Description
経糸が通り抜ける綜絖の目が各々に設けられた、相当する数の制御コードを通過させるための複数の穴を有する目板であって、目板内の穴が、経糸方向に平行に延びる決定された数の縦列、および経糸方向に垂直な方向に延びる、縦列当たりの決定された数の横列に分散される、目板を含むジャカード型織機であって、
目板が、織物内の単位長さにおける経糸の縦列の数より少ない同じ単位長さあたりの穴の縦列の数を、織物内の経糸層の数よりも多い穴の横列の数を有することを特徴とする、ジャカード型織機を提供する。
Claims (5)
- 複数の経糸を複数の緯糸と共に製織することによって、単位長さ当たりの経糸の決定された数の縦列と、緯糸の決定された数の層とを備える織物を作製するためのジャカード型織機にして、
経糸が通り抜ける綜絖の目が各々に設けられた相当する数の制御コードを通過させるための複数の穴を有する目板であって、目板内の穴が、経糸方向に平行に延びる、決定された数の縦列、および経糸方向に垂直な方向に延びる、縦列当たりの決定された数の横列に分散される、目板を含むジャカード型織機であって、
目板が、織物内の単位長さ当たりの経糸の縦列の数より少ない、同じ単位長さにおける穴の縦列の数と、織物内の経糸層の数より多い穴の横列の数とを有する、織機。 - 目板内の単位長さ当たりの穴の縦列の数が、織物内の同じ単位長さにおける経糸の縦列の数に応じて決定され、穴の横列の数が、織物内の経糸層の数に応じて決定される、請求項1に記載の織機。
- 目板内の穴の縦列の数が、1.5で除した、織物内の単位長さ当たりの経糸の縦列の決定された数に相当し、穴の横列の数が、1.5を乗じた、織物内の経糸の層の数に相当する、請求項1に記載の織機。
- 目板内の穴の縦列の数が、2で除した、織物内の単位長さ当たりの経糸の縦列の決定された数に相当し、穴の横列の数が、2を乗じた、織物内の経糸の層の数に相当する、請求項1に記載の織機。
- 航空機エンジンの複合材料ブレード用の補強繊維構造を作製するための、請求項1に記載の織機の使用。
