Claims (5)
- 清浄空間内で人体からの発塵を防止するために着用される防塵用具の品質検査を行うための人頭型気流試験装置であって、
前記防塵用具を着用可能な人頭模型と発塵補助機器とを備え、
前記人頭模型の鼻又は口元に相当する領域に排気口と呼吸気口が設けられ、
前記発塵補助機器は、ミスト又は粉塵を人工的に発生させ、これらを前記人頭模型内部に送り出して前記排気口から排出させるための、前記人頭模型の排気口に連通手段を介して連結されたミスト又は粉塵発生器と、前記清浄な空間内の空気を前記呼吸気口から前記人頭模型内部に取り込んで前記呼吸気口から排出させる呼気模擬動作を行うための、前記人頭模型の呼吸気口に連通手段を介して連結されたポンプとを備え、
前記装置は前記排気口から排出され、かつ前記防塵用具から漏洩したミスト又は粉塵気流を可視化するための高輝度光源を更に備えると共に、前記人頭模型の表面に前記可視化を強化するための光吸収処理が施されたことを特徴とする人頭型気流試験装置。 - 前記防塵用具から漏洩し、可視化させたミスト又は粉塵気流を検知又は画像化するためのカメラを更に備えた請求項1記載の人頭型気流試験装置。
- 前記防塵用具から漏洩したミスト又は粉塵気流の風速又は風向を計測する風速計又は風向計、或いは前記防塵用具から漏洩した粉塵の粒子数を計測するエアーパーティクルカウンタを更に備えた請求項1記載の人頭型気流試験装置。
- 前記光吸収処理が前記人頭模型の表面に光吸収テープを貼着することにより行われる請求項1ないし3いずれか1項に記載の人頭型気流試験装置。
- 請求項1ないし4いずれか1項に記載の人頭型気流試験装置を用いて前記防塵用具の品質検査を行う方法。
