Claims (3)
- マンドレルバー形状の半製品であるバー素材を焼戻し温度に加熱し、引続き100℃以下まで加速冷却してマンドレルバーとなすマンドレルバーの製造装置列であって、前記バー素材を焼戻し温度に加熱する焼戻し炉と、該焼戻し炉から抽出したバー素材の前記焼戻し温度から100℃までの冷却速度を10.0℃/分以上35℃/分以下にする冷媒吹付け方式の加速冷却装置とをこの順に配置したことを特徴とするマンドレルバーの製造装置列。
- 前記加速冷却装置が前記バー素材を軸心の周りに回転させるターニングローラを具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマンドレルバーの製造装置列。
- マンドレルバー形状の半製品であるバー素材を焼戻し温度に加熱し、引続き100℃以下まで冷却してマンドレルバーとなすマンドレルバーの製造方法において、請求項1または2に記載の製造装置列を用いて前記焼戻し温度から100℃までの冷却速度を10.0℃/分以上35℃/分以下にする加速冷却を行うことを特徴とするマンドレルバーの製造方法。
