Claims (11)
- 少なくとも1つの容量センサー(2)、および、前記少なくとも1つの容量センサー(2)の正面に適用されるコーティング(3)を備える容量センサー配列(1)であって、前記コーティング(3)は平坦なマルチレベルの層構造(3.1から3.n)を含み、前記マルチレベルの層構造のそれぞれは低減された干渉電気容量を有し、それぞれが電気的に直列に接続され、および、層状に配置される複数の容量層(3.1から3.n)から形成され、少なくとも1つの拡散防止層が各前記干渉電気容量の間に設けられることを特徴とする容量センサー配列。
- 請求項1に記載の容量センサー配列(1)において、
前記容量層(3.1から3.n)は、容量センサーの正面(2)、または、前記容量センサーの正面の上に配置されるバッキング層(2)に直接適用されることを特徴とする容量センサー配列(1)。 - 請求項1または2に記載の容量センサー配列(1)において、
前記容量層(3.1から3.n)のそれぞれの電気容量(C1からCn)は同じであることを特徴とする容量センサー配列(1)。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の容量センサー配列(1)において、
前記容量層(3.1から3.n)は、樹脂および/または金属から形成されることを特徴とする容量センサー配列(1)。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の容量センサー配列(1)において、
前記容量層(3.1から3.n)は透明であることを特徴とする容量センサー配列(1)。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の容量センサー配列(1)において、
前記容量層(3.1から3.n)は塗布層であることを特徴とする容量センサー配列(1)。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の容量センサー配列(1)において、
前記容量層(3.1から3.n)は印刷方式で適用される層であることを特徴とする容量センサー配列(1)。 - 請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の容量センサー配列(1)において、
いずれの場合にも1つの電気的絶縁層(I1、I2)が前記容量層(3.1から3.n)の間に配置されていることを特徴とする容量センサー配列(1)。 - 請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の容量センサー配列(1)において、
いずれの場合にも少なくとも1つの絶縁層が導電層および/または臨界層の間に配置されていることを特徴とする容量センサー配列(1)。 - 請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の容量センサー配列(1)を少なくとも1つ備えるタッチセンサー式スクリーン(4)。
- 請求項10に記載のタッチセンサー式スクリーン(4)において、
前記容量センサー配列(1)は表示ユニットの正面または背面(5)に配置されることを特徴とするタッチセンサー式スクリーン(4)。
