構成する空気ノズルは、前記気体流路に連通する分岐流路と、前記分岐流路に連通する側面吐出口と、前記気体流路と尿素水流路とに連通する混合流路と、を有し、
前記側面吐出口は、前記尿素水噴射ノズルを構成する空気ノズルの外周側面に設けられており、
前記空気ノズルの下流側の側面は、噴射口から所定の範囲内において噴射口に近接するにつれて混合流路からの距離が短くなる砲弾状の曲面に形成され、
前記気体流路から供給されて側面吐出口から吐出された加圧空気は、前記側面吐出口から尿素水の噴射方向と同一の方向に吐出され、前記砲弾状に形成されている曲面に沿って、前記空気ノズルを包み込むように進んで混合流路の噴射口に到達し、前記混合流路から噴射される尿素水に混合される
ことを特徴とする尿素水噴射ノズル。 - 前記尿素水噴射ノズルは、二重管と、空気ノズルと、ナットと、を有し、
前記空気ノズルは、前記ナットによって二重管に接続され、
前記二重管は、外管と、外管の内部に配置される内管とから構成され、
前記内管には、尿素水の流路である尿素水流路が構成され、
前記内管と外管との隙間には、加圧空気の流路である気体流路が構成され、
前記空気ノズルには、空気ノズルの気体流路孔に連通するように、側面から分岐流路が形成され、
前記空気ノズルとナットとの間には、前記側面吐出口が構成され、
前記側面吐出口は、前記空気ノズルの外周にて空気ノズルを囲むように構成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の尿素水噴射ノズル。 - 前記側面吐出口は、スリットにて構成される
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の尿素水噴射ノズル。 - 前記尿素水噴射ノズルは、前記空気ノズルを囲むように加圧空気が滞留する空間を有し、
前記気体流路と前記スリットとは、前記加圧空気が滞留する空間に連通される
ことを特徴とする請求項3記載の尿素水噴射ノズル。
